Claims (10)

  1. Müllbehälter mit Öffnung durch Fußbetätigung, mit einem Träger(1) zur Hausmüllaufnahme mit einer Öffnung (2a) am oberen Ende, so zusammengebaut, daß dieser unter der Einwirkung eines auf einem selbsttragenden Gestells (6) angebauten Betätigungs- Fußpedals (4) kippt, so daß in Ruhe- oder Schließstellung diese Öffnung (2a) durch einen festen, mit dem Gestell (6) in einem Stück verbundenen Deckel (3) geschlossen wird und daß in Öffnungs- oder Benutzungsstellung diese Öffnung (2a) durch einen Abstand vom Deckel freigelegt und dadurch zugänglich wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungs-Fußpedal (4) am unteren Teil des Gestells (6) angebracht und mit den Betätigungs- und Übertragungsmitteln (10 bis 19) verbunden ist, in der Lage, das Kippen des Trägers (1) auf dem Gestell (6) hervorzurufen in zwei Stellungen zum Öffnen und Schließen um eine Kippachse (5) herum im Schnitt durch die Längsachse (7) deutlich durch seinen Schwerpunkt hindurch, wobei die entsprechenden Stellungen dieser Längsachse (7) beide schräg stehen im entgegengesetzten Sinn zueinander im Verhältnis zu einer senkrechten, von einer auf einer waagerechten, auf dem Boden ruhenden Basis (30) des Gestells (6) definierten Richtung.
  2. Müllbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungs- und Schließstellungen beim Kippen des Trägers (1) so sind, daß die entsprechenden Stellungen seiner Längsachse (7) symmetrisch zueinander im Verhältnis zur Senkrechten stehen.
  3. Müllbehälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kippachse (5) sich näher am Boden (1a), als am oberen Ende des Trägers (1) befindet.
  4. Müllbehälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er einen Behälter (2) beinhaltet, der herausziehbar im Träger (1) angeordnet ist.
  5. Müllbehälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Träger (1) und/oder dem Behälter (2) ein Boden (1a/2b) zugeordnet ist mit einer Form, dessen Schnitt im Verhältnis zur normalen Lage der Kippachse (5) kreisförmig und auf diese Achse (5) am besten sphärisch zentriert ist auf den Schnittpunkt zwischen Kippachse (5) und Längsachse (7) des Trägers (1).
  6. Müllbehälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestell (6) aus einem einzigen Kunststoffstück besteht, mit einem, am günstigsten flachen, normalerweise senkrechten Teil (6a), das nach hinten den Fuß des Müllbehälters bildet und das zu einem, im Verhältnis zur Senkrechten, schrägen Teil (6b) konvergiert, sowie mit einem halbzylindrischen Teil (6c), welches den Träger (1) zur Hälfte aufnimmt, wenn dieser sich in Schließstellung befindet.
  7. Müllbehälter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungs- und Übertragungsmittel einen, mit dem Gestell (6) gelenkig verbundenen und am besten direkt unter dem Träger (1) angebrachten, zweiarmigen Hebel beinhalten, dessen einer Arm das Betätigungs-Fußpedal (4) trägt und dessen anderer Arm gelenkig (14) verbunden ist an einem Punkt (13), der am besten in Höhe der Kippachse (5) des Trägers (1) liegt.
  8. Müllbehälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die durch Fußpedal (4) , Hebel (10) und Zwischenglied (12) entstandene Einheit aus einem einzigen Kunststoffstück besteht, wobei das mit dem Hebel (10) und dem Zwischenglied (12) verbundene Gelenk (14) aus einer Verdünnung dieses Kunststoffstücks besteht.
  9. Müllbehälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungs-und Übertragungsmittel (10, 12, 19) während ihrer Verschiebungen in einer Aussparung (21) im Innern des Trägers (1) angeordnet sind, vor allem im Innern des Teils (6a) nach Anspruch 6, das nach hinten den Fuß bildet.
  10. Müllbehälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Betätigungsmitteln dehnbare Rück-bewegungsmittel (19) zugeordnet sind, die das Zwischenglied (12) nach Anspruch 8 oder 9 mit dem Träger (1) verbinden auf dem Teil (6c), das nach hinten den Fuß in der Nähe der Basis (30) der Bodenauflage bildet und die den Träger (1) ständig in seine Schließstellung zurückziehen.
