Claims (11)
- Banddruckgerät mit einer Kassette, mit einem Kassettenaufnahmeraum und mit einer aus einem einteiligen Element bestehenden Grundplatte (2), die aus einem flachen Basisteil und einer Vielzahl davon abstehender Komponenten aufgebaut ist, wobei die abstehenden Komponenten umfassen:ein Druckwalzenträgerelement (6), das eine drehbare Druckwalze (4) aufnimmt,ein Druckkopfträgerelement (14), das einen Druckkopf abstützt,wenigstens einen Kassettenträgerstift (48, 50) zum Stützen einer Kassette (56), die ein zu bedruckendes Aufzeichnungsmedium (62) enthält, undwenigstens einen Kassettenträger/ausrichtungsstift (52) zum Festsetzen der Position der Kassette (56) relativ zur Grundplatte (2).
- Banddruckgerät nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Grundplatte (2) in einem Druckgußverfahren hergestellt ist.
- Banddruckgerät nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Grundplatte (2) in einem Spritzgußverfahren hergestellt ist.
- Banddruckgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei erste und zweite Kassettenträgerstifte (48, 50) an gegenüberliegenden Seiten des flachen Basisteils der Grundplatte (2) angeordnet sind, die an von der Grundplatte (2) beabstandeten Stellen die Kassette (56) haltern.
- Banddruckgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die abstehenden Komponenten einen Satz von Getriebestiften (26, 28, 30, 32, 34) umfassen, die Zahnräder (16,18, 20, 22, 24) eines Getriebes zum rotativen Antrieb einer auf dem Druckwalzenträgerelement (6) angebrachten Druckwalze (4) aufnehmen.
- Banddruckgerät nach Anspruch 5, mit einem Boden (70) des Kassettenaufnahmeraums, der auf den Getriebestiften (26, 28, 30, 32, 34) angeordnet ist und sich oberhalb der Zahnräder (16, 18, 20, 22, 24) des Getriebes erstreckt, wobei der Boden (70) des Kassettenaufnahmeraums an der Grundplatte (82) befestigt ist, um die Zahnräder (16,18, 20, 22, 24) in Position zu halten.
- Banddruckgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die abstehenden Komponenten einen Farbbandwellenträgerstift (44) zur Aufnahme einer Farbbandantriebswelle (43) umfassen, die beim Drucken benötigtes Farbband strafft.
- Banddruckgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die einteilige Grundplatte (2) weiterhin eine Schneideeinrichungsbefestigung (54) zum Aufnehmen einer Schneideeinrichtung zum Abschneiden eines Abschnitts des Aufzeichnungsmediums (62), auf den ein Bild aufgedruckt ist, umfaßt.
- Banddruckgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Druckkopf zwischen einer Betriebsstellung, in der er mit der Druckwalze (4) interagiert, um ein Bild auf das Aufzeichnungsmedium (62) aufzudrucken, und einer Außerbetriebsstellung bewegbar ist.
- Banddruckgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei eine in dem Kassettenaufnahmeraum enthaltene Kassette (56), die von dem wenigstens einen Kassettenträgerstift (48,50) abgestützt ist, vorhanden ist.
- Banddruckgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei ein Motor (40) zum rotativen Antrieb der Druckwalze (4) um eine erste Achse vorhanden ist, der Motor (40) um eine zweite Achse rotiert, die in einer orthogonal zur ersten Achse verlaufenden Ebene liegt, und die Drehung des Motors (40) um die zweite Achse mittels wenigstens eines Kegelradgetriebes (36, 42) in eine Drehung um die erste Achse zum Antrieb der Druckwalze (4) umgesetzt wird.
