Claims (6)
- Pulverkraftbetriebenes Setzgerät mit einer eine Laufbohrung (2), eine Kartuschenaufnahme (3) und einen Abströmkanal (4) aufweisenden Kolbenführung (1), wobei in der Laufbohrung (2) ein Treibkolben (5) parallel zur Setzrichtung versetzbar ist und die Kartuschenaufnahme (3) sowie der Abströmkanal (4) in die Laufbohrung (2) münden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Mündung der Kartuschenaufnahme (3) und der Mündung des Abströmkanals (4) ein vom Treibkolben (5) und von der Kolbenführung (1) gebildeter Dichtbereich (6) vorgesehen ist.
- Setzgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dichtbereich (6) von der Innenwandung (9) einer zylindrischen Vertiefung (8) in einer in Setzrichtung weisenden Anschlagfläche (7) der Kolbenführung (1) und der Aussenwandung (12) eines Ansatzes (11) einer sich entgegen der Setzrichtung weisenden Gegenfläche (10) des Treibkolbens (5) gebildet ist, und dass die Kartuschenaufnahme (3) in der zylindrischen Vertiefung (8) und der Abströmkanal (4) in der Anschlagfläche (7) in die Laufbohrung (2) münden.
- Setzgerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ansatz (11) zylindrisch ausgebildet ist.
- Setzgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlagfläche (7) Teil eines zylindrischen Vorsprungs (13) ist, der in Setzrichtung von einem in Setzrichtung weisenden Boden (14) der Kolbenführung (1) abragt, die Gegenfläche (10) des Treibkolbens (5) Teil einer zylindrischen Ausnehmung (15) ist, die in Setzrichtung von einem entgegen der Setzrichtung weisenden freien Ende (16) des Treibkolbens (5) beabstandet ist und die Durchmesser des zylindrischen Vorsprungs (13) und der zylindrischen Vertiefung (15) im wesentlich gleich gross ausgebildet sind.
- Setzgerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand zwischen dem Boden (14) und der Anschlagfläche (7) der Kolbenführung (1) grösser ist als der Abstand zwischen der Gegenfläche (10) und dem freien Ende (16) des Treibkolbens (5).
- Setzgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querschnittsfläche des Abströmkanals (4) mittels eines verstellbaren Regulierstiftes (17) veränderbar ist.
