Claims (16)
- Spangebendes Maschinenwerkzeug, insbesondere Schleifwerkzeug, mit einem auf die Spindel einer Werkzeugmaschine aufspannbaren, scheibenförmigen Aufnahmekörper (10,10a,10b,10c,10d,10e), der eine Reihe von achsparallelen in Umfangsrichtung gleichmäßig beabstandeten Bohrungen aufweist zur Befestigung von Werkzeugeinsätzen auf der einen Seite des Aufnahmekörpers, wobei die Werkzeugeinsätze so ausgebildet und angeordnet sind, daß sie am Aufnahmekörper von einer kreisförmigen Umfangslinie umhüllt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einsätze (40, 40a, 40b, 40c, 40d) modular ausgeführt sind mit einem Einsatzträger (22, 22a, 22b, 22c, 22d) und einem Arbeitsbelag, wobei der Einsatzträger sowohl einen axialen Steckzapfen aufweist, der in eine Bohrung des Aufnahmekörpers einsteckbar ist als auch einen Bohrungsabschnitt an dem dem Steckzapfen gegenüberliegenden Ende, der zur Aufnahme des Steckzapfens eines zweiten Einsatzes ausgebildet ist und daß Befestigungsmittel vorgesehen sind zur Befestigung der Einsätze am Aufnahmekörper (10, 10a, 10b, 10c, 10e).
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einsätze (40) von in Umfangsrichtung aneinandergrenzenden kreisbogenförmigen Segmenten gebildet sind, deren Arbeitsbelag einen umlaufenden spanabtragenden Abschnitt, vorzugsweise Schleifabschnitt, bilden.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einsätze (40a, 40b) einen zylindrischen Arbeitsbelag aufweisen.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einsätze in in unterschiedlichen Drehpositionen am Aufnahmekörper (10a, 10b) befestigbar sind.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch einen ringförmigen Werkzeugeinsatz, dessen Einsatzträger eine Reihe von Steckzapfen und Buchsenabschnitte aufweist, die in Umfangsrichtung beabstandet sind.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmekörper (10c, 10d, 10e) eine axiale Bohrung (44c, 44d) aufweist zur Aufnahme des Steckzapfens eines mittig angeordneten Werkzeugeinsatzes (40c', 40c'', 40e', 40e'').
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigung der Einsätze (40 bis 40e) am Aufnahmekörper (10 bis 10e) mittels Schrauben (18 bis 18e) erfolgt.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmekörper (10 bis 10e) mit einem Gegenlagerkörper (76) verbindbar ist, der Gegenlagerabschnitte (64, 86) für die Einsätze (40d', 40d'') aufweist, die in die Bohrungen der Einsatzträger einsetzbar sind.
- Werkzeug nach den Ansprüche 6 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gegenlagerkörper (76) einen mittigen Zapfen aufweist, der in die mittige Bohrung des Aufnahmekörpers (10d, 10e) oder eines zwischen Aufnahmekörper und Gegenlagerkörper angeordneten Distanzabschnitts (78) einsteckbar ist.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gegenlagerkörper (76) achsparallele Bohrungen (82) aufweist für die Aufnahme der Steckzapfen auf der dem Aufnahmekörper gegenüberliegenden Seite angeordneten Werkzeugeinsätze (40e).
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gegenlagerkörper (76) auf der dem Aufnahmekörper (10d, 10e gegenüberliegenden Seite eine axiale Bohrung aufweist zur Aufnahme des Steckzapfens eines mittig angeordneten Werkzeugeinsatzes (40e', 40e'').
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmekörper (10 bis 10e) eine axiale Bohrung (44 bis 44e) aufweist, die an dem den Einsätzen zugewandten Ende verschlossen ist und von der axialen Bohrung Kanäle (48 bis 48e) abgehen, die in den Raum radial innerhalb der Einsätze (40 bis 40e) münden.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmekörper (10 bis 10e) auf der die Einsätze (40 bis 40e) aufweisenden Seite eine Ringnut (50 bis 50e) aufweist, in welche die Kanäle (48 bis 48e) münden.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einsatzträger Trägerbuchsen (22a bis 22e) aufweisen, deren vorstehender Abschnitt die Steckzapfen bildet und mittels Schrauben (16 bis 16e) in den Bohrungen des Aufnahmekörpers (10a bis 10e) anbringbar und befestigbar sind, wobei die Bohrungen ein Gewinde aufweisen.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die spanabtragenden Abschnitte nebeneinander angeordneter Einsätze (40c, 40c') aneinanderstoßen.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 6 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Aufnahmekörper (10c) und Gegenlagerkörper (74) abgedichtet eine mit radialen Bohrungen (94) versehene Verteilerbuchse (78) gespannt ist, welche die Mündung der Kanäle (48c) umgibt.
