Description
Es ist sinnvoll, die Batterieklemmen aus möglichst wenig Einzelteilen zu fertigen, um die Handhabung zu erleichtern. Deshalb werden die Unterlegscheiben bereits an dem ausgestanzten Basisteil der Batterieklemme einstückig angeformt und sind nach dem Formgebungsprozeß am Montageort richtig plaziert. Die Schraube muß nur noch in den entsprechenden Hohlraum eingeführt werden und mit einer Mutter verschraubt werden.

Claims (8)
- Doppellagige, einstückige, elektrische Batterieklemme (1) durch Stanzen und Formen aus Metallblech gebildet,mit einem zur Verbindung mit einem Pol einer Kraftfahrzeugbatterie vorgesehenen Klemmbereich (32),aus einer oberen Lage (3) mit einer tiefgezogenen, geschlitzten Aufnahmeöffnung (33),aus einer unteren gegenüber der oberen Lage (3) beabstandet angeordneten Lage (4) mit einer tiefgezogenen, geschlitzten Aufnahmeöffnung (34),aus zwei U-förmig gebogenen, die obere Lage (3) mit der unteren Lage (4) verbindenden Stegen (41, 42),aus einem zwischen der oberen Lage (3) und der unteren Lage (4) angrenzend an die Stege (41, 42) gebildeten Hohlraum (44), In den eine Schraube (45) einführbar ist, die unter Verringerung des Umfanges der Aufnahmeöffnungen (33, 34) die Batterieklemme (1) auf dem Pol befestigt, undmit einem zur Verbindung mit elektrischen Kabeln vorgesehenen Anschlußbereich (5) mit mindestens einem Anschlußelement (6), das in der Längsachse (A) der Batterieklemme(1) angeordnet ist,aus einem abgewinkelten, doppellagigen Crimp (7) der aus einer aus der unteren Lage (4) geformten Kabelaufnahme (8) und aus einer aus der oberen Lage (3) geformten in die Kabelaufnahme (8) hineinragenden Kontaktlasche (11) bestehz,daß ein zweites und ein drittes Anschlußelement (12, 13) in dem Anschlußbereich (5) angeordnet sind, wobei die obere Lage (3) und/oder die untere Lage (4) mit je zwei Ansätzen (14, 15, 16, 17) mit gestanzten Öffnungen (18, 19, 20, 21) ausgebildet sind, in die Gewindebolzen (22, 23) anordenbar sind, unddaß das zweite und dritte Anschlußelement (12, 13) symmetrisch zur Längsachse (A) der Batterieklemme (1) angeordnet sind.
- Batterieklemme nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gewindebolzen (22, 23) einen eckigen Schaft (25, 26) aufweisen.
- Batterieklemme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gewindebolzen (22, 23) von abgewinkelten Haltelaschen (30, 31) der oberen Lage (3) oder unteren Lage (4) umrahmt sind.
- Batterieklemme nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gewindebolzen (22, 23) verpreßt sind.
- Batterieklemme nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gewindebolzen (22, 23) vernietet sind.
- Batterieklemme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Unterlegscheibe (47, 48) für die Schraube (45) einstückig mit der oberen Lage (3) oder unteren Lage (4) verbunden ist.
- Batterieklemme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der oberen Lage (3) und der unteren Lage (4) jeweils zwei Stütznasen (37, 38, 39, 40) angeordnet sind, die so zusammenwirken, daß die obere Lage (3) und die untere Lage (4) zueinander fixiert sind.
- Batterieklemme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der oberen Lage (3) und an der unteren lage (4) komplementäre Haken (50, 51) und Vorsprünge (52, 53) angeformt sind, die die obere Lage (3) und die untere Lage (4) miteinander verriegeln.
