Claims (11)
- Spangebendes Maschinenwerkzeug, insbesondere Schleifwerkzeug, mit einem auf die Spindel einer Werkzeugmaschine aufspannbaren scheibenförmigen Aufnahmekörper, der eine Reihe von achsparallelen in Umfangsrichtung gleichmäßig beabstandete Bohrungen aufweist zur Anbringung von Werkzeugeinsätzen auf einer Seite des Aufnahmekörpers, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmekörper (10d, 10e) mit einem Gegenlagerkörper (74d, 74e) verbindbar ist, der Gegenlagerabschnitte (84, 86 bzw. 126d, 126e) für die Einsätze (40d, 40e) aufweist und die Einsätze (40d, 40e) drehbar im Aufnahmekörper (lOd, 10e) gelagert sind und der Gegenlagerkörper (102d, 102e) als Getriebegehäuse ausgeführt ist mit einem Getriebe zum drehenden Antrieb der Einsätze (40d, 40e), wenn der Aufnahmekörper (10d, 10e) relativ zum Gegenlagerkörper (102d, 102e) gedreht wird.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmekörper auf der anderen Seite einen Aufspannkonus (12) aufweist.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einsätze (40d, 40e) eine kreisförmige Umfangslinie aufweisen.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Schleifeinsätze (40d, 40e) mit einem ringförmigen Schleifkörper oder -belag versehen sind.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansürüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Werkzeugeinsätze mittels eines Trägerzapfens (22d, 22e) in den Bohrungen (16d, 16e) des Aufnahmekörpers (10d, 10e) gelagert sind.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Fräseinsätze vorgesehen sind.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Festlegung der Einsätze (40d, 40e) am Aufnahmekörper (10d, 10e) mittels Schrauben (18d, 18e) erfolgt.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmekörper (10d, 10e) eine axiale Bohrung (44d, 44e) aufweist, die an dem den Einsätzen zugewandten Ende verschlossen ist und von der axialen Bohrung Kanäle (48d, 48e) abgehen, die in den Raum radial innerhalb der Einsätze (40d, 40e) münden.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmekörper (10d, 10e) auf der die Einsätze (40d, 40e) aufweisenden Seite eine Ringnut (50d, 50e) aufweist, in welche die Kanäle (48d, 48e) münden.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einsätze Trägerbuchsen (22d, 22e) aufweisen, deren vorstehender Abschnitt von den Bohrungen (16d, 16e) des Aufnahmekörpers (lOd, lOe) aufnehmbar und mittels Schrauben (18d, 18e) befestigbar sind.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Planetengetriebe vorgesehen ist, bei dem die Zapfen (126d, 126e) der Planetenräder (124d, 124e) drehfest mit den Einsätzen (40d, 40e) zusammenwirken.
