- für Knüppel des Formats 100 x 100 mm ca. 2.5 m/min.
Claims (3)
- Verfahren zur Führung von Rechtecksträngen in einem Strangführungsgerüst mit paarweise einander gegenüberliegenden Führungs- und Treibrollen, die mindestens unter Belastung eine leicht konkave Mantellinie aufweisen, die in ihrem Maximum 8% der Strangdicke nicht überschreitet, wobei die Rollen bezüglich ihres Werkstoffes und ihres Durchmessers in der Weise ausgestaltet sind, daß eine der gewünschten Bombierung des Stranges entsprechende Durchbiegung der Rollen im Elastizitätsbereich unter Gießbelastungen erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die konkave Mantellinie nur auf einem Teil, vorzugsweise 40 % der Strangbreite ausgeführt ist und die Mantellinie in ihrem Maximum 2 bis 4 % der Strangdicke nicht überschreitet. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Bombierung des Stranges durch entsprechend angeordnete geteilte Rollen erzielt wird.
