Claims (22)
- Fadenliefervorrichtung für Textilmaschinen mit einer um eine mindestens annähernd vertikalen Achse (39) drehbar gelagerten, antreibbaren Fadenspeichertrommel (13), die in ihrem oberen Teil einen flach kegelstumpfförmigen Fadenanlaufbereich (26) aufweist, an den sich ein im wesentlichen zylindrischer Fadenspeicherbereich (29) mit einer wulstfreien Unterkante (36) anschließt, wobei ein Faden (21) über ein Fadenzuführ-Leitelement (24) tangential an den Fadenanlaufbereich (26) der Fadenspeichertrommel (13) herangeführt wird und von einem Fadenabzugs-Leitelement (28) von dem Fadenspeicherbereich (29) tangential abgehoben wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fadenabzugs-Leitelement (28) zum Fadenspeicherbereich (29) derart angeordnet ist, daß der Faden (21) zumindest in einem Abstand von der Unterkante (36) des Fadenspeicherbereichs (29) abgehoben wird, der einer Strecke entlang der vertikalen Achse (39) entspricht, den der Faden (21) zwischen einem Eintritt (33) und einem Austritt (34) am im wesentlichen zylindrischen Fadenspeicherbereich (29) aufweist.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fadenabzugs-Leitelement (28) zum Fadenspeicherbereich (29) derart angeordnet ist, daß der Faden (21) zumindest in einem Abstand zu der Unterkante (36) des Fadenspeicherbereichs (29) abgehoben wird, der zumindest einem an dem Fadenspeicherbereich (29) anliegenden Umschlingung (38) des Fadens (21) entspricht.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fadenabzugs-Leitelement (28) zum Fadenspeicherbereich (29) derart angeordnet ist, daß der Abstand zu der Unterkante (36) zumindest die Hälfte der Länge des Fadenspeicherbereiches (29) umfaßt.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fadenabzugs-Leitelement (28) nahe einem Trommelmantel (37) des Fadenspeicherbereiches (29) für einen tangentialen Fadenabzug angeordnet ist.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fadenabzugs-Leitelement (28) zumindest in einem Abstand zu dem Trommelmantel (37) des Fadenspeicherbereichs (29) angeordnet ist, der kleiner als der halbe Durchmesser des Fadenspeicherbereiches (29) ist.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fadenspeicherbereich (29) im Verhältnis zum Fadenanlaufbereich (26) lang ausgebildet ist.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fadenspeicherbereich (29) wenigstens die 1,2-fache Länge des Fadenanlaufbereiches (26) aufweist.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fadenspeicherbereich (29) die 1,5-fache Länge +/- 20% des Fadenanlaufbereiches (26) aufweist.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fadenspeicherbereich (29) zylindrisch ausgebildet ist.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fadenspeicherbereich (29) im wesentlichen zylindrisch ausgebildet ist und eine Konizität von weniger als 10° aufweist.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fadenspeichertrommel (13) eine polierte Oberfläche aufweist oder eine verchromte Oberfläche aufweist.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fadenspeichertrommel (13) als Hohlkörper ausgebildet ist.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Positionierung des Fadenzufuhr-Leitelementes (24) auf der Höhe des Fadenanlaufbereiches (26) vorgesehen ist und der Faden (21) im wesentlichen horizontal dem Fadenanlaufbereich (26) zuführbar ist.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine an den Fadenspeicherbereich (29) anliegende Umschlingung (38) zumindest den halben Umfang des Fadenspeicherbereiches (29) von einem Eintritt (33) bis zu einem Austritt (34) am Fadenspeicherbereich (29) umfaßt.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem Fadenabzug-Leitelement (28) in Fadentransportrichtung eine Fadenspannungs-Überwachungsvorrichtung (31) vorgesehen ist.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fadenspannungs-Überwachungsvorrichtung (31), das Fadenabzugs-Leitelement (28), ein weiteres Fadenleitelement (41) und ein zwischen dem Fadenabzugs-Leitelement (28) und Fadenleitelement (41) an einer Geradführung (42) des Fadens (21) angreifendes Fühlerelement (43) aufweist.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fühlerelement (43) um eine Schwenkachse (44) auslenkbar ist und den Faden (21) unter Spannung aus einer Geradführung (42) zwischen dem Fadenabzugs-Leitelement (28) und dem Fadenleitelement (41) auslenkbar ist.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fühlerelement (43) als Kraftspeicher ausgebildet ist und der Faden (21) unter Spannung auslenkbar ist.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fühlerelement (43) einen Hebelarm (52) mit einem abgeknickten Ende (46) aufweist, das am Faden (21) angreift und an einem gegen überliegenden Ende (47) eines zweiten Hebelarmes (53) eine Ausgleichsmasse (48) aufweist.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausgleichsmasse (48) an den zweiten Hebelarm (53) verschiebbar angeordnet ist.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fühlerelement (43) ein Federelement als Kraftspeicherelement aufweist.
- Fadenliefervorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fadenspannungs-Überwachungsvorrichtung (31) einen die Textilmaschine stillsetzenden Grenzschalter aufweist.
