Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif insonorisant contre un rail de tramway (1) qui comporte un champignon de rail (11) et une âme de rail (13), entre lesquels s'étendent des chambres de rail, ainsi qu'un patin de rail (14), et qui est encastré dans une chaussée, comprenant : des pièces moulées (3, 4) en composé de matériaux insonorisant qui emplissent les chambres de rail et présentent ainsi une forme adaptée aux chambres du profil de rail de tramway ; des corps moulés de jointoiement (9, 10) en matériau isolant qui sont disposés au-dessus des pièces moulées (3, 4) entre le champignon de rail (11) et le revêtement de chaussée (8), les des corps moulés de jointoiement (9, 10) étant pourvus, de part et d'autre du champignon de rail (11), d'interfaces (21, 22, 23, 24) qui sont tournées vers le champignon de rail (11) et vers le revêtement de chaussée (8) et qui descendent dans la chaussée à une profondeur comprise entre 20 et 40 mm et donc assez profondément pour empêcher l'eau de pénétrer dans la chaussée entre le champignon de rail (11) et le revêtement de chaussée (8), caractérisé par des corps de remplissage (30, 40) qui sont conformés en relief sur la pièce moulée correspondante (3, 4) et qui peuvent pénétrer dans l'espace compris entre le champignon de rail (11), le revêtement de chaussée (8) et le dessus (31, 41) des pièces moulées (3, 4) sans toutefois affecter la dimension des interfaces (21, 22, 23, 24) des corps moulés de jointoiement (9, 10).
  2. Dispositif insonorisant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les corps de remplissage (30, 40) s'étendent à distance parallèlement aux interfaces (21, 22, 23, 24) des champignons de rail (11) et du revêtement de chaussée (8) et présentent sur le dessus une section arrondie afin de loger suffisamment de masse moulée dans l'interstice entre les interfaces (21, 22, 23, 24) et les corps de remplissage (30, 40).
  3. Dispositif insonorisant selon la revendication 2, la section des corps de remplissage (30, 40) étant semi-circulaire.
  4. Dispositif insonorisant selon la revendication 2, la section des corps de remplissage (30, 40) étant semi-ovale.
  5. Dispositif insonorisant selon une des revendications 1 à 4, le rapport de l'aire de section des corps de remplissage (30, 40) à l'aire de section du corps moulé de jointoiement (9, 10) étant compris entre 15 et 40 %.
  6. Dispositif insonorisant selon une des revendications 1 à 5, les largeurs des corps moulés de jointoiement respectifs (9, 10) étant comprises, lorsque le rail de tramway (1) est un rail à gorge, entre 10 et 30 mm pour le corps moulé de jointoiement (10) proche de la gorge et entre 30 et 70 mm pour le corps moulé de jointoiement (9) éloigné de la gorge.
  7. Dispositif insonorisant selon une des revendications 1 à 6, la masse moulée de jointoiement étant à base de polysulfure.
  8. Dispositif insonorisant selon une des revendications 1 à 7, la masse moulée de jointoiement étant à base de polyuréthane.
  9. Dispositif insonorisant selon une des revendications 1 à 8, sous le patin de rail (14) étant disposée une couche d'assise (2) qui entraîne un débattement du rail (1) de l'ordre de 0,5 à 1,5 mm lorsque celui-ci est sollicité par un véhicule sur rails.
