Claims (4)

  1. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Produkts aus saugfähigem Papier, umfassend drei miteinander verbundene Lagen, wobei jede der Lagen ein Flächengewicht von etwa 12 bis etwa 35 g/m2 und vorzugsweise von etwa 12 bis etwa 25 g/m2 aufweist; das darin besteht, eine erste und zweite Lage mit Reliefmotiven zu gaufrieren, die aus einzelnen Vorwölbungen bestehen,
    wobei dieses Verfahren außerdem aus folgenden Schritten besteht:
    - Anordnen der dritten, nicht gaufrierten Lage auf den Vorwölbungen der ersten, gaufrierten Lage,
    - Aufbringen eines Klebstoffs auf die Oberfläche der dritten Lage, und
    - Verbinden der ersten, gaufrierten Lage und der dritten, nicht gaufrierten Lage, die übereinander angeordnet sind, mit der zweiten, gaufrierten Lage, sodass bei einem Teil der Vorwölbungen der ersten und zweiten, gaufrierten Lage mindestens ein Teil der von der Mitte abgewandten Flächen der Vorwölbungerl einander gegenüber liegt, und
    - Ausüben eines Drucks, der ausreicht, um die Verbindung der drei Lagen durch den Klebstoff sicherzustellen.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klebstoff auf die äußere Oberfläche der dritten Lage und gegenüber der von der Mitte abgewandten Flächen der Vorwölbungen der ersten, gaufrierten Lage aufgebracht wird.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klebstoff mittels einer Vorrichtung zum Auftragen von Klebstoff aufgebracht wird, die eine Auftragwalze umfasst.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein wässriger Klebstoff durch Zerstäuben auf die dritte Lage aufgebracht wird.
