Description

The invention relates to a high tensile strength fabric, in particular dryer fabric for Paper machine clothing. Such a high tensile strength fabric has two Warp threads and weft threads on existing fabric sections whose facing each other Ends are connected by a seam connection, the seam connection is produced in that protruding loops formed by warp threads at the end of the two tissue sections to be connected to one another on a common one Connection line through a through the loops of the two fabric sections Locking wire are interconnected.

Es handelt sich hierbei somit um eine Endlos-Verbindung zweier benachbarter Abschnitte, bei denen die beiden Schlaufen entgegengesetzter Kettfäden nebeneinander angeordnet und mit Hilfe eines hindurchgesteckten Drahtes miteinander verbunden werden.DE 28 06 742 describes a dryer fabric for paper machine clothing known which two high tensile strength, consisting of warp threads and weft threads Has tissue sections, the mutually facing ends by a seam connection are connected, the seam connection being established in that projecting, loops formed by warp threads at the end of the two to be connected Tissue sections at a common connecting line through one the loops of the two fabric sections guided closing wire connected together are. This is an endless connection between two neighboring ones Sections in which the two loops of opposite warp threads side by side arranged and connected to each other with the help of a inserted wire become.

Low warp count fabrics, e.g. 80/10 cm like so-called "skip-dent" settings, or other fabrics with open reed setting regardless of whether flat wire or round wire is used, a relatively low seam tear strength. A chain loop seam is usually not possible because not only the small number of warp threads, but also a resulting hinge effect negatively affects the tear strength.

The object of the invention is to provide reinforcement for fabrics of the generic type to propose the seam connection with very high seam tear forces.

This object is achieved in that the warp thread loops at the seam joint and the closing wire at least one reinforcing thread in the form of a Coil is assigned, the loops arranged parallel to the warp thread loops has in an eyelet area for receiving the locking wire.

Weitere Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.Further embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.

With the formation of a fabric seam connection according to the invention, the seam tear forces become due to the additional connecting thread or wire, which is called helical Thread in the eyelet area is significantly increased. That thread or wire can consist of different materials, preferably monofilaments with a round or flat cross-section, e.g. made of polyester, peek, ryton, polyamide, PCTA, metal or the like, or as monoplasts and multipaste with different Base yarns. All filaments can be braided or twisted, impregnated, coated, including carbon filaments or fibers can be used. Furthermore thin steel wires can be used. Reinforcing threads of the invention Kind preferably have a thickness equal to or less than the thickness of the seam loops is. They are e.g. each anchored behind one or more cross threads.

In a special embodiment of the invention, the seam reinforcement is around the closing wire formed around so that a warp thread loop of the warp thread of a fabric part and a loop of the helical reinforcement thread on one side of the seam joint with a loop of the helical reinforcement strip and one Alternate the warp loop of the warp thread of the counter fabric piece.

According to another special embodiment of the invention, the structure of the reinforced Seam connection chosen so that a in the longitudinal axis of the locking wire Warp loop of the warp thread of one piece of fabric with one turn of the reinforcement helix this piece of fabric with a warp loop of one warp thread of the other Piece of fabric and one turn of the reinforcement strip of the other piece of fabric alternates, etc.

Basically, with the invention in the eyelet area on both sides of the seam connection an additional thread loose or a separate helix involved. This achieves a high-strength seam connection that increases the seam tear strength significantly increased. This is particularly advantageous for fabrics with a low number of warp threads, because a hinge effect caused by this negatively affects the tearing force. Because of Increasing the seam tear forces results in further possibilities, the seams through the use of different material combinations in the eyelet area To be able to better adapt requirements in paper machine technology. In order to such reinforcing threads, the distance between the eyes of two adjacent ones Warp threads is reduced, the seam eyes damaging hinge effect removed.

The fabric consists of two fabric sections 1 and 2, the facing one another Ends are firmly connected. Form the warp threads 3, 4 of the fabric section loops at their ends. Every second warp thread 3 has a greater length at the end than the other half of the warp threads 4, so that the end boundary line in the direction of Weft threads 5 are meandering. Each of the above warp loops 6 is a Win-dung 7 associated with a coil 8, so that warp loops 6 and turns 7 are arranged side by side in the transverse direction and a common one Form transverse axis X, along which a connecting wire 9 through the loops 6 and Windings 7 is performed.

The fabric section 2, which is to be connected to the fabric section 1, consists of the warp threads 10, 11 and the weft threads 12, of which in turn the section 2 Warp threads 10 are longer than the warp threads 11 and the end limit line also meandering, but laterally offset by a division, so that the Warp threads 3 of section 1 of the fabric web and warp threads 10 of section 2, likewise the warp threads 4 and the warp threads 11 in a line in the longitudinal plane of the fabric web run. Each of the warp thread loops 13 is assigned a turn 14, see above that warp loops and turns are arranged side by side in the transverse direction are and form a common transverse axis.

The coil 8 assigned to the warp threads of the fabric section 1 and that to the warp threads of the tissue section 2 associated helix 15 are next to each other with the same axis arranged and on their axis X take the connecting wire 9 together. The Helix 8 wraps around one or more weft threads closest to axis 9 of section 1, the helix 15 the one or more of the X axis closest Section 2 weft threads

The helix 15 preferably incorporates the weft 17, which is the end of the fabric section closest. However, you can optionally add more to the weft 17 subsequent parallel weft threads, i.e. the second, third or fourth last Weft thread included or enclosed together with the connecting wire to reinforce the anchoring of the helix.
