Claims (7)

  1. Procédé de construction d'une voie de chemin de fer sans traverse, en particulier une voie pour tramway sans moyens de fixation des rails, agencée dans une cuve ayant une section en forme de U, comportant les étapes suivantes :
    fabrication préliminaire de pièces finies en béton pour la cuve, dans des longueurs transportables, et transport vers le chantier,
    réalisation d'une cuve adaptée à la largeur de la voie avec des bandes de bordure surélevées,
    pose d'une grille de voie pré-assemblée, comportant deux rails avec des écarteurs,
    montage d'éléments d'épaulement sur la grille de voie pré-assemblée ou in situ,
    ajustage de la grille de voie au moyen d'un support provisoire des écarteurs,
    mise en place d'un coffrage à côté des rails vers le milieu de la voie,
    coulage de l'enrobage des rails, sous le patin de rail et au moins aussi dans la fente obtenue entre les bandes de bordure et les rails,
    coulage de la masse de béton dans le milieu de voie entre les coffrages.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la cuve est formée par une semelle avec des bandes de bordure montées sur les côtés ou par des pièces finies en béton réalisées séparément.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les bandes de bordure sont assemblées par complémentarité de forme entre elles et/ ou avec la semelle.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les bandes de bordure sont plus basses que le bord supérieur des rails.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, en cas d'utilisation de grilles de voie avec des entretoises de contre-rail, les entretoises de contre-rail sont dégagées pendant le coulage de l'enrobage des rails et sont retirées avant le coulage de la masse de béton.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le coffrage est retiré avant le coulage de la masse de béton.
