Abstract

A carbon copy set consists of uninscribed and/or inscribed sheets (1, 2, 3, 4; 10; 16; 23; 29, 30, 31) and/or forms connected along at least one edge. In order to connect the sheets (1, 2, 3, 4; 10; 16; 23; 29, 30, 31), a strip of material (5; 11; 17; 24; 32, 33) is arranged along one edge of each sheet. On one side of these strips of material (5; 11; 17; 24; 32, 33) are one or more adhesive-coated regions (8; 13, 14; 18, 19; 25; 34, 35, 36, 37). One region on each strip serves to attach the strip of material (5; 11; 17; 24; 32, 33) to the sheets and another region provides the adhesive bond to another sheet or carbon copy set.

Description

The invention relates to a copy set consisting of unlabelled and / or labeled sheets which are connected at least along a common edge.

Copy-through sets of this type can be used for labeling by hand or using a typewriter. They can also be used in printers, writers or the like, in particular in printers which work in connection with computers. Each copy set can be drawn in on its own or attached to a carrier element which feeds the copy sets one after the other to the printer or the like.

Furthermore, a copy set is already known (DE-GM 1 938 645), in which the individual sheets to be labeled have a separating strip formed by a perforation line. The leaves are connected to one another by means of these separating strips. Carbonless sheets are placed loosely between these sheets. Each sheet has a separating strip that is glued to those of the other sheets. Disturbing edge markings always remain along the dividing line. The same also applies to the set of forms known from DE-AS 1 611 538.

From US-A 2 771 026 it is known to connect a plurality of sheets or the like to an adhesive surface, each sheet being given a direct contact point with the adhesive surface. In this way, several sheets can be put together into one set, provided that the edges of the sheets are not exactly one above the other, but that the edge of the sheet farther from the adhesive surface protrudes a little further over this surface than the edge of the sheet closer to the adhesive surface.

This connection technique leads to the result that, with exactly the same sheet size, the area common to all sheets is reduced by the required margin offset shown, or that sheets must be worked with, the blanks of which differ from one another and take into account the different projections in the area of the adhesive surface. Neither is meaningful and economical for carbonless records, which experience has shown to occur in large numbers.

The object of the present invention is to provide a copy set, the individual sheets of which can be easily put together.

This object is achieved according to the invention in a copy set of the type mentioned at the outset that a strip of material forming a composite is arranged along an edge of each sheet and has one or two adhesive zones on one side, each running in the longitudinal direction of the strip of material, each with an adhesive zone for Fixation of the material strip on a sheet and another protrudes over one edge of the sheet, that the composites are arranged one above the other, that adjacent composites alone by an adhesive bond between the adhesive zone of a material strip of a composite projecting over one edge of the respective sheet and the material strip of an adjacent composite, and that the adhesive zone protruding beyond one edge of an outer sheet and facing an outside of the carbon copy is optional.

In this way, copy sets can be put together with the desired number of pieces, the individual sheets of the set being able to be different in terms of cut, format, or printing.

The only one-sided coating of the material strip has advantages above all in that the production of such material strips has long been known and inexpensive and that the handling of such material strips, in particular in the production of copy sets, is simple.

To form a copy set with two sheets, it is generally sufficient to arrange a strip of material in the above-mentioned manner on only one edge, in particular at the head, and to join the sheets thus obtained. But it can also be useful to use one or more strips of material alone or in addition, e.g. B. on the left side of the page, which makes it possible to leaf through the sheets combined into the copy set. Such a material strip can (or such material strips can) in principle be provided on each side edge of the copy set.

The copy set according to the invention can also be designed such that the material strip has an adhesive application made of an adhesive which can be removed without residue from the material strip of the adjacent composite. With such an adhesive application, the adhesive connections can be loosened and put together at any time. In this way, each leaf can be removed individually from the composite leaf. Then either the strip of material can be removed from the sheet or left to reinforce the edge. Adhesives with the properties required here are commercially available and z. B. known in releasably sticky notepads.

The copy set according to the invention can be designed in such a way that the strip of material passes through one in its longitudinal direction perforation line is divided into two separable areas. In this way, it is possible to detach the sheets of the carbon copy set that have been glued together with one hand by severing the perforation of the material strips from one another. In addition, the part of the strip of material that still sticks to the sheet can serve as a reinforcement when punching and filing the sheet, in particular if the strip of material is arranged on the left side edge.

The copy set according to the invention can also be designed such that the material strip is attached to the front of the sheet in a labeled sheet. If the choice of the adhesive areas ensures that the material strip remains on the copy set when a sheet is separated, it is possible to stick the detached sheet to a wall, door or the like as a note or information sheet with the described front side.

Finally, the copy set according to the invention can be designed such that the strip of material has an adhesive-free zone for gripping the strip of material. In this way the dissolution of the carbon copy into its single sheets and the detachment of the material strip is simplified.

The copy set shown in FIG. 1 according to one embodiment of the invention has four sheets 1, 2, 3, 4. At its head 5, the sheets 1, 2, 3, 4 are connected to one another by four strips of material 6, each of which is provided with an adhesive application on one side, which enables the sheets 1, 2, 3, 4 to be sufficiently securely attached to the strips of material 6 hold, but at the same time a residue-free and tear-free detachment of the leaves 1, 2, 3, 4 from the material strip 6 is permitted. Such a material strip 6 is accordingly located between two sheets 1, 2, 3, 4 arranged one above the other.

The material strip 6 shown in Fig. 1 has a perforated outer edge 7 which is free of adhesive and is beyond the leaves 1,2,3,4. This is followed by an area 8 coated with adhesive, from which one zone for fixing the material strip 6 to a sheet 1, 2, 3, 4 and another zone projecting beyond the upper edge of this sheet 1, 2, 3, 4 Fixation of a strip of material 6 of another sheet is used. The area 8 is finally followed by an adhesive-free inner edge 9. This inner edge 9 can easily be grasped in order to detach the material strip 6 from a sheet 1, 2, 3, 4. The outer edge 7 can also be used for the same purpose.

Diese Verbunde können übereinander angeordnet und in den über die Blätter vorstehenden Zonen des Bereichs 8 miteinander lösbar verklebt werden.1, the sheets 1, 2, 3, 4 are put together in such a way that the sheet 1 has a zone of the region 8 of a material strip arranged on the back of the sheet is releasably glued. Composites composed of sheets and strips of material are also formed with sheets 2, 3, 4. These composites can be arranged one above the other and can be detachably glued to one another in the zones of area 8 projecting over the sheets.

If the outer edge 7 is used solely when compiling the copy sets, it may be useful to subsequently separate this outer edge 7 so that the strip of material 6 does not protrude beyond the format of the sheets 1, 2, 3, 4.

The zone 12 at the lower edge of the material strip 11 is free of adhesive. It is used for easy gripping and separation of the material strip 11. Zones 13 and 14 are coated with an adhesive. The zone 13 serves to fasten the material strip 11 to the sheet 10. The zone 14 serves to fasten the composite of sheet 10 and material strip 11 to a composite produced in the same or a similar manner. This zone 14 can also be used to attach the composite to objects or documents, similar to known sticky notes.

In this illustration, the sheet 10 is drawn from the back, so that the front of the sheet 10 can be seen when the assembly is attached to a door or the like.

The zones 13 and 14 are separated from one another by a perforation line 15. In the case of a copy set which is constructed with material strips 11 designed in this way, all the sheets can be separated from one another by simply separating the perforation 15. The material strip remaining on the sheets can either be used to reinforce the punching and filing of the sheet, or can be removed entirely.

Auch hier ist die Rückseite des Blattes 16 zu sehen.3 shows a sheet 16 on which a material strip 17 is arranged. The material strip 17 has a zone 18 coated with adhesive, to which the sheet 16 is attached. This is followed by an adhesive-free zone 19. In this zone 19 there is a row of holes 20 which has a perforation line 21 in the middle. The adhesive-free zone 19 and the row of holes 20 serve for better handling of the material strip 17 or the copy set in the mechanical production of the composite (sheet; material strip) or the copy set. Finally, the material strip 17 also has a zone 22 coated with adhesive, the function of which is identical to the zone 14 protruding from the sheet in FIG. 2. The back of sheet 16 can also be seen here.

Es gilt im Einzelnen : Klebstoffzone 25 entspricht 18 in Fig. 3; klebstofffreie Zone mit Lochreihe 26 entspricht 22 in Fig. 3 und mittig in der Lochreihe angeordnete Perforationslinie 27 entspricht 21 in Fig. 3.4 shows a sheet 23 on which a material strip 24 is arranged. The material strip 24 can be seen in analogy to the material strip 17 in FIG. 3. The composite according to FIG. 4 can be placed on a composite according to FIG. 3 in order to form the bottom sheet of a copy set which then does not have an uncovered adhesive zone. The following applies in detail: adhesive zone 25 corresponds to 18 in FIG. 3; Adhesive-free zone with row of holes 26 corresponds to 22 in FIG. 3 and perforation line 27 arranged centrally in the row of holes corresponds to 21 in FIG. 3.
