Claims (11)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Aufbewahren und Ausgeben eines Produktes, welche aufweist:
    einen starren äußeren Behälter (9) mit offenem Hals (10),
    einen verformbaren inneren Behälter (1) mit offenem Hals (2), wobei der innere Behälter (1) im wesentlichen innerhalb des äußeren Behälters (9) aufgenommen und zum Aufnehmen eines aufzubewahrenden und auszugebenden Produktes vorgesehen ist, und
    eine manuelle Pumpe (11) von der Art ohne Lufteintritt in den inneren Behälter (1), wobei die Pumpe dazu vorgesehen ist, das Produkt in Einheitsdosen auszugeben und mit Hilfe von Dichtungseinrichtungen (21) dichtend auf dem Hals (2) des inneren Behälters (1) angebracht ist,
    wobei die Pumpe (11) einen Körper (12) mit einem röhrenförmigen Abschnitt (20) aufweist, der mit den Dichtungseinrichtungen (21) zusammenwirkt und dichtend mit dem Hals (2) des inneren Behälters (1) in Eingriff steht, zum Zuführen von Produkt aus dem inneren Behälter (1) zu der Pumpe (11), und der Hals (2) des inneren Behälters (1) dichtend mit einem ringförmigen starren Einsatz (4) fest verbunden ist, der an seinem Außenumfang mit ersten Befestigungseinrichtungen (5a, 5b) versehen ist, die mit komplementären Befestigungseinrichtungen (10a, 10b, 10c) des Halses (10) des äußeren Behälters (9) zusammenwirken, zum Befestigen des inneren Behälters (1) und des Einsatzes (4) an dem äußeren Behälter (9), und an seinem Innenumfang mit zweiten Befestigungseinrichtungen (6a), die mit komplementären Befestigungseinrichtungen (20b) des Pumpenkörpers (12) zum Befestigen der Pumpe (11) am Einsatz (4) zusammenwirken, wobei der röhrenförmige Abschnitt (20) des Pumpenkörpers (12) in dem Einsatz (4) in Eingriff steht, und die Dichtungseinrichtungen die Dichtigkeit zwischen dem Einsatz (4) und dem röhrenförmigen Abschnitt (20) des Pumpenkörpers (12) herstellen und von den zweiten Befestigungseinrichtungen (6a) des Einsatzes (4) und den komplementären Befestigungseinrichtungen (20b) des Pumpenkörpers (12) beabstandet sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtungseinrichtungen mindestens eine ringförmige Dichtung (21) aufweisen, welche zwischen den Einsatz (4) und den röhrenförmigen Abschnitt (20) eingesetzt ist und diesen letzteren umgibt, wobei sie von den zweiten Befestigungseinrichtungen (6a) und den komplementären Befestigungseinrichtungen (20b) zur Außenseite des inneren Behälters (1) hin beabstandet ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten (5a, 5b) und zweiten Befestigungseinrichtungen (6a) des Einsatzes (4) und die komplementären Befestigungseinrichtungen (10a, 10b, 10c, 20b) des Halses (10) des äußeren Behälters (9) und des Pumpenkörpers (12) Einrichtungen zum lösbaren Befestigen mittels einer elastischen Schnappverbindung sind, mit radialen äußeren Vorsprüngen (5a, 20b), die in Axialrichtung über gegenüberliegende radiale innere Vorsprünge (10a, 6a) verschoben werden, um das Festlegen des Einsatzes (4) auf dem äußeren Behälter (9) und des Pumpenkörpers (12) auf dem Einsatz (4) zu ermöglichen.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsatz (4) an seinem Innenumfang einen röhrenförmigen inneren Abschnitt (6) aufweist, der die zweiten Befestigungseinrichtungen (6a) aufweist, und in dem der röhrenförmige Abschnitt (20) des Pumpenkörpers (12) in Eingriff steht, wobei der röhrenförmige Abschnitt (20) die komplementären Befestigungseinrichtungen (20b) aufweist und die ringförmige Dichtung (21) zwischen dem röhrenförmigen inneren Abschnitt (6) des Einsatzes (4) und dem röhrenförmigen Abschnitt (20) des Pumpenkörpers (12) angebracht ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsatz (4) an seinem Außenumfang einen röhrenförmigen äußeren Abschnitt (5) aufweist, der die ersten Befestigungseinrichtungen (5a, 5b) aufweist und in dem Hals (10) des äußeren Behälters (9) in Eingriff steht, dessen komplementäre Befestigungseinrichtungen mit Vorsprüngen (10a, 10c) und/oder Ausnehmungen (10b) mit komplementärer Formgebung zum Ankoppeln an die ersten Befestigungseinrichtungen (5a, 5b) des Einsatzes (4) versehen sind, um das Festlegen des Einsatzes (4) an dem Hals (10) des äußeren Behälters (9) nach dem Einführen des inneren Behälters (1) und des Einsatzes (4) in den äußeren Behälter (9) zu ermöglichen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der äußere Behälter (9) einen geschlossenen Boden (9a) aufweist und mindestens der Einsatz (4) einerseits und/oder die Hälse (2, 10) andererseits zumindest teilweise auf der Außenseite der Dichtungseinrichtungen (2) mindestens eine erste Passage (5c) für den Eintritt von Luft in das zwischen den beiden Behältern (1, 9) begrenzte Volumen (35) begrenzt, und der Körper (12) der Pumpe (11), ebenfalls auf der Außenseite der Dichtungseinrichtungen (21), mindestens eine zweite Passage (32) für den Eintritt von Luft in das Volumen (35) zwischen den Behältern (1, 9) aufweist, so daß die erste und die zweite Lufteintrittpassage (5c, 32) aufeinanderfolgend eine Leitung begrenzen, die den Eintritt von Außenluft in das Volumen (35) zwischen den Behältern (1, 9) zumindest dann gestattet, wenn die Pumpe (11) betätigt wird, und die Vorrichtung des weiteren Einrichtungen (37b, 28) zum Einschließen eines jeglichen Teils des Produkts aufweist, das durch die verformbare Wandung des inneren Behälters (1) aus dem Inneren dieses letzteren auf das Volumen (35) zwischen den Behältern (1, 9) hin durchtritt und dazu neigt, durch die Lufteintrittleitung (5c, 34, 33, 32) nach außen hin auszutreten, zumindest wenn die Pumpe (11) nicht betätigt wird.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Lufteintrittpassage zwischen dem Außenumfang (5) des Einsatzes (4) und dem Hals (10) des äußeren Behälters (9) durch die ersten Befestigungseinrichtungen (5a, 5b) des Einsatzes (4) und die komplementären Befestigungseinrichtungen (10a, 10b, 10c) des Halses (10) des äußeren Behälters (9) und mittels zumindest einer in dem Einsatz (4) und/oder in dem Hals (10) des äußeren Behälters (9) vorgesehenen Ausnehmung (5c) vorgesehen ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 und 6, deren Pumpe (11) von der Art mit einem Kolben (37) ist, der durch die Wirkung von elastischen Rückstelleinrichtungen (47) in die Ruhestellung der Pumpe (11) in Anlage gegen einen Anschlag (28) des Körpers (12) der Pumpe (11) gebracht wird, und beim Betätigen der Pumpe (11) durch manuelles Niederdrücken einer Druckvorrichtung (13) entgegen den elastischen Rückstelleinrichtungen (47) von dem Anschlag (28) wegbewegt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lufteintrittpassagen (5c, 32) in ständiger Verbindung miteinander stehen, und die Einschließeinrichtungen den Anschlag (28) mit einem ringförmigen Abschnitt aufweisen, der bei Anlage an einen ringförmigen Abschnitt (37b) des Kolbens (37) einen dichtenden Sitz bildet, und der Luft von der Außenseite der Vorrichtung zu den Lufteintrittpassagen (5c, 32) hin durchtreten läßt, wenn der ringförmige Abschnitt (37b) des Kolbens (37) durch manuelles Niederdrücken der Druckvorrichtung (13) von dem ringförmigen Abschnitt des Anschlags (28) wegbewegt wird.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlag (28) des Pumpenkörpers (12) fest mit einer röhrenförmigen inneren Hülse (22) des Pumpenkörpers (12) verbunden ist und zur Innenseite der inneren Hülse (22) hin vorspringt, die einen Zylinder (14) des Pumpenkörpers (12) umgibt, in dem der Kolben (37) gleitverschieblich mit einer Abdichtung (38) gelagert ist, wobei die zweite Lufteintrittpassage mindestens einen Kanal (32) aufweist, der zwischen dem Zylinder (14) einerseits und der inneren Hülse (22) und dem Anschlag (28) andererseits begrenzt ist, und ein Ende des Kanals (32) sich zur Außenseite des Pumpenkörpers (12) hin zwischen dem Anschlag (28) und dem Kolben (37) öffnet, wenn der Kolben (37) durch manuelles Niederdrücken der Druckvorrichtung (13) von dem Anschlag (28) wegbewegt wird, während das andere Ende des Kanals (32) ständig in einen ringförmigen Raum (33) mündet, der zwischen dem Pumpenkörper (12) und dem Einsatz (4) begrenzt ist und selbst in ständiger Verbindung mit der ersten Lufteintrittpassage (5c) steht.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Pumpenkörper (12) eine röhrenförmige äußere Hülse (23) aufweist, welche den Zylinder (14) und die innere Hülse (22) umgibt und mit diesen auf dem Pumpenkörper (12) eine ringförmige Kammer (24) zum Aufnehmen und Abstützen eines Endabschnittes mindestens einer Druckschraubenfeder (47) der elastischen Rückstelleinrichtungen begrenzt, deren anderer Endabschnitt im Inneren eines ersten röhrenförmigen Mantels (46) aufgenommen ist, der fest mit der Druckvorrichtung (13) der Pumpe verbunden ist und dessen freies Ende in der ringförmigen Kammer (24) des Pumpenkörpers (12) in Eingriff steht, wobei die äußere Hülse (23) wiederum von einem zweiten röhrenförmigen Mantel (26) umgeben ist, der fest mit dem Pumpenkörper (12) verbunden ist und in den Hals (10) des äußeren Behälters (9) eingesetzt ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der röhrenförmige Abschnitt (20) des Pumpenkörpers (12) im wesentlichen den Zylinder (14) des Körpers (12) verlängert und mit einem Boden (15) des Zylinders (14) an einem zum inneren Behälter (1) hin gewendeten Ende fest verbunden ist, wobei der Boden (15) von mindestens einer Öffnung (16) zum Befüllen des Zylinders (14) mit Produkt aus dem inneren Behälter (4) durchsetzt ist und mindestens eine Einlaßklappe (18) der Pumpe (11) zum selektiven Verschließen und Freigeben der Befüllöffnung (16) trägt, der Kolben (37) der Pumpe (11) ringförmig und durch eine in dem ringförmigen Anschlag (28) des Körpers (12) gleitverschieblich gelagerte Führung (39) über das andere Ende des Zylinders (14) des Körpers (12) hinaus verlängert ist, in der eine Ausgaberöhre (45b) der Druckvorrichtung (13) auf einer begrenzten Strecke gleitverschieblich gelagert ist, wobei die Röhre (45b) als Einheit mit einer röhrenförmigen Stange (41) verschiebbar ist, deren mittleren Kanal sie verlängert, und die mit Dichtung (42) in der Führung (39) verschiebbar und in dem ringförmigen Kolben (37) durch eine Auslaßklappe (40) der Pumpe (11) verschlossen ist, die durch die Wirkung der elastischen Rückstelleinrichtungen (47) mit Dichtung (43) gegen den ringförmigen Kolben (37) in Anlage gebracht wird und durch Einwirken auf die Druckvorrichtung (13) vom Kolben (37) wegbewegt wird, um den Austritt des Produktes zwischen dem Kolben (37) und der Auslaßklappe (40) aus dem Inneren des Zylinders (14) zur Außenseite der röhrenförmigen Stange (41) hin über mindestens eine radiale Öffnung (44) der Stange (41) zu ermöglichen.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Volumen (35) zwischen den Behältern (1, 9) mindestens einen chemischen Körper enthält, der ein Gas und/oder einen Dampf, das bzw. der in der in dieses Volumen (35) eingelassenen Außenluft enthalten ist, binden kann, um sein Diffundieren durch die Wandung des inneren Behälters (1) und auf dessen Innenvolumen hin zu verhindern.
