Claims (20)
- Vorrichtung zum Sammeln, Entleeren und Transportieren von Müll, bestehend aus einem Fahrzeug (1) mit Rahmen (2), einem auf dem Rahmen (2) aufliegenden und mit ihm lösbar verbundenen Wechselbehälter (5) mit hoher Ladekante und einer Schüttung(6), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Schüttung (6) besteht aus zwei voneinander unabhängig am Rahmen (2) des Fahrzeuges (1) befestigten, im wesentlichen vertikalen, Türmen (7), wobei in jedem der Türme (7) ein Wagen (12) durch motorische Mittel vertikal beweglich angeordnet ist und eine Hub-Kipp-Vorrichtung (8) trägt, welche unter anderem besteht aus mehreren, einen Abhebekamm (22) bildenden Zapfen (21), einer Haltekante (15) für Kehrichtbehälter (14), und je die eine Hälfte einer Aufnahme- und Haltevorrichtung (13) für Grosskontainer (16),der Rahmen (2) des Fahrzeuges (1) am hinteren Ende beidseitig je einen Anbau (9) nach unten aufweist, welche Anbauten (9) je die eine Seite eines Gelenkscharniers (11) tragen, die anderen Seiten der genannten Gelenkscharniere (11) je an einem der Türme (7) sich befinden, die beiden Türme (7) je eine Verriegelungseinrichtung (10) aufweisen, mit Hilfe derer sie am Wechselbehälter (5) einzeln verriegelt werden können, wobei die an den Gelenkscharnieren (11) schwenkbaren Türme (7), wenn ausgeschwenkt, die Rückseite des Fahrzeuges (1) völlig freigeben,jede der Hub-Kipp-Vorrichtungen (8) mit je einer Einrichtung zum Wägen des Mülls und einer Einrichtung zum Identifizieren der Kehrichtbehälter (14) und Grosskontainer (16) ausgerüstet ist,ein Rechner vorhanden ist zum Steuern und Speichern der Wägungen, zum Verarbeiten und Speichern der Identifikationen und zum Steuern der Abläufe des Betriebes der Schüttungen, welche damit mindestens teilweise automatisch ablaufen.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Hub-Kipp-Vorrichtungen (8) zum Leeren von Grosskontainern (16) miteinander verriegelt werden können.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelung der beiden Hub-Kipp-Vorrichtungen (8) durch Kupplung der Hydraulik-Antriebe vorgenommen werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelung durch mechanische Mittel vorgenommen werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der Gelenkscharniere (11) am Anbau (9) besteht aus einem fahrzeugseitigen ersten Scharniergelenk (41) und einem turmseitigen zweiten Scharniergelenk (44), dass ferner die zwei Scharniergelenke (41, 44) durch einen im wesentlichen horizontalen Arm (42) verbunden sind, wodurch jeder der zwei Türme (7), voneinander unabhängig, je auf eine Seite des Müllsammelfahrzeuges (1) ausgeschwenkt werden können, wodurch die Rückseite des Müllsammelfahrzeugs (1) frei ist einerseits für den Austausch des Wechselbehälters (5) oder für das Andocken an einen Kehrichtbunker.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die motorischen Mittel, um die Wagen (12) in den Türmen (7) vertikal zu bewegen, aus je einer umlaufenden Kette bestehen, an welcher der Wagen (12) einseitig befestigt ist, und welche Ketten je durch einen Hydraulik-Motor angetrieben werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die motorischen Mittel, um die Wagen (12) in den Türmen (7) vertikal zu bewegen, bestehen aus je einem Hydraulik-Teleskop-Zylinder in je einem Turm (7).
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassan geeigneter Stelle des Fahrzeugaufbaus eine Neigungsmesseinrichtung (23) vorhanden ist, mit welcher die Schiefstellung des Fahrzeuges erfasst und im Rechner zur Korrektur der Wägeresultate verwendet werden kann,Schaltmittel vorhanden sind für den automatischen Betrieb der Vorrichtung,Steuermittel vorhanden sind für den manuellen Betrieb und die Einleitung des automatischen Betriebes der Vorrichtung.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuermittel bestehen einerseits aus je einer Taste AUF, AB, STOP, wobei die Taste AUF den Vorgang in Richtung des ordentlichen Leerungsablaufs steuert, die Taste AB den Vorgang in umgekehrter Richtung steuert und die Taste STOP jede Bewegung der Hub-Kipp-Vorrichtung (8) sofort unterbricht, anderseits aus Sensoren in Anschlägen (17) und in den Haltevorrichtungen (13) für Grosskontainer (16) und in seitlich des Müllsammelfahrzeuges (1) angebrachten Schranken (24).
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (2) des Müllsammelfahrzeuges (1) ausgerüstet ist mit Schienen (28), die mit am Wechselbehälter (5) angebrachten Halterungen (27) im Eingriff stehen, und daran verriegelt werden können und ferner Mittel aufweist, um den Wechselbehälter mit den motorischen Mitteln des Müllsammelfahrzeuges (1) längs zu bewegen.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (2) des Müllsammelfahrzeuges (1) in seiner Längsachse eine mit einer Klinke versehene und hydraulisch angetriebene Kette (30) aufweist, wobei die Klinke mit dem Wechselbehälter (5) im Eingriff steht, der je nach der Bewegungsrichtung der Kette (30) auf den Schienen (28) nach hinten oder nach vorne verfahren, damit also ab- oder aufgeladen werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der im Müllsammelfahrzeug (1) vorhandene Rechner den Leerungsvorgang von Kehrichtbehälter (14) in folgender Weise regelt und steuert:Jede Hub-Kipp-Vorrichtung ist in bezug auf Steuerung und Regelung unabhängig von der anderen,das Heranfahren eines Kehrichtbehälters (14) an den Anschlag (17) löst das Auffahren des entsprechenden Wagens (12) und das anschliessende Verriegeln des Kehrichtbehälters (14) mittels der Haltekante (15) aus,eine erste Entscheidungsfunktion (106) überprüft die Verriegelung, wonach im negativen Fall der Wagen (12) stehen bleibt und manuell, durch Drücken der AB-Taste, zurückgeholt werden kann,der Wagen (12) durchfährt das Wägefenster bis zum oberen Ende des Turmes (7), der Kehrichtbehälter (14) wird ausgekippt, anschliessend das Wägefenster erneut im Abwärtsweg durchfahren,die Verriegelung wird geöffnet und der Wagen (12) fährt in die Ladestellung zurück und stellt den Kehrichtbehälter (14) auf die Strasse ab.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Voreinstellen des Befehles "Wägen" am Rechnerdas Wägefenster langsam durchfahren wird, bis eine genügende Zahl von vergleichbaren Brutto-Wägungen vorhanden ist,der Rechner in einer Entscheidungsfunktion (112) dies feststellt, wonach imnegativen Fall der Wagen (12) angehalten wird und die Wägungen im Stillstand ergänzt werden,im positiven Fall der Wagen (12) ganz auffährt,nach dem Leeren des Kehrichtbehälters (14) das Wägefenster erneut langsam durchfahren wird, bis eine genügende Zahl von vergleichbaren Tara-Wägungen vorhanden ist,der Rechner in einer Entscheidungsfunktion (125) dies feststellt, wonach imnegativen Fall der Wagen (12) angehalten wird und die Wägungen im Stillstand ergänzt werden,im positiven Fall der Wagen (12) ganz abfährt,der Rechner die Differenz Brutto-Tara=Netto bildet und das Resultat speichert.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentansprüchen 12 und 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Voreinstellen des Befehls "Identifizieren" der Rechner mit den vorhandenen Identifizierungsmitteln nach der Speicherung des Bruttoresultatesdie Identifikation vornimmt, anschliessend in einer Entscheidungsfunktion (118) prüft, ob der Kehrichtbehälter (14) identifiziert ist,im negativen Fall den ganzen Entleerungsvorgang abbricht und den noch vollen und nicht identifizierten Kehrichtbehälter (14) wieder abstellt und das gespeicherte Bruttoresultat löscht,im positiven Fall die Identifikation speichert und nach Bildung des Netto-Resultates diesem zuordnet.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Haltevorrichtungen (13) für Grosskontainer (16) Sensoren vorhanden sind, die, wenn die Haltevorrichtungen (13) ausgeklappt sind, über den Rechner bewirken, dass die beiden Hub-Kipp-Vorrichtungen (8) hydraulisch gekoppelt werden und die Resultate der Wägeeinrichtungen (19) im Rechner summiert werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 12 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelung durch geeignete Mittel an den Haltevorrichtungen (13) vorgenommen wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit den Anschlägen (17) gekoppelten Sensoren durch koinzidentes Beaufschlagen durch einen Grosskontainer (16) über den Rechner bewirken, dass die beiden Hub-Kipp-Vorrichtungen (8) hydraulisch gekoppelt werden und die Resultate der Wägeeinrichtungen (19) im Rechner summiert werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hub-Kipp-Vorrichtung (8) unterhalb der den Abhebekamm bildenden Zapfen (21) einen auf- und zuklappbaren Behälter aufweist zur Aufnahme von Kehrichtsäcken.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassder auf- und zuklappbare Behälter daraus besteht, dass die Hub-Kipp-Vorrichtung (8) unterhalb der den Abhebekamm bildenden Zapfen (21) zwei mit Ratschen (35) versehene Gelenke (33) trägt, an welchen ein im wesentlichen U-förmig gebogener Bügel (32) angelenkt ist,der Bügel (32) einen leicht auf- und zuklappbaren, beutelartigen Behälter trägt, welcher zusätzlich an der Hub-Kipp-Vorrichtung (8) befestigt ist,der Bügel (32) gegen den Widerstand der Ratschen (35) nach unten in die Vertikale geklappt werden kann und dann den Leerungsbetrieb von Müllbehältern nicht behindert,der Bügel (32) gegen den Widerstand der Ratschen (35) nach oben in die Horizontale geklappt werden kann und dann zum Einwerfen von Kehrichtsäcken geeignet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der leicht auf- und zuklappbare beutelartige Behälter aus Bändern (34) besteht, die miteinander mit dem Bügel (32) und der Hub-Kipp-Vorrichtung (8) verbunden sind und so einen Korb (36) bilden.
