Description
Claims (7)
- Feuchtwalzen für Offsetdruckmaschinen mit einer schleifbaren Oberfächenbeschichtung aus elastomerem Material, welche beim Drucken ohne Zusatz von Isopropanol eingesetzt werden können, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elastomere Material einpolymerisierte hydrophile Gruppen aufweist.
- Feuchtwalzen gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hydrophilen Gruppen Carboxyl-, Carboxylat-, Amido-, Sulfonsäure- und/oder Sulfonat-Gruppen sind.
- Feuchtwalzen gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elastomere Material besteht aus NBR, HNBR, CR, XNBR, ECO, EPDM, CSM, NR, Silikonkautschuk oder Gemischen derselben.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Feuchtwalzen für Offsetdruckmaschinen, welche beim Drucken ohne Zusatz von Isopropanol eingesetzt werden können, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie überzogen werden mit einem elastomeren Material, in welches hydrophile Gruppen einpolymerisiert sind und deren Oberfläche anschließend geschliffen werden.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hydrophilen Gruppen Carboxyl-, Carboxylat-, Amido-, Sulfonsäure- und/oder Sulfonat-Gruppen sind.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elastomere Material besteht aus NBR, HNBR, CR, XNBR, ECO, EPDM, CSM, NR, Silikonkautschuk oder Gemischen derselben.
- Verwendung von elastomerem Material mit einpolymerisierten hydrophilen Gruppen zur Beschichtung von Feuchtwalzen mit schleifbaren Oberflächen für den Offsetdruck ohne Isopropanol.
