Claims (6)
- Procédé pour fabriquer un corps moulé en béton, qui reçoit les rails d'une voie, notamment une traverse de voie ou une plaque de support de voie pour un passage à niveau pouvant être franchi par des véhicules, comportant une couche élastique formée d'un élastomère ou d'une matière plastique élastomère, disposée sur au moins une surface extérieure portante, le corps moulé en béton étant fabriqué dans un moule, qu'on réalise au moins en partie avec un mat élastique d'amortissement et que l'on remplit ensuite de béton de sorte qu'après la prise du béton, le mat d'amortissement est relié au corps moulé en béton, caractérisé en ce que le mat élastique d'amortissement est un mat composite (5), qui est constitué par une structure à pores ouverts et par une couche de revêtement (10) vulcanisée sur une face, imperméable à l'eau et résistante à l'usure, et qu'on dispose le mat composite (5) dans le moule pour le corps moulé en béton de manière que la couche de revêtement (10) s'applique contre la paroi du moule.

- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le mat d'amortissement (5) est constitué par une couche d'amortissement (8) et une couche de revêtement (10), dont le rapport des épaisseurs est compris entre 7:1 et 14:1 et de préférence entre 9:1 et 12:1.
