Claims (5)
- Als Handspanner ausgebildete Kniehebelspannvorrichtung, insbesondere zur Verwendung im Karosseriebau der Kfz-Industrie, mit einem Gehäuse (1), das aus zwei parallel und mit Spaltabstand (23) zueinander angeordneten Gehäuseplatten (2, 3) besteht, die aus gezogenen Blechen gebildet sind, die zwischen sich die Lagerung für die Kniehebelgelenkanordnung, für eine gehäusefeste Achse (5) des Spannarmes (4) und für einen Handhebel (9) aufweisen, wobei die Anschlußmaße und die Abmessungen mit denen von Kraftspannern kompatibel sind.
- Kniehebelspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterhalb der gehäusefesten Achse (5) für den Spannarm (4) ein Justieranschlag (18) vorgesehen ist, der den Schwenkwinkel des Spannarmes (4) in die Zustellung begrenzt.
- Kniehebelspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und/oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auch dem Handhebel (9) ein seinen Schwenkwinkel begrenzender Anschlag (19) zwischen den beiden Gehäuseplatten (2, 3) zugeordnet ist.
- Kniehebelspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der darauffolgenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Handhebel (9) ein Federelement, bevorzugt eine Schenkelfeder (15, 16) zugeordnet ist, die den Handhebel (9) in seine geschlossene Stellung beaufschlagt.
- Kniehebelspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der darauffolgenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Stellungsgeber vorgesehen sind, die eine Auf- und/oder Zuabfrage des Spannarmes (4) ermöglichen.
