Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum selbsttätigen Abschneiden von Fadengebilden in Nähmaschinen mit einer Stichplatte, einer Transportplatte, einer Niederhaltereinrichtung und einer Schneideinrichtung, wobei eine Aussparung in der Transportplatte und der Niederhaltereinrichtung vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneideinrichtung ein Untermesser (5) und ein Obermesser (3), welches mit der Transportplatte (2) fest verbunden ist, aufweist und die Transportplatte (2) in ihrer Auflageebene in beiden Raumrichtungen (41,42) verschieblich ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aussparung (24,30,33) T-förmig, dreieckig, rund, oval oder in anderer zweidimensionaler Form ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidkante (23) des Obermessers (3) der Formgebung der Ausnehmung (24,30,33) angepaßt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidkante (23) des Obermessers im wesentlichen gerade ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidkante (15) des Untermessers (5) etwa bogenförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportplatte (2) an Schlitten gelagert und geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb der Transportplatte (2) über Schrittmotoren, Zahnriemen, Spindeltriebe oder Kurvenscheiben erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Absaugung (13,14) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Absaugrohr (13) der Absaugung (13,14) verschwenkbar um eine Achse parallel zu seiner Längsachse ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Absaugrohr (13) der Absaugung (13,14) in seiner Längsrichtung verstellbar ist.
