Description
Dessen ungeachtet wird die Verbesserung der Wärmeisolierung unter möglichst weitgehender Erhaltung der Lichtdurchlässigkeit als Aufgabe empfunden. Die Tendenz geht dabei in Richtung der Änderung des Aufbaus der individuellen Stegdoppel- bzw. Stegmehrfachplatte. So wird in der EP-A 0 286 003 eine Hohlkammerplatte vorgeschlagen, in deren Hohlräumen mindestens zwei "dachförmig verlaufende" Innengurte angeordnet sind.
Die Hohlkammerplatten mit besonderer Steggeometrie verlangen indessen entsprechende Fertigungsverfahren mit speziellen Werkzeugen, die sich aber wiederum nur ab höheren Stückzahlen wirklich lohnen. Es sollte daher nach anderen Wegen gesucht werden, die transparente Wärmedämmung über den mit den Handelsformen der Stegdoppel- und Stegmehrfachplatten erreichten Grad hinaus zu verbessern.
Vorzugsweise wendet man handelsübliche Stegmehrfachplatten an, insbesondere solche mit senkrecht zur Gurtenoberfläche verlaufenden Stegen, jedoch kommen auch Hohlkammerplatten mit anderer Steggeometrie, z.B. sog. Fachwerkgeometrie in Frage (vgl. vorstehend "Stand der Technik"). Ferner können die aus den typischen Verglasungseinsätzen bekannten und in der Praxis bewährten Abmessungen wie Breite und Dicke der Stegmehrfachplatten in der Regel übernommen werden.

Claims (4)
- Vorrichtung zur transparenten Wärmedämmung mit einem k-Wert unter 1,0 W/m2.K, bestehend aus zwei oder drei Stegplatten, die Stegdreifachplatten oder Stegvierfachplatten aus transparentem, thermoplastischen Kunststoff mit Gurtabständen von 16 bis 32 mm sind und die mittels einer gemeinsamen Halterung zu einer Einheit zusammenfaßt sind.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der transparente Kunststoff Polymethylmethacrylat, Polycarbonat oder Polystyrol ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterung aus einem Holzrahmen mit Holzleisten als Abstandshalter zwischen den Stegplatten besteht.
- Vorrichtung gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Metall- oder Kunststoffprofile als Halterungselemente für die Stegplatten eingesetzt werden.
