Claims (14)
- Spann- und Verschliessvorrichtung zum Umreifen eines Gegenstandes mit einem Kunststoffband, welche Vorrichtung ein Gehäuse (1) mit einer Spanneinheit (3) zum Halten zweier zu verschliessender Enden des Kunststoffbandes und zum Spannen desselben sowie einer Verschliesseinheit zum Verbinden der beiden sich überlappenden Enden umfasst, bei der die Spanneinheit (3) einen Spannschuh (5) sowie ein an einer schwenkbaren Wippe (6) befestigtes, motorisch antreibbares Spannrad (8) zum Andrücken des Kunststoffbandes gegen den Spannschuh (5) und zum Erfassen desselben bei Drehung aufweist, die Drehachse der schwenkbaren Wippe (6) zwischen einer Auflagefläche (10) des Spannschuhs (5) und einer Grundplatte (2) auf der die Spanneinheit (3) und die Verschliesseinheit befestigt sind und in Spannrichtung (9) hinter der Auflagefläche (10) des Spannschuhs (5) liegt, wobei die Auflagefläche (10) des Spannschuhs (5) derart beweglich gelagert ist, dass sie beim Spannvorgang durch Drehung des Spannrades (8) gegen dassselbe gedrückt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spannschuh (5) drehbar gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehachse des Spannschuhs (5) die Drehachse der Wippe (6) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spannschuh (5) einen in Spannrichtung (9) entlang einer mindestens teilweise schrägen Fläche (21) eines Trägerteils (14) bewegbaren Gleitteil (22) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spannschuh (5) einen fest mit einem Trägerteil (14) verbundenen Gleitteil (15) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gleitteil (15; 22) eine Auflagefläche (10) aus einem reibungsarmen Kunststoff aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Trägerteil (14) des Spannschuhs (5) mit einem ersten Führungsteil (17) für das untere Bandende versehen ist, der eine erste Wirkfläche (18) zur Erzeugung eines Drehmomentes auf den Spannschuh (5) beim Spannvorgang aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Trägerteil (14) des Spannschuhs (5) mit einem zweiten Führungsteil (19) für das obere Bandende versehen ist, der eine zweite Wirkfläche (20) zur Erzeugung eines Drehmomentes auf den Spannschuh (5) nach dem Lösen der Wippe (6) bei gespanntem Band aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wirkflächen (18; 20) der beiden Führungsteile (17; 19) so dimensioniert sind, dass sich nach dem Lösen der Wippe (6) bei gespanntem Band der Spannschuh (5) dreht und dieser dabei zuerst das untere Bandende freigibt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Wirkfläche (20) seitlich nach aussen geneigt ausgeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb des Spannrades (8) mit Hilfe eines Elektro- oder Druckluftmotors (12) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Drehmoment des Antriebsmotors (12) des Spannrades (8) einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 und 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebsmotor (12) des Spannrades (8) koaxial mit dem Spannrad (8) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebsmotor (12) des Spannrades (8) über ein koaxial mit dem Spannrad (8) angeordnetes Getriebe mit dem Spannrad (8) verbunden ist.
