Definitions
- the invention relates to a flat carrier, in particular for the inclusion and presentation of goods, at least an upper and a lower plate, being in the lower plate a number of between a starting position and one Use position swiveling, hinge-like, on the Lower plate hinged retaining tabs are formed and the Top plate a corresponding number of holding openings has, from which the retaining tabs for holding the goods in project their use position.
- Such a carrier is known from practice Bottom plate and top plate manufactured separately, in the Lower plate the holding tabs and in the upper plate slot-shaped holding openings are formed, in which in their Use position pivoted retaining tabs are inserted.
- the known carrier is disadvantageous in that Assembling the top and bottom plate an exact assignment of holding tabs and slot-shaped holding openings necessary is. Furthermore, the retaining tabs must be completely in their Use position aligned to assemble them of the flat carrier in the corresponding holding openings to be able to plug in. For example, shows the material of the The base plate has a certain elasticity, which remain Holding tabs not independently in their position of use, but at least partially move into theirs Starting position back. This is the correct alignment of the holding tabs relative to their holding openings labor intensive and time consuming.
- the invention is therefore based on the object mentioned carrier to improve that Assembly is simplified and done in less time can, at the same time the carrier without risk of a Damage to the retaining tabs can be transported.
- the above is distinguished Carrier characterized in that the top and bottom plate with the Holding tabs lie one on top of the other in their starting position and each holding opening is part of a passage opening, through which swivels the retaining tab into its use position are and in which at least one in the swiveling path of the Holding tabs arranged, the holding tabs in their Supporting locking projection protrudes into the use position.
- the carrier with the holding tabs in Starting position to be transported to the customer.
- the Assembly of the carrier from the top and bottom plate is simplified because the retaining tabs in their starting position are and an exact assignment to the corresponding Holding openings is in no way necessary.
- Top and The base plate is simply placed on top of one another and accordingly connected with each other. By training the The holding tabs are only opened when they are used the wearer swiveled into their position of use, for what only less time and effort is required.
- the corresponding holding opening is part of the Passage opening, with the holding tabs in the pivoting path a locking projection is arranged, the holding tab in their Support position of use, taking it out of the holding opening protrudes.
- the pivoting of the retaining tabs in the Use position can, for example, simply manually be done by holding each tab individually from their Starting position through the passage opening in the Use position is pressed.
- the Locking projection partially limits the holding opening.
- the holding opening is in an end region of the Passage opening formed, the locking projection the Holding opening opposite the rest of the passage opening partially delimited.
- locking projections in opposite to each other protrude the passage opening.
- the locking projections can be constructed in the same way.
- the retaining tab and passage opening are in the essentially geometrically similar. That is, the outlines of Holding tab and passage opening are except for the Locking projections of the same shape, with the passage opening is usually larger in cross-section than the retaining tab.
- the holding tab has a U-shaped outline and is in the area between theirs U-leg ends pivotally connected to the lower plate. In the position of use, the retaining tab thus has one reverse U-shaped shape.
- top and / or bottom plate are made from a single or multi-layer cardboard or corrugated cardboard, the through openings being punched out of the top plate and the retaining tabs being cut out of the bottom plate.
- the Plates are tacked together. The cheapest is one at least in places, the panels are glued together.
- top and bottom plate from a single Blanks are made, with bottom plate and top plate for folding the lower plate onto an underside of the upper plate are connected to each other via at least one creasing.
- a complete carrier is made of one Cut can be produced, with regard to the assignment of Retaining tabs and passage openings when stacked no problems occur from the top and bottom plate, because the Folding is specified and the correct assignment guaranteed.
- the lower plate does not have to be in one piece, but can for example from two foldable, with the top plate connected plate halves can be formed.
- the top plate is also substantially rectangular and the lower plate or the bottom plate halves along one or both longer sides of the rectangle is connected to the top plate or are. It is also possible to use the shorter rectangular sides of the top plate.
- the top plate can be divided into two parts one-piece base plate or both plates can be made accordingly be divided.
- a cover or on the flat carrier to arrange another flat beam suggested that at least in the top plate Insert slots for inserting supports for the cover or the further carrier are formed.
- the Insertion slots parallel and / or perpendicular to the rows of Passage openings.
- the pivoting of the retaining tab can continue be simplified that the creasing approximately in the middle Includes cutting line. Creasing and cutting line can already when making the one-piece blank or together with punching out the openings or cutting out the Retaining tabs are made.
- the Through openings a substantially closed U-shaped Outline, each with a locking projection of opposite points of the U-leg protrudes.
- the locking projections can have different shapes.
- the locking projections preferably have essentially the shape a right triangle, the hypotenuse of which is Locking slope is formed, the locking projection by means of of the longer cathets with the associated U-legs of the Passage opening is connected.
- the holding opening has a width or length that is at least equal to the material thickness or Width of the retaining tab is.
- the retaining tabs are only at Use of the carrier for receiving and presenting goods in the position of use can be pivoted manually. It can for example, only a selection of holding tabs in the Use position pivoted or a number of Retaining tabs pivoted back to their starting position become. This allows for variations in the performance of the Goods and a use of the carrier for goods different sizes. Small goods can for example, all retaining tabs in the use position be pivoted. The goods will then be sent to the Holding tabs, for example, attached. For larger goods can only arrange every second along a row Retaining tabs are pivoted in the position of use.
- the row arrangement of the stamps is at least partially one Row arrangement of retaining tabs and passage openings equivalent.
- are four retaining tabs and Through openings arranged per row for example a device with two stamps can be used on the two retaining tabs in the starting position and Appropriate through openings of each row can be placed are.
- the carrier can be manually postponed along the stamp pressed down, causing the stamps to hold the tabs in swivel the position of use. In the extreme case it is Device with only one stamp is sufficient.
- the device can be constructed very simply from for example a base plate and the stamps, the Stamp from the base plate essentially vertically protrude.
- stamps can be flat, concave or convex be formed, with convex, i.e. rounded, Stamp tips are preferred.
- the pivoting of the retaining tabs and the assignment of the Carrier to the stamps can also be automated by for example, a counter stamp is assigned to the stamps, on which the carrier is releasably attached and relative to the Stamping is movable, being between stamp and Counterstamp guides for the counterstamp and / or the Carriers are arranged.
- the counter stamp shows corresponding openings for receiving the stamp and the in Use position pivoted holding tabs.
- FIG. 1 shows a blank 16 for a flat carrier 1, at the top plate 2 and a bottom plate 3 forming Lower plate halves 20 and 21 are arranged side by side.
