Claims (6)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines die Schienen eines Gleises aufnehmenden Betonformkörpers, insbesondere eine Gleisschwelle oder eine Gleistragplatte für einen überfahrbaren, schienengleichen Bahnübergang, mit einer auf mindestens einer tragenden Außenfläche angebrachten elastischen Schicht aus einem Elastomer oder elastischem Kunststoff, wobei der Betonformkörper in einer Form hergestellt wird, die mit einer elastischen Dämm-Matte mindestens teilweise ausgelegt und anschließend der Beton eingefüllt wird, so daß nach dem Abbinden des Betons die Dämm-Matte mit dem Betonformkörper verbunden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die elastische Dämm-Matte eine Verbundmatte (5) ist, die aus einer Schicht (8) gebundenen Gummigranulats mit einer offenporigen Struktur und einer einseitig aufvulkanisierten, wasserundurchlässigen und verschleißfesten Deckschicht (10) besteht, und daß die Verbundmatte (5) so in die Betonformkörperform verlegt wird, daß die Deckschicht (10) an der Formwand anliegt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Herstellung des Betonformkörpers als Fertigteil vorgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Herstellung des Betonformkörpers direkt am Einsatzort des Fahrbahnbaus vorgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gummigranulat polyurethangebunden ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Deckschicht (10) eine Schicht aus kompaktem Gummimaterial verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dämm-Matte (5) aus einer Dämmschicht (8) und einer Deckschicht (10) besteht, deren Dickenverhältnis zwischen 7:1 und 14:1, vorzugsweise zwischen 9:1 und 12:1 liegt.
