Claims (3)

  1. Joint d'étanchéité entre un rail (1) pour voie ferrée et une surface pavée au moyen d'une masse de scellement élastique, caractérisé en ce que la masse de scellement élastique est une résine synthétique de polysulfure (8) ayant une reprise élastique supérieure à 80%, qui est connectée horizontalement au rail (1) et au moins à la première rangée (5) de la surface pavée et qui est séparée verticalement du sol sous-jacent par un agent de séparation.
  2. Joint d'étanchéité selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'agent de séparation est un minéral à grains fins, une feuille de plastique ou une substance cellulaire.
  3. Procédé de fabrication d'un joint d'étanchéité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que les flancs du rail et du pavage, entre lesquels la joint d'étanchéité doit être installé, sont nettoyés et revêtus d'un apprêt de base pour résine synthétique de polysulfure (8), en ce que l'on applique l'agent de séparation sur le sol sous-jacent sous le joint d'étanchéité, en ce que le pavage est positionné par rapport au rail et en ce que la résine synthétique de polysulfure (8) est introduite dans le joint sous forme plastique.
