Definitions
- the invention relates to a container according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Membrane-sealed tubes are used, for example, as adhesive packaging for Cyanoacrylate adhesive known. Before the first use, the Pierced the membrane with a needle-shaped mandrel and thus the contents of the tube released for emptying.
- a generic container is known from DE-A-41 26 477. With this A cannula is captively attached to the tube mouth. A cap is screwed onto the cannula. The cap is provided with a needle-shaped mandrel, which is used to pierce the membrane is pressed into a recess in the closure cap. After piercing the membrane, the cap can be unscrewed and through the The glue can be removed from the tube through the cannula. Subsequently the cannula is closed again by screwing on the cap, wherein the needle-shaped mandrel with its needle part in the through opening the cannula is inserted.
- the outlet opening of the cannula is only through the one located therein Needle part of the mandrel closed. Due to the usual manufacturing tolerances the outlet opening of the cannula is not always thereby completely sealed so that when piercing the membrane, what the Users frequently hold the tube with one hand and the needle-shaped one Push the mandrel into the cap with the other hand, there is a risk of that glue comes out of the cannula and the outer surface of the cannula and the adjacent flap surfaces are dirty. Now the cap for removing the contents of the tube is removed Danger of the glue that has already leaked dripping and becoming unwanted Contamination.
- the object of the invention is therefore to consider a generic container to improve its ease of use.
- the subject of the invention closes the container mouth Membrane by pressing the head element of the needle-shaped mandrel into the pierce the corresponding recess of the cap for the first time, see above the closure element seals the cannula outlet opening in this open position from.
- No product for example glue
- the consumer can Remove the product from the container through the cannula.
- the consumer can assume that no product has emerged, such as from dripping down could cause unintentional contamination.
- Even when screwing on again the cap is the risk of being accidentally due to leaked product quantities an adhesive connection between the cap and forms cannula, significantly reduced. It also prevents that when the cap is screwed back on again at the cannula outlet sealing sealing element continues that air penetrates into the container, which leads to an unintentional hardening of the Contents of the container, such as glue, could result.
- the container according to the invention is characterized by the needle-shaped mandrel with diaphragm-sealed mouth opening, attached cannula and cap through improved handling and user friendliness out.
- the invention provides that the Mandrel in its opening position penetrating the membrane against axial Movability is fixed in the recess.
- a fixed bracket that protects against unintentional axial mobility of the needle-shaped mandrel in its open position penetrating the membrane is through it achieved that the recess on its inside a circumferential Bead having the head element of the mandrel in the membrane penetrating opening position on the upper part in the area of a cross-sectional reduction of the head element detected and fixed by means of friction.
- the head element has a circumferential one Groove into which the bead is in the starting position of the mandrel intervenes.
- the bead serves here both the fixation of the mandrel in the starting position as well its fixation in the opening position penetrating the membrane.
- the closure element has a conical or rounded outer surface area which, in the open position penetrating the membrane sealing against a correspondingly counter-conical or counter-rotating rounded inner wall area of the cannula outlet opening.
- the sealing effect of the closure element is according to the invention further improved in that the closure element in the Membrane penetrating opening position of the mandrel sealing the Bearing cap surrounding the passage opening.
- the mandrel is made of plastic, as the invention provides in an embodiment.
- the entire closure can then be produced by injection molding in a favorable manner.
- this is furthermore characterized in that the cannula in the mouth of the container in longitudinally axial direction reducing cannula outlet opening having.
- the area of the cannula outlet opening preferably has the smallest opening cross section of the through opening, so that in this area the sealing seat between the closure element and cannula outlet opening can be formed on a relatively small area.
- the invention provides in a further embodiment that the Cap is attached to the cannula by means of a screw connection. This enables easy handling of the container / tube for exposure through the cannula outlet and to remove the contents of the container simply unscrew the cap. The cannula remains on the Container / tube.
- the invention provides an improved membrane-sealed system Container created with a closure, the furthermore the advantages of in DE-A-41 26 477 - on their disclosure content in this regard, express reference is made - based on of further training but handling and is more user-friendly.
- the danger of an unintentional Escaping the contents of the container and especially with glue the danger drying out of the container contents and sticking between the cannula and cap is significantly reduced.
- FIGS. 1 and 2 which in part is shown sectional view, it is in the embodiment around an aluminum tube.
- Such tubes can be found, for example Adhesive, especially cyanoacrylate, fills use.
- the tube neck 2 surrounds the mouth 3 of the container 1.
- a thin, film-like membrane 4 preferably made of aluminum.
- the membrane 4 closes the interior of the container tightly opposite external environment.
- On the tube neck 2 is at the mouth opening 3 a total of 5 cannula attached captive.

- the through channel consists of an internal thread 13 having, lower interior area 16, the diameter of which is greater than the outer diameter of the cannula upper part 7 is in this area.
- the Interior area 16 closes an area 17 that is narrowed in comparison to the relatively narrow when the cap 14 is screwed onto the cannula 5 abuts the tip of the cannula ending in this area.
- Above the range 17 is in the cap 14 opposite the area 17th recess 18 enlarged in diameter.
- the reason for deepening 18 is designed as a channel-shaped passage opening 19 to area 17.
- the depression 18 is essentially cylindrical with a dome-shaped one Floor area designed.
- the depression 18 is cylindrical Wall area 20 of the cap 14 surround, which in turn is surrounded by an annular gap-shaped recess 21.
- the annular gap Recess 21 ends at the level of the interior area 17 of the Closure cap 14.
- the relatively thin wall region 20 has one limited flexibility and elastic extensibility.
- the head element 22 of a needle-shaped one designated overall by 23 Arranged thorn.
- the head element 22 consists of a cylindrical one Middle part, an adjoining upper part 24 with in mind a reduction in the cross section of the head element 22, in cross section arcuate rounded outer surface and one on the opposite End formed lower part 25 with a hemispherical surface.
- the head element is dimensioned in such a way that its parts 22, 24 and 25 completely into the recess 18 can be introduced.
- Head element 22 has an annular circumferential groove 26 into which an at the top Inner edge of the recess 18 formed, annular bead 27 in the in Fig.
- the thorn 23 furthermore has a needle part 28 which is attached to the head element 22 is.
- the needle part 28 has a diameter that is slightly smaller is the diameter of the cannula passage opening 6 in the area of the cannula outlet opening 11, so that the needle part 28 in the region of the cannula outlet opening 11 with its outer surface on the inner surface of the cannula passage opening 6 is present.
- the head element 22 has a significantly larger one Diameter than the needle part 28 so that the head member 22 opposite the needle part 28 is significantly thickened.
- a closure element between the head element 22 and the needle part 28 29, which has a smaller diameter than the head element 22, but has a larger diameter than the needle part 28 and that for Needle part 28 with its outer wall surface 30 conical to the outer diameter of the needle part runs in.
- This area is labeled with the reference number 30 provided.

In its longitudinal extension the mandrel 23 is dimensioned such that in the shown in Fig. 1 Starting position, the tip of the needle part 28 just above the membrane 4 ends and the opposite end from the top of the Cap 14 protrudes.
- Fig. 1 shows the container 1 with attached cannula 5 and the needle-shaped mandrel 23 having, screwed onto the cannula 5 cap in the starting position before first use.
- a pressure in the direction of the Arrow 33 exercised. If a force of 25 - 50 N is exceeded, the latching connection between bead 27 and groove 26 due to the elastic Resilience of the wall area 20 solved and the needle-shaped mandrel 23 in moved in the axial direction until the mandrel 23 that shown in Fig. 2 Has reached the open position. The tip has in this open position of the needle part 28 pierced the membrane and thus an outlet opening created for the container contents.
- This press fit is so tight that when unscrewing and screwing on the cap 14 from the Cannula 5 of the mandrel 23 no longer longitudinally axially within the closure cap 24 is movable. Remains in the open position shown in FIG. 2 the mandrel 23 until the container 1 is completely emptied of the product from the container 1, the cap 14 from the cannula 5th unscrewed. Together with the cap 14, the mandrel 23 from the Cannula 5 removed so that the cannula outlet 11 for a product withdrawal is open. After product removal, the needle part 28 of the Mandrel 23 again inserted into the cannula outlet 11 and the cap 14 screwed onto the cannula 5.
- the area 30 of the closure element 29 and the counter-conical area 31 the cannula 5 can also have other geometric shapes, for example be designed as rounded surfaces. It is also possible that Cannula 5 cannot be lost by welding or gluing to the neck of the container 2 to fix.
