Claims (5)

  1. Procédé pour fabriquer une voie ferrée (1) sans ballast, pour des véhicules ferroviaires, des semelles (2) préfabriquées étant posées sur une couche support (3), les semelles formant des points d'appui pour les rails (4), déjà praticables lorsque la voie ferrée sans ballast est à l'état de construction brut et soutenus, avec la fixation de rail, sur les semelles (2), et équipés, à la suite de quoi une plaque support de voie (7), composée d'un liant lié hydrauliquement, est placée sur la couche support (3), les plaques de fixation de rail (5) des rails (4) soutenus sur les semelles (2) étant munies de chevilles (6) pour la fixation des rails sur la plaque support de voie (7), à distance de la face inférieure de plaque de fixation de rail et, en des étapes opératoires subséquente, la plaque support de voie (7), composée de liant lié hydrauliquement, étant placée sur la couche support (3), à distance de la face inférieure de plaque de fixation de rail, les chevilles étant, au moins pour leur plus grande partie, scellées dans la plaque support de voie (7), caractérisé en ce que à liaison entre la plaque de fixation de rail (5) et les chevilles (6), disposées à distance de la face inférieure de plaque de fixation de rail, est relâchée pour obtenir le désaccouplement mécanique entre rails (4) et plaque support de voie (7) jusqu'au durcissement suffisant du liant lié hydrauliquement, et en ce que, ensuite, les rails (4), après savoir subi un alignement fin ultime de leur position spatiale, sont fixés sur la plaque support de voie (7) par l'intermédiaire des plaques de fixation de rail (5) et scellés par le dessous, avec une masse de scellement (8).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les rails (4) sont posés de manière à pouvoir effectuer un débattement au moins sensiblement librement entre les semelles (2), à partir du moment du desserrement de la liaison entre plaque de fixation de rail (5) et cheville (6) jusqu'au durcissement suffisant du liant lié hydrauliquement.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les rails (4), les plaques de fixation de rail (5) et, le cas échéant, les semelles (2) forment des unités de pose regroupées en tronçons de voie, mises en position les uns après les autres sur la couche support (3) et reliés entre eux, respectivement soudés ensemble.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, après une pose d'un tronçon de voie, les rails (4) subissent une correction quant à leur position, en particulier leur position latérale, avant que la plaque support de voie (7) soit intégrée.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que, au moins jusqu'au durcissement de la masse de scellement (8), les rails (4), avec des plaques de fixation de rail (5), sont soutenus sur la plaque support de voie (7) à l'aide de dispositifs de réglage.
