Claims (9)

  1. Behälter (10) zum Sammeln von Abfällen, umfassend:
    - mindestens eine Wand (22) mit einer Öffnung zum Einbringen der Abfälle (26), wobei die Öffnung so große Abmessungen aufweist, dass ein Kind in den Behälter (10) fallen kann, und
    - einen Deckel (28), der an der Wand beweglich montiert ist zwischen einer Schließstellung, in der er die Öffnung (26) verschließt, und einer Öffnungsstellung, in der er den Zugang zu der Öffnung (26) frei lässt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er Folgendes umfasst:
    - ein Behältnis (36) für die Aufnahme eines Abfalls, das in dem Behälter (10) platziert ist und an der Wand (22) beweglich montiert ist zwischen einer Aufnahmestellung, in der es der Öffnung (26) zugewandt platziert ist und den direkten Zugang zu dem Inneren des Behälters (10) verhindert, und einer versenkten Stellung; und
    dass der Deckel (28) Mittel zum Halten (46) des Behältnisses (36) in Aufnahmestellung umfasst, die in der Lage sind, das Behältnis (36) in seiner Aufnahmestellung zu halten, wenn der Deckel (38) in Öffnungsstellung ist, wobei die Mittel einen Haken (46) umfassen und das Behältnis (36) eine Öffnung zur Aufnahme (48) des Hakens (46) umfasst, wobei der Haken (46) und die Öffnung (48) eingerichtet sind, um miteinander zusammenzuwirken, wenn der Deckel (38) in Öffnungsstellung ist.
  2. Behälter (10) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die Haltemittel so ausgebildet sind, dass sie das Behältnis (36) nicht in Aufnahmestellung halten, wenn der Deckel (28) in Schließstellung ist, so dass das Behältnis (36) in der Lage ist, seine versenkte Stellung einzunehmen, wenn der Deckel (28) in Schließstellung ist.
  3. Behälter (10) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Deckel (28) gemäß einer Rotationsachse (30), die ein verbundenes Ende (32) des Deckels (28) definiert, drehbeweglich ist, wobei der Haken (46) in der Nähe des verbundenen Endes (32) des Deckels gelegen ist.
  4. Behälter (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Behältnis (36) gemäß einer Rotationsachse (38) die ein verbundenes Ende (40) des Behältnisses (36) definiert, drehbeweglich ist, wobei die Aufnahmeöffnung (48) an dem freien Ende (42) des Behältnisses (36) gelegen ist.
  5. Behälter (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei das Behältnis (36) ein Verstärkungselement (50) umfasst, das die Aufnahmeöffnung (48) begrenzt, insbesondere den oberen Teil der Öffnung (48), wenn das Behältnis (36) in Aufnahmestellung ist.
  6. Behälter (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Behältnis (36) und der Deckel (28) gemäß zwei Rotationsachsen (30, 38) die zueinander parallel sind, drehbeweglich ist, wobei die Rotationsachsen (30, 38) sich auf beiden Seiten der Öffnung zum Einbringen der Abfälle (26) befinden.
  7. Behälter (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Behältnis (36) Mittel zum Rückstellen (44) des Behältnisses (36) in Aufnahmestellung umfasst.
  8. Behälter (10) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die Rückstellmittel (44) mindestens eine Feder umfassen.
  9. Behälter (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend mindestens eine Seitenwand, die dazu bestimmt ist, mindestens teilweise in den Boden eingelassen zu werden.
