Claims (6)
- Pulverkraftbetriebenes Setzgerät mit einer, eine Führungsbohrung (11) für einen Treibkolben (1) aufweisenden Kolbenführung (4), deren der Eintreibrichtung abgewandtes Ende mit einer eine Kartuschenaufnahme (6) verbindenden Bohrung (7) versehen ist, die von einem Bodenteil (5) umgeben ist, einem die Kolbenführung (4) in radialem Abstand umgebenden Gehäuseteil (8), wobei zwischen der Kolbenführung (4) und dem Gehäuseteil (8) ein mit der Kartuschenaufnahme (6) verbundener Kanal (9) vorgesehen ist, der über eine Öffnung (10) in der Kolbenführung (4) in die Führungsbohrung (11) des Treibkolbens (1) mündet, einem den Kanal (9) mit der Atmosphäre verbinden den, verschliessbaren Durchtritt (12) am Gehäuseteil (8) und einer im Kanal (9) angeordneten, verschliessbaren Ventileinrichtung (13) zur Bildung eines die setzrichtungsseitigen Bereiche des Kanals (9) und der Führungsbohrung (11) umfassenden, gegenüber der Atmosphäre geschlossene Speicherraumes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im axialen Projektionsbereich des Bodenteiles (5) der Kolbenführung (4) ein Abstandselement (2) angeordnet ist, dessen senkrecht zur Achse verlaufende Anschlagfläche (3) kleiner ist als der Projektionsbereich des Bodenteiles (5) und dass das Abstandselement (2) elastisch verformbar ist.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abstandselement (2) am Treibkolben (1) angeordnet ist.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grösse der Anschlagfläche (3) des Abstandselementes (2) der 0,04- bis 0,5-fachen Projektionsfläche des Bodenteiles (5) entspricht.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die parallel zur Längserstreckung des Treibkolbens (1) gemessene Höhe (H) des Abstandselementes (2) dem 0,05- bis 0,02-fachen Durchmesser des Treibkolbens (1) entspricht.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstandsfläche (3) kreisabschnittsartig ausgebildet ist.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstandsfläche (3) im Randbereich des Treibkolbens (1) angeordnet ist.
