Claims (11)
- Abfallbehälter (B) mit einem im wesentlichen einen runden Grundriß aufweisenden Schwingdeckel (7), wobei der Schwingdeckel (7) etwa entlang eines Durchmessers auf einer Drehachse gelagert ist und eine gleichberechtigte Öffnung (Ö) in zwei zueinander entgegengesetzten Drehrichtungen erlaubt, wobei darüber hinaus eine selbsttätige Einnahme der Verschlußlage des Schwingdeckels (7) durch Gewichtsbelastung erreicht ist aufgrund eines auf der Schwingdeckel-Rückseite (7') angeordneten Gewichts (G), und wobei die ebenflächig ausgebildete Schwingdeckel-Oberseite (7'') gegenüber einem Abfallbehälterrand (3/11) tiefenmäßig versetzt ist derart, daß sich in der Verschlußlage des Schwingdeckels (7) eine im wesentlichen gleich hohe umlaufende Randfläche (13) ergibt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwingdeckel (7) eine durchgesteckte, einstückige Drehachse (9) aufweist und das Gewicht (G) auf der Drehachse (9) steckgehaltert ist.
- Abfallbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gewicht (G) an der Schwingdeckel-Rückseite (7'), im Zentrum des einen kreisrunden Umriß aufweisenden Schwingdeckels (7) und einem Inneneimer (5) zugewandt, angebracht ist.
- Abfallbehälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe (x) der Randfläche (13) etwa einem Fünftel einer Armlänge (a) des Schwingdeckels (7) entspricht.
- Abfallbehälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gewicht (G), jedenfalls zu Montagezwecken, unter federnder Auslenkung der Drehachse (9) auf dieser verschiebbar ist.
- Abfallbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gewicht (G) an der Unterseite bzw. Rückseite (7') des Schwingdeckels (7) reibschlüssig anliegt.
- Abfallbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gewicht (G) durch Festschrauben oder dergleichen festlegbar ist.
- Abfallbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gewicht (G) stabförmig ist mit einer im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Drehachse (9) ausgerichteten Stabachse (z-z).
- Abfallbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, gekennzeichnet durch einen massiven Rundstab als Gewicht (G).
- Abfallbehälter nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge des Rundstabes nicht größer ist als eine Armlänge (a) des Schwingdeckels (7) beträgt.
- Abfallbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Randfläche (13) sich zu einem im Querschnitt U-förmigen Abfallbehälter-Randwulst (17) ergänzt und daß am inneren U-Schenkel Lageraufnahmen (14) für die Enden der Drehachse (9) ausgebildet sind.
- Abfallbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwingdeckel (7) tellerförmig gestaltet ist mit behältereinwärts gerichteter Tellerhöhlung.
