Claims (4)
- Verfahren zum Versehen von Fliesen (3), die in einem Brennraum (9) gebrannt werden, mit Spacern (18), wobei die Spacer (18) nach dem Brennen der Fliesen (3) als Materialmasse aus Kunststoff an den Kanten der Fliesen (3) angebracht werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Fliesen (3) in Formen (4) eingesetzt werden, in denen zuvor die Materialmasse entsprechend der späteren Positionierung der Spacer (18) eingebracht wurde, und dass die Materialmasse in den Formen (4) angeschmolzen und ausgehärtet wird und anschließend die Fliesen (3) einschließlich der als Spacer (18) geformten Materialmasse aus den Formen (4) entnommen werden. - Produktionsanlage zum industriellen Versehen von Fliesen (3) mit Spacern (18) gemäß dem Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, die mit mehreren Funktionseinrichtungen versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine kontinuierliche Fördervorrichtung (1, 7, 8, 12, 13, 15, 17) zum Transportieren der Fliesen (3) zwischen den Funktionseinrichtungen und durch diese hindurch vorgesehen ist, dass eine Eintragvorrichtung (6) zum Anbringen der Materialmasse für die Spacer (18) an die Fliesen (3), ein Schmelzofen (9) zum Anschmelzen der Spacermasse an die Fliesen (3) und ein Kühlbereich (11) zum Aushärten der Spacermasse und zum Abkühlen der Fliesen (3) vorgesehen ist, wobei für die Aufnahme von wenigstens einer Fliese (3) und zum Positionieren der Spacermasse an der wenigstens einen Fliese (3) eine Trägerform (4) vorgesehen ist, die mittels der wenigstens einen Fördervorrichtung (1, 7, 8, 12, 13, 15, 17) im Kreislauf durch die Produktionsanlage transportierbar ist.
- Produktionsanlage nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel (5, 21, 26, 27, 28) zum Beladen der wenigstens einen Trägerform (4) mit Fliesen (3) ohne Spacer (18) und Mittel (14, 21a, 26a, 27a, 28a) zum Entladen der wenigstens einen Trägerform (4) nach dem Anfügen der Spacer (18) vorgesehen sind.
- Produktionsanlage nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Kalibriervorrichtung (16) zum maßhaltigen Bearbeiten der an die Fliese (3) angefügten Spacermasse auf das Maß der gewünschten Spacergröße vorgesehen ist.
