Description
- le choix des motifs de gaufrage est limité ; il est guidé par la nécessité d'obtenir un accrochage entre les plis ;
- il devient inopérant lorsque l'on souhaite utiliser des papiers présentant des caractéristiques différentes entre les plis, un allongement différentiel entre les plis par exemple ou bien une différence de composition fibreuse ou chimique. Ainsi l'addition d'un produit à effet déliant destiné à conférer de la douceur au papier n'est pas possible. On constate dans ce cas qu'il ne se produit aucun accrochage entre les plis.
- Le gaufrage donne un aspect rugueux qui se révèle désagréable pour une application en tant que mouchoir ;
- Le nombre de possibilités offertes au fabricant pour décorer son produit et le
rendre plus attractif est considérablement accru.
Par exemple, il peut ne pas être gaufré à la périphérie ; il reste alors parfaitement plat et son conditionnement est plus facile ; - On peut teinter la colle de manière à créer un effet de liséré plaisant à l'oeil. L'adhésif étant appliqué entre les plis, les pigments ne sont pas susceptibles de venir au contact de la peau ;
- On peut choisir un motif de gaufrage quelconque sans aucune contrainte sur la forme des reliefs, le motif du gaufrage et le type d'association : pointe/pointe ou emboíté ; on n'est pas lié par la nécessité d'assurer une liaison mécanique entre les feuilles par ce moyen.

Claims (11)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un produit cellulosique fibreux tel que mouchoir ou serviette selon lequel on superpose deux plis en bande continue d'ouate de cellulose, on les lie l'un à l'autre le long d'une zone constituant la périphérie du-dit produit et représentant moins de 50 % de sa surface, et on découpe l'ensemble au format défini par la-dite zone périphérique, caractérisé en ce qu'avant de superposer les-dits seuls plis on applique une substance adhésive sur l'un des-dits plis le long de la-dite zone, de telle sorte qu'après assemblage les-dits plis sont directement liés le long de la-dite zone et présentent une résistance minimale à la délamination de 1 g/cm.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l'on applique une substance adhésive en enduction continue le long de la-dite zone.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'on applique une substance adhésive le long de la-dite zone sur une pluralité de surfaces de faible étendue chacune.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3 caractérisé en ce que les-dites surfaces de faibles étendues sont disposées selon un motif linéaire.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3 caractérisé en ce que les-dites surfaces de faibles étendues sont disposées selon des points répartis uniformément.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que l'on gaufre au moins l'un des plis de telle sorte que la-dite zone présente un motif en relief, et que l'on dépose une substance adhésive sur les-dits reliefs.
- Procédé selon la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que l'on gaufre au moins l'un des plis par passage entre un cylindre gaufreur, gravé selon un motif en relief constituant la-dite zone, et un cylindre caoutchouc, on dépose une substance adhésive sur les-dits reliefs, on applique le second pli sur le pli ayant reçu la substance adhésive et on réalise l'association des deux plis au moyen d'un troisième cylindre.
- Procédé selon la revendication 7 caractérisé en ce que l'on gaufre les deux plis par passage chacun séparément entre un cylindre gaufreur, avec un motif en relief constituant la-dite zone, et un cylindre caoutchouc, ensuite on dépose une substance adhésive sur les reliefs de l'un des plis, enfin on rapproche les deux plis de façon à faire coïncider les-dites zones et on réalise leur association par pincement entre les-dits deux cylindres gravés.
- Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8 du type comportant un cylindre gaufreur (15 ou 16) coopérant avec un cylindre (13 ou 14) en caoutchouc, un cylindre applicateur (18) de substance adhésive le long d'une zone constituant la périphérie du produit, le cylindre applicateur coopérant avec le-dit cylindre gaufreur, et un cylindre (16 ou 15) coopérant avec le cylindre gaufreur (15 ou 16), caractérisé en ce que le cylindre gaufreur comporte une partie en relief correspondant à la-dite zone périphérique.
- Dispositif selon la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un cylindre de type marieur pour l'association des plis.
- Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8 comprenant deux cylindres gaufreurs (15, 16), deux cylindres caoutchouc (13, 14), et un cylindre applicateur (18) de substance adhésive le long d'une zone constituant la périphérie du produit, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre applicateur (18) comporte une partie (181) en relief correspondant à la-dite zone périphériques d'encollage.
