Claims (11)

  1. Herstellungsverfahren eines fasrigen Zellstoffprodukts wie z. B. Taschentücher oder Tischtücher, nach dem zwei Falten aus Zellstoffwatte in Bandform aufeinandergelegt werden, sie werden untereinander entlang einer Zone, welche den Umfang des besagten Produktes darstellt und weniger als 50% deren Fläche ausmacht, verbunden, und das Ganze wird in dem von der besagten Umfangszone definierten Format zerschnitten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, bevor die besagten Einzelfalten aufeinandergelegt werden, eine klebende Substanz auf eine der besagten Falten entlang der besagten Zone aufgetragen wird, damit die besagten Falten nach dem Zusammenfügen direkt entlang der besagten Zone verbunden sind und eine Mindestfestigkeit gegenüber der Aufspaltung von 1 g/cm haben.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine klebende Substanz in einem dünnen kontinuierlichen Film entlang der besagten Zone aufgebracht wird.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine klebende Substanz entlang der besagten Zone auf einer Vielzahl von Oberflächen mit jeweils geringer Ausdehnung aufgebracht wird.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten Oberflächen geringer Ausdehnung nach einem linearen Motiv angeordnet sind.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten Oberflächen geringer Ausdehnung nach gleichmässig verteilten Punkten angeordnet sind .
  6. Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Falten so gaufriert wird, dass die besagte Zone ein Reliefmotiv aufweist und dass auf den besagten Reliefs eine klebende Substanz aufgebracht wird.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Falten dadurch gaufriert wird, dass eine der Falten zwischen einem nach einem die besagte Zone aufweisenden Relief gravierten Gaufrierzylinder und einem Kautschukzylinder geführt wird, dass eine klebende Substanz auf den besagten Reliefs aufgebracht wird, dass die zweite Falte auf die Falte, die die klebende Substanz aufgenommen hat, aufgebracht wird, und dass die Verbindung der zwei Falten mit Hilfe eines dritten Zylinders durchgeführt wird.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Falten dadurch gaufriert werden, dass jede getrennt zwischen einem Gaufrierzylinder mit einem die besagte Zone aufweisenden Reliefmotiv und einem Kautschukzylinder durchgeführt wird, anschliessend wird eine klebende Substanz auf den Reliefs einer der Falten aufgebracht, und endlich nähert man die beiden Falten, um die besagten Zonen übereinander zu bringen, und ihre Verbindung wird dann durch Quetschung zwischen den besagten zwei gravierten Zylindern durchgeführt.
  9. Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8 nach einer Ausführungsform mit einem Gaufrierzylinder (15 oder 16), welcher mit einem Kautschukzylinder (13 oder 14) zusammenwirkt, mit einem Auftragezylinder (18) für die klebende Substanz, wobei der Auftragezylinder entlang einer Zone, die den Umfang des Produkts aufweist, mit dem besagten Gaufrierzylinder zusammenwirkt, und ein Zylinder (16 oder 15),welcher mit dem Gaufrierzylinder (15 oder 16) zusammenwirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gaufrierzylinder einen reliefförmigen Teil aufweist, welcher der besagten Umfangszone entspricht.
  10. Vorrichtung nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Verbindezylinder zur Vereinigung der Falten aufweist.
  11. Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, welche zwei Gaufrierzylinder (15, 16), zwei Kautschukzylinder (13, 14) und einen Auftragezylinder (18) für die klebende Substanz entlang einer Zone, die den Umfang des Produkts aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auftragezylinder (18) einen Teil (181) aufweist, welcher der besagten Umfangsklebezone entspricht.
