Description
Claims (15)
- Vortriebsschild mit einer im Schildvorderteil durch eine Querwand (2) nach hinten abgedichteten, nach vorn durch die Ortsbrust (5) begrenzten Abbaukammer (3) und mindestens einem in dieser angeordneten, zum Abbau des an der Ortsbrust (5) anstehenden Bodenmaterials dienenden, unter Abdichtung an der Querwand (2) gelagerten, längenverstellbaren Abbauarm (10), welcher einen drehbaren Schneidkopf (11) für das Bodenmaterial umfaßt, welcher beim Betrieb in einem in der Abbaukammer (3) enthaltenen, unter Druck stehenden Abstützmedium zu jeder Stelle der Ortsbrust (5) bewegbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in der Abbaukammer (3) eine mit einem fluiden Medium unter Druck setzbare, gegen den hinteren, druckfreien Teil (4) des Vortiebsschildes (100) über mindestens eine Personenschleuse (27) abgedichtete Arbeitskammer (21) vorgesehen ist, welche eine nach unten gerichtete Öffnung (25) aufweist, über die sie mit der Abbaukammer (3) kommuniziert. - Vortriebsschild nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung (25) eine zum Einführen des Schneidkopfes (11) geeignete Größe aufweist.
- Vortriebsschild nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arbeitskammer (21) ein separates Kammergehäuse (22) aufweist, welches in einer in der Querwandung vorgesehenen Lageröffnung (20) ruht und aus der innerhalb der Abbaukammer (3) befindlichen Position wahlweise in Richtung einer Verlagerachse (V), die etwa in Richtung der Mittelachse (M) des Vortriebsschildes (100) verläuft, in eine im wesentlichen außerhalb der Abbaukammer (3) befindliche Position unter Abdichtung gegenüber der Lageröffnung (20) verlagerbar ist.
- Vortriebsschild nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zentrum der Lageröffnung (20) oberhalb der Mittelachse (M) des Vortriebsschildes (100) angeordnet ist und die Verlagerachse (V) von der Ortsbrust (5) aus gesehen leicht schräg nach oben verläuft.
- Vortriebsschild nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Öffnung (25) der Arbeitskammer (21) zugewandte Lagerfläche (28) der Lageröffnung (20) in der im wesentlichen außerhalb der Abbaukammer (3) befindlichen Position der Arbeitskammer (21) die Öffnung (25) vollständig überdeckt und die Arbeitskammer (21) gegen die Umgebung dichtwirkend abschließt.
- Vortriebsschild nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Ortsbrust (5) zugewandte Stirnwandung des Kammergehäuses als senkrecht zur Mittelachse des Vortriebsschildes verlaufende Stützwandung (32) ausgebildet ist und die Arbeitskammer (21) soweit in die Abbaukammer (3) verlagerbar ist, daß die Außenfläche der Stirnwandung (32) gegen die Ortsbrust (5) preßbar ist.
- Vortriebsschild nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die der Ortsbrust (5) zugewandte Stirnwandung (32) des Kammergehäuses (22) über den Außenumfang der Arbeitskammer (21) hinaus erstreckt.
- Vortriebsschild nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verlagerung der Arbeitskammer eine Hydraulikzylinder (30) dient.
- Vortriebsschild nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Arbeitskammer (21) eine durch ihre Öffnung (25) absenkbare Greifeinrichtung (31) zur Aufnahme eines Schneidkopfes (11) oder größerer Abraumstücke vorgesehen ist.
- Vortriebsschild nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mindestens eine Abbauarm (10) zumindest um eine Schwenkachse verschwenkbar außerhalb der Mitte auf einer kreisförmigen Trägerplatte (8) angeordnet ist, welche etwa um die Mittelachse (M) rotierbar und dichtwirkend in der Querwandung (2) gelagert ist.
- Vortriebsschild nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mindestens eine Abbauarm (10) um genau eine Schwenkachse verschwenkbar ist.
- Vortriebsschild nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse parallel zu der durch die der Ortsbrust (5) zugewandten Oberfläche der Trägerplatte (8) und senkrecht zu einer radial vom Drehpunkt der Trägerplatte die Längsachse (L) des jeweiligen Abbauarmes (10) schneidenden Geraden verläuft.
- Vortriebsschild nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abbauarm (10) radial nach außen von der Mittelachse (M) des Vortriebsschildes (100) etwa um den halben Bohrungsradius versetzt auf der Trägerplatte (8) angeordnet ist.
- Vortriebsschild nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Verschwenken des Abbauarms (10) eine hydraulische Einrichtung (13) vorgesehen ist.
- Vortriebsschild nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere unabhängig voneinander verschwenkbare Abbauarme auf der Trägerplatte angeordnet sind.
