Definitions
- the invention relates to a shoe, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a shoe is known from GB-A-874066.
- shoes are regularly covered on the color of the shoes and their external design matched to the respective desired clothing of the Acquired and worn by the wearer. This is not just in Area of leisure and sports shoes the case but also for shoes that are worn every day. It is known that basically the sole part of shoes compared to the shaft part the higher manufacturing costs requires what is conditioned by the materials used for this and on the other hand through elaborate mechanical and / or manual manufacturing steps.
- a shoe of this type is known (US-A-4 103 440). Due to the construction of this well-known shoe, in which the shaft part in the trough-shaped in cross section trained sole part down to the inner surface of the actual outsole or even deeper into the sole part protrudes, one finds the comfort of the shoe negatively influencing movement through the part of the Part of the shaft instead of the inner surface of the The sole part or the outsole is elongated is. Due to the mobility of the sole part when walking or running with the well-known shoe, there are kinks or compression of the material of the shaft part in the natural buckling areas of the shoe, that adversely affect the wearing of the shoe Form friction points in the lateral foot areas with the result that the known shoes only one can be worn for a limited period of time.
- the object is achieved according to the invention in that at least that part of the connecting device fastened to the standing frame by the Standing frame opposite the shoe interior is covered.
- the advantage of the solution according to the invention is essential in that the standing frame of the shoe as a whole only the actual form stability and ensures that especially in the sensitive side areas no moving parts of the foot in the shoe are present while walking or running the Create friction on the foot.
- Another The advantage is that the all-round web-like Standing frame of water entering the side Interior of the shoe is prevented because it is de facto a substantially circumferential edge around the sole part forms around. This is also the comfort of the shoe according to the invention basically exactly the same as with conventional shoes with a firmly attached Sole and shaft part.
- the standing frame with connected sole part with Shaft part is not visible, can also with solution according to the invention easily on different designed shaft parts or sole parts according to the desired combination can be used, i.e. the Standing frame also affects optically in the connected Condition, i.e. the condition in which the sole part with the shaft part is connected, the shoe in its Not all.
- the shaft part that is regular determining the color and form Overall impression of the shoe is, even with the Solution according to the invention can be solved from the sole part and it can easily replace the remote one Shaft part of a certain shape or color another stocked shaft part with a different shape or Color set and connected to the sole part.
- the shoe borders an outer standing frame to the standing frame, the outer standing frame in the vertical direction a smaller Height than the standing frame.
- the Standing frame and the outer standing frame made of any suitable materials, such as fabric, leather or elastic plastic, each again can be edged with fabric or leather.
- the outer standing frame and the standing frame can also be integral be trained, which may also be a simpler Attachment option on the sole part or also an integral training with the sole part ensures.
- the Top edge of the outer stand frame and the inner surface of the sole part in the range of 2.6 - 3.6 cm. Since it is not in any case according to the invention it is imperative that the standing frame completely the sole part encloses, it may be sufficient that the Standing frame only partially surrounds the sole part, is the aforementioned distance at least in the forefoot area of the shoe.
- connection between the sole part and shaft part take place in any suitable manner, as far as the detachable connection is actually a non-positive Connection between the sole part and the shaft plate guaranteed while wearing the shoe.
- the detachable connection is advantageously by formed a divisible zipper, one of which Band with the shaft part and its other band with the Sole part is connected.
- the ones available today Zippers that are already used in the shoe area are so stable that a permanent, detachable, non-positive connection between Sole part and shaft part is possible.
- the detachable connection is made using a Velcro fastener formed, one part with the shaft part and the other part connected to the sole part is. Such a configuration of the shoe or Detachable connection is then usually sufficient be when the shoe is for less strenuous purposes will be carried.
- the pull piece of the zipper that is big enough must be trained to have sufficient strength for the Closing and opening movement of the zipper to be able to apply, but can also optically at Disrupt wearing of the shoe because the pull piece in the slider of the zipper arranged movably like a hinge is. It is therefore advantageous to pull the Zipper in the closed state of the zipper cover or secure with a tab, which on the one hand has the advantage that the pull piece optically is covered and on the other hand it is prevented protrudes undefined from the shoe or back and forth when worn moved, which would be very annoying to wear.
- the tab is advantageous by two tab elements formed, which can be released by means of a closure can be connected to one another, the closure being a Button fastener, a buckle fastener, a Velcro fastener or any other closure.
- the closure being a Button fastener, a buckle fastener, a Velcro fastener or any other closure.
- the formation of only one tab element is also preferred possible for this purpose.
- the tab is advantageously on the outside Interior, i.e. on the two facing each other Arranged on the sides of two worn shoes.
- a sensitive area for the wearer of shoes the inner heel area of the shoe.
- the shoe 10 shown in the figures consists of essentially from a sole part 11 and a shaft part 12. Since the construction of shoes 10 basically is known, only the details are discussed here, the description of the invention Shoe 10 are necessary.
- a circumferential, detachable zipper 13 provided between sole part 11 and Shaft part 12 is a circumferential, detachable zipper 13 provided.
- the zipper 13 is with its upper band 130 in a suitable manner, for example by means of a sewing seam and / or glued to the Shank part 12 connected while the other, lower band 131 of the zipper 13 by means of a sewing seam and / or bonded to the sole part 11, see Fig. 3.
- the sole part 11 has an inner circumferential web-like standing frame 19 and an outer standing frame 190. If necessary, these can be in one piece, i.e. integral, 3, wherein in this Configuration of the band 131 of the zipper 13 attached slightly differently than described above is. This is directed into the interior 20 of the shoe Part of the standing frame 19, i.e. at a view in Direction of arrow 21, higher than that outer stand 190, so that the zipper 13 at Viewing in the direction of arrow 21, i.e. across from the shoe interior 20 is covered, and thus the Zipper 13 from the wearer of the shoe 10 during the Wearing is not noticed.
- an outer standing frame 190 is also provided.
- the distance is the Upper edge 191 of the outer standing frame 190 and the Inner surface 110 of the sole part 11 in the area measured between 2.6 - 3.6 cm.
- an insole those made of foam or other materials exists and if necessary with a cover fabric Linen or the like can be provided.
- the actual sole part can also be made of any suitable materials such as leather, rubber or plastic, for example polyurethane, also Mixtures of different materials or combinations of the different materials mentioned above possible are.
- the inner standing frame 19 and / or the outer standing frame 190 is or consist of leather, fabric or plastic or suitable combinations of these materials, the outer and / or inner standing frame 190, 19 forming materials in turn with other materials can be enclosed or encased depending on the intended use of the shoe, for example as a leisure, running or sports shoe.
- the Standing frame 19, the outer standing frame 190 or both Standing frames 19, 190 can or may also be integral be formed with the sole part 11.
- the divisible zipper 13 is between Sole part and shaft part 12 arranged that the end and the beginning of the zipper on the outside of the inside of the shoe, 4, are merged, i.e. here in the closed state of the zipper 13 face each other.
- the pull piece 134 of the zipper 13 is in this state with a tab 14, here consisting of two tab elements 140, 141, coverable, in that the two tab elements 140, 141, one each on the sole part 11 and one are attached to the shaft part 12, folded together be, this holding state by means of any formable closure 142, for example by means of a Velcro fastener, a button connection, one Buckle connection or the like can be achieved.
- a tab 14 here consisting of two tab elements 140, 141, coverable, in that the two tab elements 140, 141, one each on the sole part 11 and one are attached to the shaft part 12, folded together be, this holding state by means of any formable closure 142, for example by means of a Velcro fastener, a button connection, one Buckle connection or
- a rear cap 18 provided, cf. in particular Fig. 2, the protrudes like a tab from the shaft part 12 and into the Insole area 17 of sole part 11 protrudes when Sole part 11 and shaft part 12 through the zipper 13 are connected to one another, see FIG. 1 12 and rear cap 18 are by means of adhesive and / or Sewing and / or vulcanization firmly connected.
- the zipper 13 in any suitable construction can be. Because of its required flexibility, the problem-free color design or adaptation a certain color, its necessary sensitivity against moisture and dirt it is sensible, the zipper 13 or the staples of Form zipper 132 from plastic, it can however also for certain individual applications be useful, normal zippers 13 with metal staples 132 to use.
