- daß das Zylindergehäuse innerhalb dieser Ausnehmung mit losem Kontakt der Kolbenstangenenden an beiden zur Bewegungsrichtung der Riegelplatte quer verlaufenden, einander entgegengerichteten Flächen der Ausnehmung auf der Montageebene fixiert oder bei Integration in CVC-Verschiebeblöcken an einer der Kolbenstangen-Austrittsflächen befestigt ist.

Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zur axialen Verriegelung von Stütz-, Arbeits- und/oder Zwischenwalzen in einem Walzgerüst oder anderen Systemen mit Verriegelungscharakteristik, beispielsweise einem CVC-Walzgerüst, mit einer für Stützwalzen (31, 32) am Walzenständer (4) und für Arbeits- und Zwischenwalzen am Biegesystem oder Walzenständer befestigbaren, eine Riegelplatte (11) aufweisenden Riegelplattenführung (10) sowie mit einer für die Betätigung der Riegelplatte (11) einerseits an dieser und andererseits am Walzenständer (4) oder einer anderen Montageebene angreifbar angeordneten hydraulischen Kolben/Zylinder-Einheit mit einem Zylindergehäuse (21), wobei das Zylindergehäuse (21) in symmetrischer Ausbildung zu beiden Seiten einer es senkrecht schneidenden Ebene (y-y) Austritte (22, 23) für eine nach beiden Seiten austretbar geführte Kolbenstange (24) mit einem etwa mittig daran befestigten, beidseitig beaufschlagbaren Kolben (25) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Riegelplatte (11) und Riegelführung (10) eine zumindest der Länge der Kolbenstange (24) sowie der Breite des Zylindergehäuses (21) entsprechende fensterartige Ausnehmung (1) aufweist, unddass das Zylindergehäuse (21) innerhalb dieser Ausnehmung (1) mit losem Kontakt der Kolbenstangenenden (26, 27) an beiden zur Bewegungsrichtung der Riegelplatte (11) quer verlaufenden, einander entgegengerichteten Flächen (2, 3) der Ausnehmung (1) auf der Oberfläche der jeweiligen Montageebene (4) fixiert oder bei Integration in CVC-Verschiebeblöcken (53) an einer der Kolbenstangen-Austrittsflächen (60) befestigt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei deren Einsatz in CVC-Verschiebesystemen der Verschiebeblock (53) selbst die Riegelführung übernimmt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Riegelplatte (11) ohne mechanische Verbindung mit der Kolben/Zylinder-Einheit (20) bzw. mit deren Kolbenstangenenden (26, 27) zusammenwirkbar ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das einteilige Zylindergehäuse (21) Strömungskanäle im oberen Bereich (16, 17) für ein Arbeitsmedium und im unteren Bereich einen in eine kompatible Zentriervertiefung (5) eingreifbaren Zentrieransatz (15) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Riegelplatte (11) Schmiermittelkanäle (8, 9) zur Ausbildung einer hydrostatischen Schmiermittel-Gleitschicht aufweist.
