Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verbundetikett nach den Merk­malen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a composite label according to the features of the preamble of claim 1.

Ein Hauptzweck von Etiketten ist es, die darauf befindliche In­formation dem Benutzer zu vermitteln. In diesem Zusammenhang ist aus dem DE-Gm 87 03 275 ist ein Verbund­etikett bekanntgeworden, das ein Grundblatt und ein das Grund­blatt überdeckendes Deckblatt aufweist. Die dem Deckblatt zuge­wandte Vorderseite des Grundblatts und zumindest die Vorderseite des Deckblatts stellen Informationsträger dar. Ein derartiges Etikett be­sitzt einen hohen Aufmerksamkeitswert, da es den Benutzer dazu veranlaßt, bestimmte Hantierungen mit dem Etikett auszuführen. Zu diesem Zweck muß der Benutzer das Etikett von einem Träger ablösen und durch Abtrennen des Deckblat­tes in seine Blätter zerlegen. Diese Tätigkeiten steigern das Interesse, die Vorderseite des Grundblatts sichtbar zu machen. Außerdem kann dadurch der Benutzer leicht veran­laßt werden, das ohnehin abgelöste Grundblatt nach einer ggf. darauf befindlichen Anweisung auf einen anderen Träger aufzukleben, beispielsweise auf eine Postkarte, und da­durch in einen gewünschten Kontakt mit bestimmten Produkten oder bestimmten Adressaten zu treten.A main purpose of labels is to convey the information on them to the user. Das mit dem Deckblatt ver­klebte Grundblatt wird von einem Vorratsträger abgelöst und zum Beispiel auf eine Verkaufspackung aufgebracht. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt erkennt ein Betrachter nur die Rückseite der Schutzfolie, die die Haftkleberschicht des Deckblattes schützt. Diese Schutzfolie kann dabei selbstverständlich farblich oder sonst in einer Weise so gestaltet sein, daß sie das Interesse des Betrachters weckt. Für die Verbindung der oberen Flächen der beiden Blätter stehen mehrere Möglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Der Schutzfilm 14 besteht in der dargestellten Ausführungsform aus glattem Material, zum Beispiel Siliconpapier, das ein Ablösen der Etikett­folien 11 und 12 zusammen mit der Haftkleberschicht 13 er­laubt, ohne daß die Klebereigenschaften beeinträchtigt wer­den. Die beiden Etikettfolien 11 und 12 sind in einem Be­reich 15, in dem ihre oberen Flächen aneinandergrenzen, miteinander lösbar verklebt. Im dargestellten Ausführungs­beispiel sind Grund- und Deckblatt einschließlich ihrer Haftfilme 13 und der sie bedeckenden Schutzfolien 14 konturen- und deckungsgleich und weisen gleiche Materialbeschaffenheit auf. Die als Grund- und als Deckblatt verwendeten Etikettfolien können jedoch auch unterschiedliche Größen und Formen auf­weisen und müssen selbst, wenn sie die gleiche Kontur auf­weisen, nicht deckungsgleich miteinander verklebt sein.
