- Kniehebelspannvorrichtung, insbesondere zur Verwendung in Vorrichtungen und Schweißmaschinen des Karosseriebaus der Kfz-Industrie, mit einem Spannkopf (1) und einem sich in achsialer Verlängerung daran anschließenden Zylinder (2), in dem ein abwechselnd beidseitig durch Druckmitteldruck, vorzugsweise durch Luftdruck, zu beaufschlagender Kolben längsverschieblich und dichtend geführt ist, der mit seiner Kolbenstange (3) den Zylinder (2) und einen sich daran in achsialer Richtung anschließenden Spannkopf (1) durchgreift, wobei am freien Ende der Kolbenstange (3) innerhalb des Gehäuses eine Kniehebelgelenkanordnung (5) befestigt ist, der ein Spannarm (6) zugeordnet ist, wobei der Spannkopf (1) aus zwei materialmäßig einstückigen, schalenförmigen Gehäuseteilen (7, 8) besteht, die die Kniehebelgelenkanordnung (5) und einen Teil der Kolbenstange (3) staub-, schmutz- und spritzgeschützt nach außen hin kapseln und daß in den inneren Wandungen der schalenförmigen Gehäuseteile (7, 8) Führungsnuten (18, 19) für die Kniehebelgelenkanordnungen (5) und Durchgangsbohrungen (15, 16) für einen Schwenkbolzen (17) der Kniehebelgelenkanordnung (5) und gegebenenfalls mindestens eine Öffnung oder Ausnehmung für eine Kassette (27), für Mikroschalter, oder für induktive Schalter, oder für pneumatische Schalter, angeordnet ist, gekennzeichnet durch einen an der Kolbenstange (3) angreifenden, von Hand betätigbaren Handhebel (28), dem ein Handgriff (29) zugeordnet ist, wobei der Handhebel (28) mit der Kolbenstange (3) über ein Gelenk zwecks deren Axialbewegung zusammenwirkt, wobei der Handhebel (28) auf einer dem Spannkopf zugeordneten Schwenkachse (31) angeordnet ist, und daß die Schwenkachse (31) über einen Gelenkhebel (32) mit einem Mitnehmer (35) verbunden ist, der unmittelbar in einer Kulisse (36) der Kolbenstange (3) geführt und gehalten ist.
- Kniehebelspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kulisse (36) der Kolbenstange (3) für den Mitnehmer (35) quer zur Längsachse (38) der Kolbenstange (3) verläuft.
- Kniehebelspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kulisse (36) geradlinig und orthogonal zur Längsachse (38) der Kolbenstange (3) verläuft.
- Kniehebelspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der folgenden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der starre Mitnehmer (35) in der Kulisse (36) der Kolbenstange (3) gleit- und schwenkbeweglich geführt ist.
- Kniehebelspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der folgenden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kulisse (36) als Bohrung ausgebildet ist und daß der Mitnehmer (35) ballig oder wulstförmig gestaltet ist.
- Kniehebelspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mitnehmer (35) als Kugelkalotte ausgebildet ist.
- Kniehebelspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mitnehmer (35) eine Teilkugel ist.
- Kniehebelspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mitnehmer (35) eine Kugel ist.
- Kniehebelspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der folgenden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im mittleren Bereich der Kulisse (36) ein sich in achsialer Richtung der Kolbenstange (3) um ein begrenztes Maß erstreckender Schlitz (39) angeordnet ist, in den der Gelenkhebel (32) bei der Verschiebung der Kolbenstange (3) ganz oder teilweise veränderlich eintaucht.
- Kniehebelspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der folgenden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gelenkhebel (32) mit der Schwenkachse (31) einerseits und dem Mitnehmer (35) andererseits einstückig und starr verbunden ist.
- Kniehebelspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der folgenden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gelenkhebel (32) aus zwei unter einem Winkel zueinander verlaufenden als Längenabschnitte ausgebildeten Hebelteilen (33, 34) besteht, wobei der eine Längenabschnitt (34) mit dem Mitnehmer (35) verbunden und der andere Längenabschnitt (33) an seinem Ende mit der Schwenkachse (31) verbunden ist.
- Kniehebelspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Spannstellung oder annähernd in Spannstellung das eine Hebelteil (33) parallel zur Längsachse (38) der Kolbenstange (3) und das andere Hebelteil (34) orthogonal oder annähernd orthogonal zur Längsachse (38) verläuft.
- Kniehebelspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der folgenden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mitnehmer (35) beim Hin- und Herschwenken des Spannarmes (6) eine quer, vorzugsweise orthogonal zur Längsachse (38) der Kolbenstange (3) gerichtete Bewegung ausführt, während der Gelenkhebel (32) in einer Ebene schwenkt, die parallel oder annähernd parallel zur Längsachse (38) der Kolbenstange (3) gerichtet ist.
- Kniehebelspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder einem der folgenden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gelenkhebel (32) in der Seitenansicht etwa S-förmig gestaltet ist und an seinem einen Ende die Schwenkachse (31) und seinem anderen Ende den Mitnehmer (35) aufweist.
- Kniehebelspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder einem der folgenden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gelenkhebel (32) plattenförmig ausgebildet ist und passend, aber mit Spiel, in den Schlitz (39) der Kolbenstange (3) eingreift, wobei der Längsschlitz (39) orthogonal in die Kulisse (36) ausmündet, und daß die Längsachse des Gelenkhebels (32) orthogonal zur Längsachse der Schwenkachse (31) für den Handhebel (28) verläuft.
- Kniehebelspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der folgenden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkbolzen (17) der Kniehebelgelenkanordnung (5) an jedem Ende je mindestens eine Führungsrolle trägt, und daß jede dieser Führungsrollen in je einer der Führungsnuten (18, 19) der schalenförmigen Gehäuseteile (7 bzw. 8) abrollbar angeordnet ist.
