Definitions
- the invention relates to a woven belt for a corrugated cardboard machine according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a belt is known from DE 41 27 164 A1.
- This belt is very quiet and therefore one significantly lower noise level at the place of use. He shows a long service life, with increasing use time on the fabric layer facing the paper side Surface changes have resulted in the quality the surface of the corrugated cardboard. Therefore often an existing belt due to minor changes the surface quality, although due to its structure is suitable for an even longer period of use would.
- the invention has for its object a belt for form a corrugated cardboard machine so that even after longer use time a uniform surface quality the corrugated cardboard is guaranteed.
- the outer one is arranged in the edge area Warp thread made from an aromatic polyamide (aramid).
- aramid aromatic polyamide
- An outer warp thread made of Kevlar can be selected for loads be; to achieve increased abrasion protection can the material of the outer warp thread metal fibers be added. It has a composition of Mixture - based on its weight - made of approximately 96.5% polyamide and 3.5% stainless steel fiber as beneficial proven.
- Plastic threads preferably use the same material as a mixture 65% polyester and 35% viscose (Cellulose) woven.
- the belt is preferably made of plastic threads - As shown in Fig. 1 - from an upper fabric layer 10, one middle fabric layer 20 and a lower fabric layer 30.
- the side of the upper facing away from the middle fabric layer 20 Fabric layer 10 forms the paper side facing the corrugated cardboard of the fabric belt 1.
- the weft threads 4 run in the fabric layers 10, 20, 30 transverse to the longitudinal direction 5 (FIG. 2) of the belt 1.
- Fig. 1, 2 In the upper fabric layer 10, four are offset from one another extending warp threads 11, 12, 13, 14 (Fig. 1, 2) are provided, which both inwards to the middle fabric layer 20 outwards as well as outwards to the paper side over each at least two weft threads 4 run.
- the middle fabric layer 20 has two mutually offset extending warp threads 21, 22, each over two Weft threads 4 run.
- the lower fabric layer 3 consists of four offset mutually running warp threads 31, 32, 33, 34, which after inside - to the middle fabric layer 20 - via only one weft 4 and outwards via at least three weft threads 4 to run.
- the three fabric layers 10, 20, 30 are connected by binding threads 40, 41, 42, 43 woven together.
- the twine is in each divided two thread groups, one thread group forming binding threads 42, 43 run offset from one another and the upper fabric layer 10 to the middle fabric layer Tie 20.
- the binding threads 42 and 43 are each alternately around a weft 4 in the upper fabric layer 10 and a weft 4 in the middle fabric layer 20th guided. In a corresponding manner, it binds from the binding threads 40 and 41 thread group forming the lower fabric layer 30 to the middle fabric layer 20.
- Fig. 4 in connection with Fig. 2, is in Edge region 7 of the belt 1 in its upper fabric layer 10 at least one outer, in the longitudinal direction 5 of the belt 1 running warp thread 11 ', 12', 13 ', 14' arranged, the from a more wear-resistant and / or temperature-resistant Material exists as that between the edge areas 7 of the Belt 1 arranged over the space Z inner warp threads 11, 12, 13, 14 of the upper fabric layer 1.
- An outer Warp thread 13 'made of more wear-resistant and / or temperature-resistant Material is immediately adjacent to the long edge 2 (Fig. 4) of the belt 1.
- a plurality are preferably adjacent outer warp threads 11 'lying to the longitudinal edge 2, 12 ', 13', 14 'from a more wear-resistant and / or temperature-resistant Material provided.
- the warp threads can 11 ', 12', 13 ', 14' made of more wear-resistant and / or temperature-resistant Material form a thread group, the Binding threads 42 and 43 between this and a next thread group of warp threads 11 ', 12', 13 ', 14' from a more wear-resistant and / or more temperature-resistant material.
- Those in the edge region 7 in the longitudinal direction are also preferred 5 of the belt 1 extending binding threads 42 and 43 a more wear-resistant and / or temperature-resistant material intended.
- the edge region 7 preferably has a width R. of about 200 mm.
- aromatic polyamide which is also known as aramid referred to as.
- Kevlar particularly suitable when using a highly durable belt is achieved.
- metal fibers preferably stainless metal fibers, expedient stainless steel fibers used in a lot of up to about 3.5 percent by weight of the base material aromatic polyamide (96.5 percent by weight) added can be.
- the remaining threads of the fabric belt of the upper, middle and lower fabric layer are made of plastic or a Material made from about 65% polyester and 35% viscose (Wool).
