Claims (8)
- Spann- und Verschliessvorrichtung zum Umreifen eines Gegenstandes mit einem Band, welche Vorrichtung ein Gehäuse (1) mit einer Spanneinheit (3) zum Halten zweier zu verschliessender Enden des Bandes und zum Spannen desselben sowie einer Verschliesseinheit zum Verbinden der beiden sich überlappenden Enden umfasst, wobei die Spanneinheit (3) einen Spannschuh (5) sowie ein an einer schwenkbaren Wippe (6) befestigtes, antreibbares Spannrad (8) zum Andrücken des Bandes gegen den Spannschuh (5) und zum Erfassen desselben bei Drehung aufweist und wobei der Antrieb des Spannrades (8) mit Hilfe eines Antriebsmotors (12) erfolgt, der koaxial mit dem Spannrad (8) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebsmotor (12) über ein ebenfalls koaxial mit dem Spannrad (8) angeordnetes Getriebe mit dem Spannrad (8) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebsmotor (12) für das Spannrad (8) ein Elektro- oder Druckluftmotor ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spannrad (8) eine innere Aussparung aufweist und das Getriebe mindestens teilweise in der Aussparung des Spannrades (8) untergebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spannrad (8) als ein zylindrischer Ring ausgebildet ist, wobei die Innenseite gezahnt ausgeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Getriebe ein Planetengetriebe (14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung mit einem separaten Antriebsmotor für die Verschliessvorrichtung versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide Antriebsmotoren mittels eines Akkus speisbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Drehmoment des Antriebsmotors (12) des Spannrades (8) einstellbar ist.
