Definitions
- the invention relates to a label with at least one product information sheet and at least one hanger loop.
- Labels of this type are known from US -A- 5,967,560 and US -A- 5,782,495. That from US A-5 967 560 known label has a hanger loop, which in the edge region of the Label runs and is folded outwards for use.
- product information sheets in the form of a booklet and removable self-adhesive document sections arranged ( Figure 15 of US -A- 5 967 560).
- the construction method the known label requires that the booklet and the slip sections after attaching the hanger loop.
- For the cover sheet for Covering the booklet and for generating the document sections is an additional Material layer required. The preparation of the known label is therefore expensive.
- the hanger loop is attached to one first side of the label integrally connected to this. Before use is the Hanger loop folded over on the label. At a second perpendicular to the first Side side of the label is glued to a cover sheet for a booklet, the folded over on the label prior to use so that it overlies the folded hanger loop lies. Also with this label is an additional material situation for the Cover sheet of the booklet required. To use the label must first the Booklets are folded outwards before the user hangs up the hanger loop can fold on the outside. For the user is not without unfolding the booklet without Further recognizable that the label is equipped with a hanger loop. In emergency situations This can save valuable time by searching and unfolding the booklet and the hanger tab will be lost.
- the invention has the object, a Label with at least one product information sheet and at least one hanger loop to create that is inexpensive to manufacture and easy to handle distinguished.
- the user should have the option of the product information sheet and the hanger loop as needed in any order unfold.
- a label is provided according to the invention with a Base layer, on which at least one product information sheet is arranged, and with a top label layer disposed on the base layer and shaped so that this at least one hanger loop and the at least one product information sheet Covering cover sheet forms.
- the cover sheet and the hanger loop made of a single layer of material, namely the upper label layer.
- the label is therefore distinguished from the conventional solutions by rational and material-saving manufacturing.
- the individual Components such as hanger loop and cover sheet do not mutually interfere with each other influence. Rather, the user is free, for example, only the product information sheet after opening the cover sheet uncover or the hanger loop unfold to hang the labeled container on a hook. Of the Use is intuitive and without time-consuming study of an instruction manual too to capture.
- the upper label layer designed so that they at least one removable self-adhesive document section forms.
- the upper label layer has at least one self-adhesive area, which is provided with punches or perforations, which comprises the at least one document section, which preferably has a non-adhesive grip tab.
- the Base layer advantageously with an adhesive-repellent layer, for example a silicone layer, provided to remove the self-adhesive document section to facilitate.
- the removal of the at least one document section is in no way through the other functions, such as unfolding the hanger loop or Exposing the product information sheet, affected. Rather, they are contrary to conventional labels all three of these features independent of each other.
- the upper label layer is optimally utilized, resulting in a considerable Saving on manufacturing costs compared to the prior art leads.
- the cover sheet a self-adhesive part, over which it is permanently connected to the base layer is.
- This part effectively represents the spine of the product information sheet or the booklet dar.
- This further self-adhesive Part lies on an adhesive-repellent layer of the base layer. He takes care of a secure closure of the booklet or product information sheet.
- the closure can be easily opened, especially if he a non-adhesive grip tab on which it can be easily grasped.
- the hanger loop is formed by a separated from the upper label layer strip, the is connected to at least two root areas with the upper label layer and on this way forms a closed hanger loop.
- the upper label layer a first and a second longitudinal side and two transverse sides and the two Root areas are arranged on the first longitudinal side.
- the hanger loop points a first branch which, starting from the first root area in the direction of the second root area extends. Before reaching the second root area he goes into a bend over.
- An adjoining second branch runs from the bend in the direction on the second longitudinal side and has in the region of the second longitudinal side a turn.
- a third branch runs from the turn to the second root area of the first longitudinal side. Due to this type of arrangement the hanger loop is outside the closed Hanger loop a coherent place created in varied Way can be used.
- the cover sheet for the booklet or the product information sheet outside the closed hanger loop arranged.
- the cover sheet arranged adjacent to the first branch and the second branch of the hanger loop.
- the space between the second and third branch within the closed hanger loop is according to a further advantageous embodiment of the arrangement exploited at least one detachable document section.
- the label shown in Figure 1 has a rough outline in a rough outline 1 and a base layer 1 largely covering the top layer 3 on.
- the base layer 1 is a film which is at its lower side in the illustration of FIG coated all over with a pressure-sensitive adhesive (not visible in the drawing), by means of which, for example, when used permanently on a drug container (not shown) can be attached.
- the second side of the base layer 1 i.e., the in the drawing overhead side of the base layer 1 has two adhesive repellent Layers 6 and 8 (can be seen in Figure 2), the meaning of which is further down in detail will be explained with reference to FIG 2.
- the base layer 1 can also be used with any Be printed on decorative or informative nature.
- the base layer 1 adheres at least in places the upper label layer 3.
- the upper label layer 3 is at some places over the contour of the base layer 1 before.
- the top label layer 3 is a preferably transparent film, which at its the base layer 1 side facing Pressure-sensitive adhesive is coated by means of which they at least partially on the base layer. 1 liable.
- the layer of pressure-sensitive adhesive is printed with a so-called adhesive killer. at this is, for example, a paint applied to the adhesive layer is.
- the layer of pressure sensitive adhesive to the Partially print underside of upper label layer 3 only where there is adhesion is desired.
- the upper label layer 3 only partially To make adhesive is to use a full-surface coating with pressure-sensitive adhesive Locally occupy a thin film, so as to the adhesive effect of the adhesive in places off.
- the upper label layer 3 has a rectangular area on, which - as will be explained in more detail below - as a cover 5 for covering a Product information sheet or booklet serves.
- the cover sheet 5 is easy by means of a separable perforation punch 13 connected to the remaining upper label layer 3, and from this by breaking the perforation punch 13 easily solvable.
- the cover sheet 5 is self-adhesive.
- this non-adhesive i. the existing on the underside of the cover sheet 5 layer made of pressure-sensitive adhesive is printed there with a glue killer.
- this this is Cover sheet 5 in turn self-adhesive.
- the cover 5 has an over the contour of the Base layer 1 projecting grip tab 5d, which is non-adhesive on its underside. At this protruding, non-adhesive grip tab, the cover sheet 5 can be gripped and deducted. In the region of the adhesive part 5a of the cover 5 this is firmly and permanently connected to the base layer 1. In area 5c of the cover sheet, which is also self-adhesive, located on the base layer 1 already above mentioned adhesive-repellent layer 8, the easy detachment of the part 5c of the Base layer 1 allows.
- the hanger loop 4 is a narrow one by punching or perforation from the rest of the top label layer 3 separated strips. This includes a first branch 4c, starting from a first root portion 4a extends approximately parallel to the longitudinal side 9 of the label. Thereafter, an approximately rectangular bend 4d is provided, after which the strip is approximately runs parallel to the transverse side 12. This is followed in the vicinity of the second longitudinal side 10th a turn 4f. After this, the strip runs along the transverse side 12 to the second root area 4b.
- the two root regions 4a and 4b are connected to each other via a web 14 connected, so that a closed loop is formed.
- the two root areas 4a and 4b - as far as they rest on the base layer 1 - and the web 14 of the top label layer connecting the two root regions 4a and 4b 3 are durable by the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the underside of the top label layer 3 and resiliently connected to the base layer 1.
- the remaining parts of the hanger loop 4, ie in particular the branches 4c, 4e and 4g and the bend 4d and the turn 4f are non-adhesive or only weakly adhesive, so that the hanger loop 4 is slightly separated from the Base layer 1 can be lifted. For this she can be very comfortable at the over the Base layer 1 above turn 4f are gripped.
- the document section 7 is at two opposite Pages bounded by the punching line of the branches 4e and 4g of the hanger loop 4. Of the Receipt section 7 is through a first perforation 15 of the remaining upper label layer 3rd severable. The document section 7 is through a further perforation 16 in two sections 7a and 7b divisible. The document section 7 is facing at its base layer 1 Side self-adhesive, so that he after separating into a documentation document can be glued. Only at his within the turn 4f on the contour the base layer 1 protruding end of the slip portion 7 is non-adhesive, so he there can be gripped by the user without his fingers with adhesive soiled.
- the above-mentioned adhesive-repellent layer 6 is located on the base layer 1 below the document section 7 and thus prevents a permanent connection between the document section 7 and the base layer 1.
- Figure 2 shows the label of Figure 1, but for illustrative purposes, the cover sheet 5 unfolded and the receipt section 7 are cut out while the hanger loop 4 is unchanged in the position already shown in Figure 1.
- the cover sheet 5 is knocked back, to which the user the cover sheet 5 at the non-adhesive, over the contour of the base layer 1 projecting tab 5d grasps.
- the Abdechblatt 5 of the document section 7 and 4c of the branch Hanger loop 4 separated by tearing the perforation 13.
- repelling of the cover sheet 5 a booklet 2 has been exposed, which consists of two product information sheets 2a and 2b.
- repelling the cover sheet 5 is the already mentioned adhesive-repellent layer 8 has been exposed, in FIG a skewed hatching is symbolized.
- the Information on the product information sheets 2a and 2b be noted.
- FIG. 2 shows, the opening of the booklet 2 is independent of the unfolding the hanger loop 4 possible.
- the cover sheet moved back into the position shown in Figure 1, so that the self-adhesive part 5 c again comes into contact with the adhesive-repellent layer 8 on the base layer 1.
- the bonding force between the part 5c of the cover sheet 5 and the adhesive repellent Layer 8 is sufficient to secure the cover sheet 5 in the closed position and avoid self-opening.
- the removed receipt section 7 can be divided into two parts to place the information on it in two different locations.
- a perforation 16 facilitates the separation process.
- FIG. 3 shows the label of FIG. 1, but for explanatory purposes the cover sheet 5 (as already shown in Figure 2) is unfolded and in addition the hanger loop 4 has been deployed.
- the document section 7 is located at its place of origin, as in Figure 1 shown.
- the unfolded hanger ropes 4 consisting of the non-adhesive parts 4c, 4d, 4e, 4f, 4g and from the fixed and permanently adhered to the base layer 1, connecting the root portions 4a and 4b Bridge 14 is outlined. If the user removes all or part of the receipt section he wants, he proceeds as well as with reference to Figure 2 has been explained. That too Close the booklet happens as already in connection with the description Figure 2 has been explained. The three processes are obvious, namely opening and closing Close the booklet 2, remove the slip 7 and unfold the hanger loop independent of each other and can be executed in any order become.
