Definitions
- the invention relates to an end wall made of moldable material for a winding roll with a rectangular plate with rounded corners, the Front of the winding roll facing a ring attachment on a smooth, level surface Has surface and the back facing away from the winding roller is stiffened by ribs, with four side walls that are perpendicular to the Run around the front of the plate and have different profiles.
- the two end walls over the length of the winding roll by strapping held together.
- an end wall is known, the circumferential Has side walls or edge webs that alternate with on their outer surfaces consisting of teeth and tooth gaps of the same length, width and height Profiling are provided.
- the front of this front wall has one central integrated plug-in pins, but no locking cams near or at the corners of the front.
- the end wall also has four locking cams close by the corners of the front of the bulkhead.
- This well-known end wall can be used further, vertically aligned end walls are stacked on top of each other, however, the vertically aligned end walls can match the side walls not stacked side by side or on top of each other and in each other Brought into engagement or mutually locked. This means that by means of The wrapped rolls of the end walls are not easily stacked on top of each other can be because the stability of such a stack is not guaranteed is.
- 91 976 is a one-piece end wall made of plastic known that stiffen from a square, or square, with radial webs flat plate.
- an insertion pin for the winding material roll which is equipped with holding prisms, for example.
- the plate is encased by a belt, on the outside of which small prismatic Strips are arranged.
- the belt closes at the corners of the four plate free space between the winding material and the packaging jacket close to the outer end face open cup-shaped depressions and has an all-round stop bar, which is provided with teeth.
- the End walls can interlock with each of their side walls without one certain pre-selection of the alignment of the side walls to each other an end wall is known from EP-B 0 332 186, in which each of the two groups of profiles of the side walls stack cams different Have lengths and cross sections, the stacking pockets are different Limit lengths and cross sections.
- the stacking bags are complementary formed and arranged to the stacking cams, so that when side stacking and / or vertical stacking vertically aligned end walls the stacking cams and pockets of one side wall End wall seamlessly with the stacking pockets and cams on each of the four side walls another end wall can be joined together.
- the front of the bulkhead is close to the with a central insertion pin and four locking cams Corners of the end wall.
- a similar end wall is known from EP-A-0 535 481, in which at least one side wall of each end wall instead of stacking cams and stacking pockets has a corrugation that is interrupted along the length of the side wall of guide grooves in the side wall.
- the back of the bulkhead is reinforced by bridges.
- the individual corrugation of the corrugation has the shape of one in the Diagonal-cut prism, the cross section of the corrugation is triangular.
- EP-A 0 522 450 describes an end wall in which at least one side wall the plate is formed by a flat surface. In the area of these levels Protrusions are arranged to prevent slipping one with the end walls packed winding roll on the planks of a wooden transport pallet prevent.
- the protrusions can have the shape of tapering upwards possess geometric figures.
- EP-A-0 601 494 discloses an end wall made of injection molding material for a winding roll known, which is a rectangular, in particular square, rounded Has plate with corner surfaces, the front of the winding roll facing has a central integrated plug-in pin and locking cam.
- the back of the end wall pointing away from the winding roll is straight Retaining and ring ribs stiffened.
- the front wall is with stacking cams that the Limit stacking pockets, equipped on the side walls.
- the stacking bags are complementary to the stacking cams.
- the front of the plate is equipped with a ring attachment that encloses the plug-in pin.
- the outer diameter of the ring attachment is smaller than the edge length of the front wall and smaller than the diameter of the winding roll. Through the ring attachment is a contact of the edge areas of the winding roll with the front wall and associated sprain of the edge area of the winding roll avoided.
- the object of the invention is to produce an inexpensive end wall To create plastic that is lighter than known end walls of the the same format, much more rigid and less sensitive to breakage than is comparable end walls and a safe, non-slip stacking of the with the Ensured wrapped rolls on wooden pallets.
- an end wall of the one described above Kind of solved in such a way that two of the opposite Sidewalls are smooth and flat and that the remaining two, themselves opposite side walls are structured differently, the one side wall is continuous corrugation along the length of the side wall perpendicular to the front of the plate and the other side wall has stacking cams (31) and stacking pockets (10) and the stacking cams (31) a number of Have corrugations on the surface of each stacking cam and the stacking pockets (10) formally complementary corrugation-free Have stacked pockets with hollows.
- each stacking corner of two projections exists, each of which has a triangular outline and which are opposite longest sides of the two triangular projections enclose a gap that is oblique to the outline edges of the front runs.
- the columns of the stacking corners run along the plate diagonals.
- the corners of the triangular projections rounded and the gap has a width that the thickness of the ribs on the Back of a plate corresponds. This ensures that when stacking two end walls with radial ribs on the back of the one plate in the column of the stacking corners of the other plate and this This locks the plate. Mainly through the smooth training of two Side walls of the front wall and by eliminating the central integrated Plug-in pin, as is common in the known end walls, becomes one considerable weight reduction achieved.
- FIG. 1 As from the perspective view towards a front 2 one Front wall 1 can be seen in Fig. 1, two of the opposite Side walls 3 and 4 smooth and even, while the remaining two, themselves opposite side walls 5 and 6 are structured differently.
- the four side walls are connected to one another via rounded corners 29.
- the Front 2 consists of a rectangular plate 11 which has a ring attachment 23 and has a central insertion opening 21.
- the front 2 of the front wall 1 faces a winding roller, not shown, while one of the winding roller back 20 facing away (see FIG. 2) to the outside of the winding roll points away.
- One side wall 5 is continuous with corrugation 8 equipped, which runs perpendicular to the front 2 of the plate 11.
- the troughs 12 exhibit on the other side wall 6 there is a number of corrugations 9 and more Complementally complementary, corrugated stacking pockets 10, the troughs 12 exhibit.
- the opposite structured side walls 5 and 6 are interrupted by guide grooves 7, the strapping for the winding roll take up.
- the guide grooves 7 extend perpendicular to the longitudinal edges of the side walls 5 and 6.
- Each of these protrusions has a triangular shape and the opposite longest sides 16, 16 of these projections close with each other a gap 17 which is oblique to the outline edges of the front 2 runs.
- the gaps 17 of the stack corners 13 extend along the plate diagonals of plate 11.
- the outer dimensions of the end wall 1 are in the range of 700 mm x 700 to 760 mm and up to 1100 mm x 1200 mm and are preferably 800 mm x 860 to 880 mm.
- the corners of the triangular projections 14 and 15 are rounded and the gap 17 has a width which corresponds to the thickness of the ribs 18, 19 shown in FIG. 2 on the rear side 20 corresponds to the plate 11.
- the first embodiment according to FIG. 1 has one Insertion opening 21 with an axially extending corrugation 32, which extends in the longitudinal direction the insertion opening 21 at least over the height of a ring attachment 23 extends or over the total height of the insertion opening 21.
- the perspective view of the second embodiment of the end wall 1 in Direction of the back 20 in Fig. 2 shows that the back 20 on the one hand reinforced by radial ribs 18, 19 and on the other hand by longitudinal ribs 30 which run parallel to the smooth side walls 3, 4 of the plate 11.
- the left side wall 5 in Fig. 2 is equipped with continuous corrugation 8, while the opposite side wall 6 stacking pockets 10 and stacking nocks 31 has.
- a circumferential corrugation is on from the insertion opening 21 the back 20 visible.
- the guide grooves 7 for the strapping of a winding roll can be seen.
- the ring attachment has an outer diameter that is smaller than the diameter of the winding roll to be packed and forms a gap between the End wall 1 and the outer edge of the winding roll, thereby upsetting the Cutting edge of the winding roll is prevented.
- the end wall 1 has, in contrast to the state of the art, no integrated plug-in pin that the Wrapping roller carries, instead, a separate pin or cylinder through the Insertion opening 21 of the end wall inserted into the hollow axis of the winding roll. Such a pin has an elastic deformation under the action of a load on.
- the end wall 1 has a essential radial and vertical rib structure, that of the one-sided load bearing serves.
- the vertical rib structure results from the fact that in the operating position the end wall 1, the smooth side walls 3 and 4 and thus also the parallel ribs 30 are aligned vertically. Ribs also continue in the stacking pockets 10.
- End walls are on an annular and horizontal rib structure for reasons a weight saving waived. Support the radial ribs 18 and 19 in the corners 29 of the end wall 1 and thus serve to minimize breakage in the event of a crash-related collision of the end wall 1 with the floor.
- the stacking corners 13 of an end wall are divided around the ribs on it stacked end wall. The stacking corners are flat and large held and less likely to break than known raised stacking or Locking boss. The low height and the division of the stacking corners 13, the subsequently explained in more detail, enable direct stacking the end walls 1 and the formation of a very dense stack.
- the stacking pockets 10 are only on the upper side wall 6 of the edgewise end wall 1, since only a maximum of two winding rolls are stacked on top of each other should be.
- the side walls 3 and 4 are smooth trained, since a lateral toothing of end walls, especially in large winding rolls is not provided. Due to the loading height of transport vehicles is not a stack of more than two large winding rolls intended.
- FIG. 3 The detail view in Fig. 3 of a section of the back 20 near one of the rounded corners 29 of the end wall 1 can be seen that in the back the plate 11 depressions 25, 26 are present, one with the projections 14, 15 of a stacking corner 13 have an outline of comparable size.
- the projections grip from horizontally aligned end walls 14, 15 of the stacking corners 13 of one end wall because of their small size Do not insert height into the recesses 25, 26 of the overlying end wall.
- the radially extending ribs 18 and 19 reach the rear of the an end wall with the columns 17 of the stacking corners 13 in engagement and ensure thereby a good locking of the end walls lying on top of each other.
- the top view of the side wall 6 in FIG. 4 shows that through the guide grooves 7 separate sections of the side wall.
- the stack cam 31 has a centrally arranged corrugation 9, on the left and right smooth surfaces 27, 28th connect.
- Each stacking bag 10 has a centrally arranged trough 12, which the Corrugation 9 is opposite.
- In the longitudinal direction of the side wall 6 alternate Stacking pockets 10 and stacking cams 31.
- FIG 5 shows a perspective view of a section of the side wall 6 with the stacking cam 31 and the stacking pockets 10.
- the central insertion opening 21 in Fig. 6 From the top view of the central insertion opening 21 in Fig. 6 it can be seen that this consists of a cylindrical section that runs along its circumferential surface is equipped with a circumferential corrugation 24.
- the corrugation 24 extends itself at least about the height of the ring attachment 23, however also extend over the entire depth of the insertion opening 21.
- the Corrugation 24 ensures a non-slip, vibration-free intervention accordingly corrugated pin in the insertion opening.
- the stacking cams 31 are designed in such a way that their corrugations 9 the end wall when placed on a wooden pallet slip resistance to lend.
- the corrugations 9 are in mesh with one another attached end wall sunk into the troughs 12 and do not hinder that Stacking the end walls.
