- einen Längsschnitt der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung;

Mittels eines beispielsweise hydraulisch betätigbaren nicht weiter dargestellten Einstosszylinders wird der Untersatz 23 mit der Patrone 7 hochgefahren und das Geschoss durch die Matrize 6 in das Druckstück 2 eingeschoben. Sodann werden die Schieber 16 durch die beiden Zylinder 18 nach innen geschoben, bis sie an der Patronenhülse 10 anliegen. Hierbei wird der durch das Spiel zwischen Dichtscheibe 15 und Patronenhülse 10 gegebene Spalt von den Schiebern 16 überbrückt (Fig. 2 und 3). Danach wird die Aufnahmebüchse 1 und mit ihr die Matrize 6 mit den Schiebern 16 mittels eines ebenfalls z.B. hydraulisch betätigbaren, nicht weiter dargestellten Kerbzylinders gegen das feststehende Druckstück 2 und die Druckfeder 20 hochgefahren und der elastische Ring 14 über die Dichtscheibe 15 zusammengedrückt. Hierbei wird der elastische Ring 14 in radialer Richtung nach innen verformt und der Hülsenmund 11 in die Umfangsnut 13 des Treibspiegels 12 gedrückt (Fig. 3). Bei diesem Vorgang schützt die Dichtscheibe 15 den elastischen Ring 14 vor der Bewegung der Schieber 16, wobei die Abnutzung des elastischen Ringes 14 bei der kleinen Bewegung zu den Schiebern 16 hin wegen der abgerundeten Kante 19 der Dichtscheibe 15 sehr gering ist. Nach der Kerbung werden der Kerbzylinder und danach die beiden Zylinder 18 wieder zurückgefahren, so dass die Aufnahmebüchse 1, die Matrize 6 und die beiden Schieber 16 wieder die Ausgangsposition einnehmen. Anschliessend fährt der Einstosszylinder zurück, so dass die gekerbte Patrone 7 vom Untersatz 23 abgenommen und eine neue aufgesetzt werden kann.

Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zur Befestigung einer Patronenhülse an einem Geschoss, welches mindestens eine Umfangsnut (13) aufweist und mit welchem die Patronenhülse (10) durch Kerbung an der Umfangsnut (13) verbindbar ist, welche Vorrichtungeinen elastischen Ring (14), der im Bereich des Hülsenmundes (11) und der Umfangsnut (13) angeordnet ist, undMittel umfasst, durch welche der elastische Ring in axialer Richtung beaufschlagbar ist, damit der elastische Ring in axialer Richtung verkürzbar und in radialer Richtung nach Innen deformierbar ist, um die Patronenhülse im Bereich des Hülsenmundes (11) in die Umfangsnut (13) zu drücken, wobeifür die Aufnahme des Geschosses einer Patrone (7) ein Druckstück (2) vorgesehen ist, das einen zylindrischen Ansatz (4) aufweist, der in eine Bohrung (5) einer Matrize (6) hineinragt, und wobeidie eine Stirnfläche des elastischen Ringes (14) der Stirnfläche des zylindrischen Ansatzes (4) zugewandt ist,dass der elastische Ring (14) mit im Inneren des Ringes vorhandenem Radialspiel in der Bohrung (5) angeordnet ist, unddass die andere Stirnfläche des elastischen Ringes (14) über eine Dichtscheibe (15) an zwei Schiebern (16) anliegt, die senkrecht zur Längsachse (17) der Patrone (7) in der Matrize (6) geführt werden, wobeizur Kerbung der Patronenhülse (10) die Matrize (6) mit den Schiebern (16) gegen das Druckstück (2) schiebbar und dabei der elastische Ring (14) über die Dichtscheibe (15) in axialer Richtung zusammendrückbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der elastische Ring (14) aus Vulkolan vom Typ Adipren besteht. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Dichtscheibe (15) aus Federstahl besteht und die dem elastischen Ring (14) zugewandte Kante (19) des Innendurchmessers der Dichtscheibe (15) abgerundet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Dichtscheibe aus gehärtetem Federstahl von 0,3 mm Dicke besteht. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Druckstück (2) und die Matrize (6) in einer Aufnahmebüchse (1) angeordnet sind, die bei der Kerbung zusammen mit der Matrize (6) und den Schiebern (16) gegen das feststehende Druckstück (2) verschoben wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Patrone (7) auf einem in der Längsachse (17) der Patrone (7) bewegbaren Untersatz (23) durch einen federnden Einsatz (24) und einen Halter (25) festgehalten wird. - Verwendung der Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Geschoss ein Unterkalibergeschoss ist und einen Treibspiegel (12) aufweist, wobei die mindestens eine Umfangsnut (13) am Treibspiegel (12) vorgesehen ist und die Patronenhülse (10) durch Kerbung im Bereich der mindestens einen Umfangsnut (13) mit dem Treibspiegel (12) des Geschosses verbindbar ist.
