Description
gemäß Anspruch 11.The invention relates to a suction device for cleaning
Machines and refers to a suction device according to the
Preamble of
In the case of known machines, in which during the processing of raw materials, such as sliver or fleece and the like, from processed raw material or waste form, unwanted impurities arise in one Working area of the machine. Too many such Contamination in the working area of the machine can stop the operation of the machine or the resulting quality of through this adversely affect processed raw materials. Therefore are Such machines often with a machine-fixed suction provided that a large part of the lighter or smaller resulting from the processing Contamination or material waste from the work area away.
Mostly, however, the suction opening is one of the operations of the Machine as little impairment as possible and therefore unfavorable place of the Work area arranged so that problem areas in the Work area exist by the standard suction not be detected or on which by the suction generated negative pressure for a sufficient cleaning effect is low. As a result, the work area must be such Machines at regular intervals by the operating personnel additionally cleaned manually to avoid excessive Accumulation of contaminants in the problem areas of the To prevent working area of the machine.
In the known machines this is compressed air to the MascHine performed so that when the machine is turned off and on corresponding, the required cleaning or a Signal indicating necessary tool or workpiece change is output by the machine and the operating personnel Machine cover opened and thus the work area of the Has exposed the work area by means of a Compressed air gun can be blown clean.
Here, however, the impurities to be removed or Material waste evenly further into the machine or into the space surrounding the machine, for example one Machine room, blown, so that the burden of the whole Hall with the unwanted impurities and raw material residues increases even if the specific area of the machine is clean appears.
The invention is therefore based on the object of providing machine cleaning which can clean problem areas of the working area of a machine without stressing the space surrounding the machine.
This object is solved with
By means of the permanently installed on the machine and with the stationary suction system connected to the machine tubular, flexible and in the work area of the Machine opening second suction air line according to the invention the problem areas of the machine are sucked free and the contamination is reliably removed from the machine. The Any dirt can be filtered and disposed of without straining the surroundings of the machine. They do Existing extraction system has a dual purpose; costs can be saved.
The production or interior of the machine is so clean maintained and maintenance and cleaning intervals can be clear be extended.
It is also achieved that the air in the machine or Production hall due to the lower fiber, particle and Particle pollution is kept clean, which increases overall a lower health burden for the operating personnel Machine results.
Advantageous embodiments of the invention are in the dependent claims specified.
The invention is not limited to routes. It can also used on cards, combing machines or similar machines become.
