Abstract

Etikettenkonstruktion mit einem Grundblatt und einem Deckblatt, wobei das Grundblatt ein Unterblatt aufweist, das zur Befestigung der Etikettenkonstruktion an einem Träger mit einem Haftklebstoff versehen ist, und ein Oberblatt, das auf dem Unterblatt befestigt ist und mindestens einen Ausschnitt aufweist, in dem ein Etikett mit einem Haftklebstoff auf dem Unterblatt befestigt ist, wobei das Deckblatt eine obere Lage und eine untere Lage aufweist, die an der oberen Lage befestigt ist und mit mindestens einem Ausschnitt versehen ist, in dem ein weiteres Etikett angeordnet ist, das oberseitig über einen Haftklebstoff mit der Unterseite der oberen Deckblattlage verbunden ist, wobei die untere Deckblattlage und das Oberblatt außerhalb der Ausschnitte entlang eines ersten Abschnitts fest und entlang eines oder mehrerer zweiter Abschnitte lösbar miteinander verbunden sind.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Etikettenkonstruktion nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Die Bezeichnung

    Haftklebstoff" soll hier ein Mittel bedeuten, das zumindest auf bestimmten glatten Unterlagen, z. B. Silikonpapier, ein Ablösen bequem ermöglicht, z. B. durch Abschälen, ohne das durch das Ablösen die Haftfähigkeit verlorengeht. Geeignete Haftklebstoffe sind im Handel erhältlich.
  • Aus der DE 37 37 208 C2 ist eine gattungsgemäße Etikettenkonstruktion bekannt, die eine Anzahl ablösbarer und woanders wieder befestigbarer Etiketten enthält. Die Etikettenkonstruktion besteht aus einem Grundblatt, in dem die Etiketten angeordnet sind und einem das Grundblatt abdeckenden Deckblatt. Das Grundblatt weist zwei Blätter auf, ein Unterblatt, das rückseitig mit einem Haftklebstoff versehen ist, um die Etikettenkonstruktion auf einem Vorrats- oder Nutzträger befestigen zu können, und ein auf dem Unterblatt befestigtes Ober-blatt mit Ausschnitten, in denen die Etiketten auf dem Unterblatt haftend angeordnet sind. Das Deckblatt weist einen Abschnitt auf, entlang dem es fest mit dem Oberblatt verbunden ist, ferner ist das Deckblatt entlang einer Schwächungslinie mit mindestens einem fest mit dem Oberblatt verbundenen weiteren Abschnitt verbunden, so daß das Deckblatt durch Lösen der Schwächungslinie abschnittweise oder insgesamt abgeklappt werden kann. Insbesondere die Etiketten, aber auch das Grundblatt und das Deckblatt können mit Informationen versehen sein.
  • Die bekannte Etikettenkonstruktion ist geeignet, in erhöhtem Maße das Interesse des Benutzers an der enthaltenen Information zu wecken. Dazu trägt vor allem die Abdeckung der Etiketten durch das Deckblatt bei, aber auch die an mehreren Randabschnitten mögliche Befestigung des Deckblatts auf dem Grundblatt, die mehr als ein einfaches Abklappen erfordert. So wird das Interesse des Benutzers geweckt, mit der Etikettenkonstruktion zu hantieren, insbesondere das Deckblatt zu lösen und abzuklappen. Ferner kann auch ein Anreiz zur Beschäftigung mit der Etikettenkonstruktion dadurch gegeben sein, daß die gesamte Etikettenkonstruktion von einem Träger abgelöst und auf einem anderen Träger wieder befestigt werden kann.
  • Davon ausgehend liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Etikettenkonstruktion der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, die das Interesse des Benutzers weckt und zusätzliche Möglichkeiten zur Anordnung weiterer Etiketten in der Etikettenkonstruktion bietet.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine gattungsgemäße Etikettenkonstruktion gelöst, bei der das Deckblatt eine obere Lage und eine untere Lage aufweist, die an der oberen Lage befestigt ist und mit mindestens einem Ausschnitt versehen ist, in dem ein weiteres Etikett angeordnet ist, daß oberseitig über einen Haftklebstoff mit der Unterseite der oberen Deckblattlage verbunden ist, wobei die untere Deckblattlage und das Oberblatt außerhalb der Ausschnitte entlang eines ersten Abschnitts fest und entlang eines oder mehrerer zweiter Abschnitte lösbar miteinander verbunden sind. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind in den Unteransprüchen enthalten.
  • Die Etikettenkonstruktion kann somit nach einem Lösen des Deckblatts von dem Oberblatt bzw. Grundblatt entlang der zweiten Abschnitte aufgeklappt und in eine solche Position gebracht werden, daß das Deckblatt bis auf den ersten Abschnitt, entlang dem es fest mit dem Grundblatt verbunden ist, neben diesem liegt. Dabei zeigt dann die Unterseite der im ungeöffneten Zustand der Etikettenkonstruktion unteren Deckblattlage nach oben, und die in Ausschnitten dieser Deckblattlage befindlichen Etiketten, aber auch die in dem Grundblatt angeordneten liegen für den Nutzer offen, so daß er sie abziehen kann.
  • Sowohl in dem Grundblatt als auch in dem Deckblatt können jeweils eine Mehrzahl von ablösbaren Etiketten vorgesehen sein.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Etikettenkonstruktion kann als Rollenetikett mit selbstklebender Rückseite gefertigt werden.
  • Die Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels in Verbindung mit den Zeichnungen näher beschrieben.
  • Fig. 1 ist eine schematische perspektivische Darstellung einer erfindungsgemäßen Etikettenkonstruktion auf einem Vorratsträger.
  • Fig. 2 ist eine schematische Schnittdarstellung nach der Linie I-I der Fig. 1, wobei die Etikettenkonstruktion zugeklappt ist, mit übertrieben dick dargestellten Klebstoffschichten.
  • In den Figuren sind der Deutlichkeit halber die Bestandteile der Etikettenkonstruktion mit übertriebener Dicke dargestellt.
  • Die Figuren zeigen eine Etikettenkonstruktion 1 mit einem Grundblatt 3 und einem Deckblatt 5, die beide aus Papier hergestellt sind. Das Grundblatt 3 ist auf der Rückseite mit einem Haftklebstoff 7 versehen, mit dem das Grundblatt 3 an einem Vorratsträger 9 lösbar angeklebt ist. Der Vorratsträger 9 besteht bei der dargestellten Ausführungsform aus einem glatten Papier, von dem sich der Haftklebstoff 7 leicht löst, so daß das Grundblatt 3 leicht von dem Vorratsträger 9 abgenommen und auf einen Nutzträger (nicht gezeigt) übertragen und aufgeklebt werden kann.
  • Das Grundblatt 3 hat ein Unterblatt 11 und ein Oberblatt 13. Das Oberblatt 13 weist zwei Ausschnitte 19, 21 auf, in denen Etiketten 15, 17 angeordnet und mit einem Haftklebstoff 23 auf dem Unterblatt 3 befestigt sind. Das Etikett 15 ist in Figur 1 in teilweise abgelöstem Zustand dargestellt.
  • Das Oberblatt ist außerhalb der Ausschnitte 19, 21 mittels einer Verklebung 25 auf dem Unterblatt 11 befestigt.
  • Das Deckblatt 5 hat eine untere Deckblattlage 27 und eine obere Deckblattlage 29. Es ist auf dem Grundblatt 3 durch verschiedene Verklebungen des Oberblatts 13 und der unteren Deckblattlage 27 so befestigt, daß das Deckblatt abgeklappt werden kann, wie in Fig. 1 dargestellt ist. Entlang eines ersten Abschnitts 31, der sich an einem Querrand der Etikettenkonstruktion erstreckt, ist die untere Deckblattlage 27 über ihre gesamte Breite fest an dem Oberblatt 13 angeklebt. Entlang weiterer Abschnitte 33, 35, 37 ist die untere Deckblattlage 27 lösbar, aber nicht haftend an dem Oberblatt angeklebt. Der Abschnitt 33 erstreckt sich gegenüberliegend von dem Abschnitt 31 an dem anderen Querrand der Etikettenkonstruktion nahezu über deren gesamte Breite. Die Abschnitte 35 und 37 sind an dem oberen Längsrand des Oberblatts 13 angeordnet. Sie weisen jeweils eine deutlich geringere Fläche als der Abschnitt 33 auf.
  • Die untere Deckblattlage 27 besitzt einen Ausschnitt 39, in dem ein weiteres Etikett 41 angeordnet ist. Es ist in Fig. 1 in teilweise abgelöstem Zustand dargestellt. Mittels eines Haftklebstoffs 43 ist das Etikett 41 an der Unterseite der oberen Deckblattlage 29 befestigt.
  • Außerhalb des Ausschnitts 39 sind die untere und die obere Deckblattlage 27, 29 durch eine Verklebung 45 miteinander verbunden.
  • Der Vorteil der dargestellten Ausführungsform besteht besonders darin, daß ein relativ großes Etikett in dem Deckblatt und weitere kleinere Etiketten nebeneinander in dem Grundblatt angeordnet sind, so daß sich bei guter Platzausnutzung eine sehr flache, übersichtliche, leicht herstellbare und gut handhabbare Anordnung ergibt.
  • Zweckmäßigerweise hat das Unterblatt 11 zumindest im Bereich der Ausschnitte 19, 21 des Oberblatts 13 eine das Ablösen der Etiketten 15, 17 erleichternde glatte Oberfläche. Ebenso hat die obere Deckblattlage 29 auf der Unterseite zumindest im Bereich des Ausschnitts 39 der unteren Deckblattlage 27 eine das Ablösen des Etiketts 41 erleichternde glatte Fläche.
  • Bei der dargestellten Ausführungsform ist das Oberblatt 13 in den Bereichen außerhalb der Ausschnitte 19, 21 mit dem gleichen Haftklebstoff wie die Etiketten 15, 17 an dem Unterblatt 11 angeklebt. Ebenso ist die untere Deckblattlage 27 in dem Bereich außerhalb des Ausschnitts 39 mit dem gleichen Haftklebstoff wie das Etikett 41 an der oberen Deckblattlage 29 angeklebt. Das vereinfacht die Herstellung. Ferner kann auch für alle hier genannten Verklebungen der gleiche Haftklebstoff verwendet sein.
  • Eine weitere Vereinfachung der Herstellung ist bei der dargestellten Ausführungsform dadurch ermöglicht, daß die Etiketten 15, 17 Abschnitte des Oberblatts 13 sind, die entlang Schwächungslinien, z. B. der an dem Etikett 15 dargestellten Perforations-Schwächungslinie 45, mit dem Oberblatt 13 einstückig verbunden sind, und daß ebenso das Etikett 41 ein Abschnitt der unteren Deckblattlage 27 ist, der entlang einer Schwächungslinie, z. B. der dargestellten Perforations-Schwächungslinie 47, mit der unteren Deckblattlage einstückig verbunden ist. Es genügt dann bei der Herstellung zum Beispiel jeweils ein Stanzschritt bei dem Grundblatt und dem Deckblatt, um die Etiketten herzustellen.
  • Das Grundblatt 3 und das Deckblatt 5 können mit Informationen, z. B. Beschriftungen 49, 51, versehen sein, und auch die Etiketten, z. B. 17, tragen Informationen, z. B. 53.
  • Auf dem Vorratsträger 9 können weitere Etikettenkonstruktionen vorgesehen sein (nicht gezeigt), so daß ein leicht handhabbarer Vorrat gebildet wird.

Claims (10)

  1. Etikettenkonstruktion (1) mit einem Grundblatt (3) und einem Deckblatt(5), wobei das Grundblatt ein Unterblatt (11) aufweist, das zur Befestigung der Etikettenkonstruktion an einem Träger (9) mit einem Haftklebstoff (7) versehen ist, und ein Oberblatt (13), das auf dem Unterblatt befestigt ist und mindestens einen Ausschnitt (19, 21) aufweist, in dem ein Etikett (15, 17) mit einem Haftklebstoff (23) auf dem Unterblatt (11) befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Deckblatt (5) eine obere Lage (29) und eine untere Lage (27) aufweist, die an der oberen Lage befestigt ist und mit mindestens einem Ausschnitt (39) versehen ist, in dem ein Weiteres Etikett (41) angeordnet ist, das oberseitig über einen Haftklebstoff (43) mit der Unterseite der oberen Deckblattlage (29) verbunden ist, wobei die untere Deckblattlage (27) und das Oberblatt (13) außerhalb der Ausschnitte (19, 12, 39) entlang eines ersten Abschnitts (31) fest und entlang eines oder mehrerer zweiter Abschnitte (33, 35, 37) lösbar miteinander verbunden sind.
  2. Etikettenkonstruktion nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Grundblatt (3) und/oder das Deckblatt (5) eine Mehrzahl von ablösbaren Etiketten (15, 17, 41) aufweisen.
  3. Etikettenkonstruktion nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Unterblatt (11) zumindest im Bereich der Ausschnitte (19, 21) des Oberblatts (13) eine das Ablösen der Etiketten (15, 17) erleichternde glatte Oberfläche hat.
  4. Etikettenkonstruktion nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die obere Deckblattlage (29) auf der Unterseite zumindest im Bereich der Ausschnitte (39) der unteren Deckblattlage (27) eine das Ablösen der Etiketten (41) erleichternde glatte Fläche hat.
  5. Etikettenkonstruktion nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Etiketten (15, 17) des Grundblatts (3) Ausschnitte (19, 21) des Oberblatts (13) sind, die entlang Schwächungslinien (19, 21) mit dem Oberblatt (13) einstückig verbunden sind.
  6. Etikettenkonstruktion nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Etiketten (41) des Deckblatts (5) Ausschnitte (39) der unteren Deckblattlage (27) sind, die entlang Schwächungslinien (47) mit der unteren Deckblattlage (27) einstückig verbunden sind.
  7. Etikettenkonstruktion nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Oberblatt (13) in den Bereichen außerhalb seiner Ausschnitte (19, 21) mit dem gleichen Haftklebstoff wie die Etiketten (15, 17) an dem Unterblatt (11) angeklebt ist.
  8. Etikettenkonstruktion nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die untere Deckblattlage (27) in den Bereichen außerhalb ihrer Ausschnitte (39) mit dem gleichen Haftklebstoff wie die Etiketten (41) an der oberen Deckblattlage (29) angeklebt ist.
  9. Etikettenkonstruktion nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Deckblatt (5) entlang der zweiten Abschnitte (33, 35, 37) lösbar an dem Oberblatt (13) angeklebt ist.
  10. Etikettenkonstruktion nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Deckblatt (5) an einem Greif-Randabschnitt unbefestigt ist und eine Greiflasche bildet.
