Claims (8)
- Wärmegedämmtes Verbundprofil (1) für Fenster, Türen oder Fassaden, mita. einer aus Metallprofilen gefertigten Außenschale (3), einer aus Metallprofilen gefertigten Innenschale (2) und Isolierleisten (4), durch die die Außenschale (3) und die Innenschale (2) miteinander verbunden sind,b. einem T-Verbinder (11) für die Metallprofile der Außenschale (3),c. wobei die Außenschale (3) einen zur Festlegung des T-Verbinders versehenen Anschlagsteg (12) aufweist, der eine C-förmigen, mit Randleisten (14, 15) ausgerüstete Nut (13) zur Dichtungsaufnahme aufweist, undd. wobei der T-Verbinder (11) für die Metallprofile der Außenschale (3) mit einem in die Nut (13) einführbaren, die eine der Randleisten (14) hintergreifenden Haken (16) versehen ist,
gekennzeichnet durche. eine quer zur Längsachse (21a) der Außenschale (3) sich durch den T-Verbinder (11) erstreckende Bohrung (20), die einen Sicherungsstift (18, 26) aufnimmt, der in die Nut (13) unter Abstützung an einer an der dem Haken (16) abgewandten Seite vorgesehenen Randleiste (15) einführbar ist und derart eine Sicherung der Verhakung zwischen dem T-Verbinder (11) und der Nut (13) realisiert. - Verbundprofil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sicherungsstift (18, 26) mit einem Betätigungskopf (19,27) ausgerüstet ist.
- Verbundprofil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schaftlänge des Sicherungsstiftes maximal der Länge zwischen der Einführungsöffnung (22) der Bohrung (20) und dem Boden der Nut (13) entspricht.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sicherungsstift (18, 26) in der Bohrung (20) kraftschlüssig gelagert ist.
- Verbundprofil nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sicherungsstift an der Außenfläche verteilt angeordnete Nocken aufweist, die sich kraftschlüssig an der Innenfläche der Bohrung (20) abstützen.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sicherungsstift (18, 26) aus Kunststoff gefertigt ist.
- Verbundprofil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bohrung (20) die Randleiste (15) tangiert.
- Verbundprofil nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungskopf des Sicherungsstiftes als Senkkopf (27) ausgebildet ist, dem im T-Verbinder (11) eine entsprechende Senkbohrung (28) zugeordnet ist.
