Definitions

  • the invention relates to a suction device for cleaning Machines and refers to a suction device according to the Preamble of claim 1. It also relates to a method according to claim 11.
  • the suction opening is one of the operations of the Machine as little impairment as possible and therefore unfavorable place of the Work area arranged so that problem areas in the Work area exist by the standard suction not be detected or on which by the suction generated negative pressure for a sufficient cleaning effect is low.
  • the work area must be such Machines at regular intervals by the operating personnel additionally cleaned manually to avoid excessive Accumulation of contaminants in the problem areas of the To prevent working area of the machine.
  • the impurities to be removed or Material waste evenly further into the machine or into the space surrounding the machine, for example one Machine room, blown, so that the burden of the whole Hall with the unwanted impurities and raw material residues increases even if the specific area of the machine is clean appears.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object of providing machine cleaning which can clean problem areas of the working area of a machine without stressing the space surrounding the machine.
  • the production or interior of the machine is so clean maintained and maintenance and cleaning intervals can be clear be extended.
  • the invention is not limited to routes. It can also used on cards, combing machines or similar machines become.
  • FIG. 1 shows a simplified representation of parts of an extraction system in connection with the suction connection or the extraction device on a stretch of a spinning mill, in order to extract fibers or fiber remnants that occur during the stretching process.
  • a filter housing 1 which, for example, as Filter box is formed or parts of a filter system encloses a filter or sieve 2 is arranged.
  • the filter 2 separates the filter housing 1 into an area 1a with particle, air containing fibers or particles, in which the air from the Work area A of the machine is sucked in, and one in downstream on the back of the filter 2 located clean or exhaust air area 1b.
  • the filter 2 is sufficiently fine-pored to form particles, fibers or Retain particles of a predetermined size.
  • the first suction air line 3 ends stationary in work area A of the machine.
  • the second Suction air line 4 is flexible, at least in sections Running hose and includes at her in the work area A the machine opening end a suction nozzle 6 with a Suction opening.
  • a holding device 5 is used during the time that the Suction nozzle 6 is not required for locking the suction nozzle 6 and thus the second suction air line 4 near the machine.
  • the Holding device 5 comprises a suction nozzle closure device 7, the during the storage and locking of the suction nozzle 6 for one reliable (essentially airtight) closure of the second Air line 4 ensures.
  • the switching device 8 can do this manually be actuated or when the suction nozzle 6 is removed second suction air line 4 from the holding device 5 and / or when reinserting the suction nozzle 6 into the holding device 5 switch automatically.
  • the switchover is controlled by an electrical one Controller 9 in response to an actuation of the Switching device 8, for example when removing the second Extraction air line 4 from the locking device 5, one in Filter housing 1 near the mouth of the first Suction air line 3 arranged suction air blocking device 10 actuated to the mouth of the first (stationary) Exhaust air line 3 to close while opening the mouth the second suction air line 4 remains open.
  • the suction air locking device 10 can be used as a flap or slide be formed, an arrangement of the same both in Inside the filter housing 1 as well as within the first Exhaust air line 3, for example in the form of a throttle valve, is possible.
  • a fan or blower 11 arranged by a Belt drive 12, 13 from the outside of the filter housing 1 is rotated and the suction of the Contaminants required negative pressure generated.
  • the drive 12 can be designed as an electric motor, the Operation also by means of the electronic control 9 is controlled.
  • the Filter housing 1 can also be connected to the machine a suction line 14 leading a central suction system be provided.
  • the first suction air line 3 continues in a filter housing 1 of the described type opens and is pre-filtered there, or under Elimination of the filter housing 1 directly into the machine leading suction line 14 is directed while the second Suction air line 4 opens directly into the suction line 14.
  • suction air blocking device 10 still near the mouth of the first Suction air line 3 is arranged, the in this way Control of the suction air locking device 10 advantageously close remain with the machine and filtering and disposal the exhaust air at a distance from the machine central point of a production process can take place.
  • the suction air blocking device 10 completely eliminated, so that the first exhaust air line constantly remains open and continuously exhausts, and an air seal the second suction line 4 while not in use only through a suitable design of the Holding device 5 takes place.
  • FIG. 2 shows a front view of a section with the additional suction connection 15, 16, the connection of the suction device to a central suction system 14 being shown.
  • the suction line 14 is indicated in a broken line, into which the second suction air line 4 opens above the route.
  • the second suction air line 4 is pivotally installed near the operator via a holding device 15 arranged on the machine.
  • the second suction air line 4 is kept close to its end 16 carrying the suction nozzle 6 with excess length on a variably extendable holder 17. By pulling the end 16, an extension of the second suction air line 4 is possible in such a way that all problem zones of the route that are close to the operator can be reached with the suction nozzle 6.
  • Figure 3 shows a plan of the route in which Broken line, the suction line 14 and a possible one Course of the holding device 15 with the flexible Suction air line 16 can be seen.
  • one is fixed to the machine arranged tubular suction line 4, 16 shown. According to the invention, however, it is sufficient if the machine has a Possibility of connecting such a suction air line 4, 16 is provided, which with the extraction system of the machine connected is. At such a connection is one A suction hose can be connected to clean the machine. This The hose is off again after cleaning Machine removable and for cleaning another Machine can be used.
