Das Grundblatt weist zwei Blätter auf, ein Unterblatt, das rückseitig mit einem Haftklebstoff versehen ist, um die Etikettenkonstruktion auf einem Vorrats- oder Nutzträger befestigen zu können, und ein auf dem Unterblatt befestigtes Ober-blatt mit Ausschnitten, in denen die Etiketten auf dem Unterblatt haftend angeordnet sind. Das Deckblatt weist einen Abschnitt auf, entlang dem es fest mit dem Oberblatt verbunden ist, ferner ist das Deckblatt entlang einer Schwächungslinie mit mindestens einem fest mit dem Oberblatt verbundenen weiteren Abschnitt verbunden, so daß das Deckblatt durch Lösen der Schwächungslinie abschnittweise oder insgesamt abgeklappt werden kann.
