Claims (6)
- Sammelbehälter (1), beispielsweise für Abfälle, mit : einer Sammelwanne (2); einem zwischen einem offenen Zugriffzustand auf das Innere der Wanne (2) und einem geschlossenen, etwa hermetischen Verschlusszustand der Wanne (2) versetzbaren Deckel (6) ; einem Drehgelenk (9), das den Deckel (6) mit der Wanne (2) verbindet, und dessen Achse (X) sich im allgemeinen waagerecht erstreckt, wenn sich der Behälter (1) in einer Verwendungsposition befindet ; und Bremsmitteln (11) des Deckels (6) beim Übergang aus seinem geöffneten Zustand in seinen geschlossenen Zustand, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Bremsmittel (11) mindestens eine Feder (12) mit einer Spirale (19), beispielsweise aus Metall, umfassen, deren eines, einen geradlinigen Teil (18) bildendes Ende (14) in einer Öffnung der Wanne (2) angeordnet ist, während ihr anderes Ende (15) eine auskragende Stützzone (16) aufweist, die in geöffnetem Zustand des Deckels (6) etwa waagerecht und lotrecht zu einem oberen Teil der Wanne (2) verläuft, wie beispielsweise ein umlaufender Rand (5), und die dazu bestimmt ist, mit einer Kontaktfläche (17) des Deckels (6) zusammenzuwirken, wobei die Stützzone (16) im radialem Abstand zur Achse (X) des Gelenkes (9) vorgesehen ist ; wobei die Spirale (19) der Feder (12) um etwa eineinhalb Drehungen nach der Achse (X) des Gelenkes (9) aufgewickelt ist, um die Feder (12) am Ende des Verschlussweges des Deckels (6) aktiv zu machen, bis fast zum geschlossenen Zustand oder bis zu diesem Zustand, während sie für den Rest des Weges des Deckels (6) nicht aktiv ist ; wobei die Feder (12) mit der Spirale (19) zwischen einem am Deckel (6) befestigten Teil des Gelenkes (9) und einem mit dem Gelenk (9) in Kontakt stehenden Teil des Behälters (1), beispielsweise ein Betätigungsgriff (13) des Behälters (1), montiert ist.
- Behälter (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützzone (16) mit einem Winkel (A) von etwa 5 bis 15° in Bezug auf die Horizontale auskragend ist, in geöffnetem Zustand des Deckels (6), lotrecht zu einem oberen Teil der Wanne (2), wie beispielsweise ein umlaufender Rand (5).
- Sammelbehälter (1), beispielsweise für Abfälle, mit : einer Sammelwanne (2); einem zwischen einem offenen Zugriffzustand auf das Innere der Wanne (2) und einem geschlossenen, etwa hermetischen Verschlusszustand der Wanne (2) versetzbaren Deckel (6) ; einem Drehgelenk (9), das den Deckel (6) mit der Wanne (2) verbindet, und dessen Achse (X) sich im allgemeinen waagerecht erstreckt, wenn sich der Behälter (1) in einer Verwendungsposition befindet ; und Bremsmitteln (11) des Deckels (6) beim Übergang aus seinem geöffneten Zustand in seinen geschlossenen Zustand, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Bremsmittel (11) mindestens eine Feder (12) mit einer Spirale (19), beispielsweise aus Metall, umfassen, deren eines, einen geradlinigen Teil bildendes Ende (14) in einer Öffnung des Deckels (6) angeordnet ist, während ihr anderes Ende (15) eine auskragende Stützzone (16) aufweist, die in geöffnetem Zustand des Deckels (6) etwa senkrecht und lotrecht zu einem oberen Teil der Wanne (2) verläuft, wie beispielsweise ein umlaufender Rand (5), und die dazu bestimmt ist, mit einer Kontaktfläche (17) der Wanne (2) zusammenzuwirken, die im radialem Abstand zur Achse (X) des Gelenkes (9) vorgesehen ist ; wobei die Spirale (19) der Feder (12) um etwa eineinhalb Drehungen nach der Achse (X) des Gelenkes (9) aufgewickelt ist, um die Feder (12) am Ende des Verschlussweges des Deckels (6) aktiv zu machen, bis fast zum geschlossenen Zustand oder bis zu diesem Zustand, während sie für den Rest des Weges des Deckels (6) nicht aktiv ist, so dass er freidrehend bleibt ; wobei die Feder (12) mit der Spirale (19) zwischen einem am Deckel (6) befestigten Teil des Gelenkes (9) und einem mit dem Gelenk (9) in Kontakt stehenden Teil des Behälters (1), beispielsweise ein Betätigungsgriff (13) des Behälters (1), montiert ist.
- Behälter (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützzone (16) mit einem Winkel (A) von etwa 5 bis 15° in Bezug auf die Vertikale auskragend ist, in geöffnetem Zustand des Deckels (6), lotrecht zu einem oberen Teil der Wanne (2), wie beispielsweise ein umlaufender Rand (5).
- Behälter (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Deckel (6) und dem Rand (5) der Wanne (2) Dämpfungsstücke (8) eingesetzt sind, die beispielsweise steif am oberen Rand (5) der Wanne (2) gegenüber dem Deckel (6) befestigt werden.
- Behälter (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützzone (16) schleifenförmig ist.
