Claims (10)
- Hochzugfestes Gewebe, insbesondere Trockensiebgewebe für Papiermaschinenbespannungen, welches zwei aus Kettfäden (3, 4, 10, 11) und Schußfäden (5, 12) bestehende Gewebeabschnitte (1, 2) aufweist, deren einander zugewandte Enden durch eine Nahtverbindung verbunden sind, wobei die Nahtverbindung dadurch hergestellt ist, daß vorstehende, durch Kettfäden (3, 10) gebildete Schlaufen (6, 13) am Ende der beiden miteinander zu verbindenden Gewebeabschnitte (1, 2) an einer gemeinsamen Verbindungsslinie (X) durch einen durch die Schlaufen (6, 13) der beiden Gewebeabschnitte (1, 2) geführten Schließdraht (9) miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Kettfadenschlaufen (6, 13) an der Nahtverbindungsstelle und dem Schließdraht (9) mindestens ein Verstärkungsfaden (8, 15) in Form einer Wendel zugeordnet ist, der parallel zu den Kettfadenschlaufen (6, 13) angeordnete Schlaufen in einem Ösenbereich zur Aufnahme des Schließdrahtes (9) aufweist.
- Gewebe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungsfäden (8, 15) mit den Kettfäden (3, 4; 10, 11) fest verbunden sind.
- Gewebe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einzelnen Verstärkungsfäden (8, 15) wendelförmig um den Schließdraht (9) und um mindestens einen der dem Schließdraht benachbarten Schußfäden (5, 12) über die gesamte Naht geführt sind.
- Gewebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei entgegengesetzten Seiten der Gewebeabschnitte (1, 2) zugeordnete, den Schließdraht (9) gemeinsam umfassende Verstärkungsfäden (8, 15) vorgesehen sind.
- Gewebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Achsrichtung des Schließdrahtes (9) jeweils eine Kettfadenschlaufe (6) und ein Verstärkungsfaden (8) des einen Gewebeabschnittes (1) und ein Verstärkungsfaden (15) und eine Kettfadenschlaufe (13) des anderen Gewebeabschnittes (2) den Schließdraht (9) umschlingend angeordnet sind.
- Gewebe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der wendelförmige Verstärkungsfaden (8, 15) lose eingebunden ist.
- Gewebe nach Anspruch 1 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungsfäden (8, 15) Monofilament- oder Multifilament-Fäden in Rund- oder Flachform sind, die aus Polyester, Peek, Ryton, Polyamid oder PCTA bestehen.
- Gewebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungsfäden (8, 15) Einsätze von dünnen Stahldrähten aufweisen.
- Gewebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungsfäden (8, 15) den Abstand zwischen den Kettfadenschlaufen (6) weitgehend ausfüllen.
- Gewebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungsfäden (8, 15) Monoplaste oder Multiplaste mit verschiedenen Grundgarnen sind.
