Claims (19)
- Papiermaschinenband, das als Gliederband (1, 11) mit sich in Querrichtung erstreckenden Scharnierdrähten (2, 12) und mit sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden, jeweils wenigstens zwei Scharnierdrähte (2, 12) umschließenden Gliederelementen (3, 13) ausgebildet sind, wobei Gliederlemente (3, 13) über die Breite des Gliederbands (1, 11) in Längsrichtung um wenigstens einen Scharnierdraht (2, 12) versetzt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gliederelemente als Ringelemente (3, 13) mit jeweils einer einzigen Ringöffnung (4, 14) ausgebildet sind, die wenigstens zwei benachbarte Scharnierdrähte (2, 12) umschließen.
- Papiermaschinenband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils die Höhe der Ringöffnungen (4, 14) über ihre Erstreckung in Längsrichtung gleichbleibend ist.
- Papiermaschinenband nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe der Ringöffnungen (4, 14) der der Scharnierdrähte (2, 12) entspricht.
- Papiermaschinenband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ringelemente (3, 13) oben- und/oder untenseitig eine gerade Oberfläche (5) haben.
- Papiermaschinenband nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ringelemente (3, 13) oben- und/oder untenseitig eine ebene Oberfläche (5) haben.
- Papiermaschinenband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ringelemente (3, 13) einen quadratischen oder rechteckigen Querschnitt haben.
- Papiermaschinenband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scharnierdrähte (12) kreisrunden oder ovalen Querschnitt haben.
- Papiermaschinenband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scharnierdrähte (2) als Flachdrähte ausgebildet sind, deren Flachseiten sich parallel zur Bandebene erstrecken.
- Papiermaschinenband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scharnierdrähte (2) stirnseitig gerundet sind.
- Papiermaschinenband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstützung der Ringelemente an den Scharnierdrähten derart ausgebildet ist, daß die Ringelemente um Scharnierachsen verschwenken, die gegenüber der Mittelebene des Gliederbands zu einer der Flachseiten hin verschoben sind.
- Papiermaschinenband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die jeweils benachbarten Ringelemente (3) um einen Scharnierdraht (2, 12) in Längsrichtung des Bandes zueinander versetzt sind.
- Papiermaschinenband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ringelemente (13) an einer oder beiden Flachseiten des Gliederbands (11) verbreiterte Abschnitte (15, 16) aufweisen.
- Papiermaschinenband nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Abschnitte (15, 16) in Längsrichtung bis nahe an die von dem jeweils zugehörigen Ringelement (13) umschlossenen Scharnierdraht (12) erstrecken.
- Papiermaschinenband nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abschnitte (15, 16) von in Querrichtung benachbarten Ringelementen (13) so breit sind, daß sie im Bereich der Abschnitte (15, 16) eine im wesentlichen geschlossene Oberfläche bilden.
- Papiermaschinenband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gliederband auf wenigstens einer Flachseite eine Schicht aufweist.
- Papiermaschinenband nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schicht als Faserschicht, Gewebe, Gewirke, Gelege und/oder Folie ausgebildet ist.
- Papiermaschinenband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scharnierdrähte aus einem oder mehreren, in einer Ummantelung eingelagerten Monofilamenten, Multifilamenten und/oder Zwirnen gebildet sind.
- Papiermaschinenband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ringelemente aus einem mit einer Armierung versehenen Kunststoff bestehen.
- Papiermaschinenband nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Armierung aus Fasern, Fäden, Gewirken, Geweben und/oder Fadengelegen besteht.
